Hotel Dengan Pools di Hokkaido, Japan

Was pleasantly surprised at how clean the hotel room was when we first checked into the room. No stench at all. Basic amenities are provided and rooms are cleaned daily while bedsheets are changed once every two days. Bed is comfortable and hotel is in close vicinity of three different convenience stores, which is a plus. There is also a direct airport shuttle bus service which costs 1500yen per person, right at the hotel. Hotel from Sapporo station is about 20mins walk.

We had a pleasant stay at InterContinental Sapporo by IHG. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were consistently friendly and professional. The location was convenient for exploring the city, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and welcoming. We would definitely consider staying here again.

One of the biggest advantages is the location. The resort is very close to a convenience store,which is extremely helpful for families — whether you need snacks, drinks, daily essentials, or quick meals, everything is within easy reach. There are also many restaurants inside the resort, offering different types of cuisine. However, it’s important to note that several popular restaurants require advance reservations, especially during peak seasons. Planning ahead is highly recommended to avoid long waits or limited dining options. Overall, Rusutsu Resort is very family-friendly, well-organized, and convenient. With its wide range of facilities, nearby convenience store, and diverse dining choices, it’s a great destination for a comfortable and enjoyable family holiday — just remember to book restaurants early.

Kami menginap di sini selama 2 hari. Saya sangat menikmati onsen. Malah, semua ahli keluarga tidak menggunakan bilik mandi dan sebaliknya menuju ke onsen untuk mandi dan berendam di dalam air panas. Sarapan paginya sedap dengan pelbagai pilihan hidangan. Hell Valley hanya 10 minit berjalan kaki. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah katil rata tatami agak tidak selesa untuk tidur. Bantal kepala terlalu kecil untuk sandaran leher dan bahu.

Pretty much happy staying in this hotel. Buffet food for dinner and breakfast already worth the price. Plus they have onsen whether indoor and open air in the ground oor. And the top floor onsen. The view is amazing, I got to see a river and forest cover by snow while having breakfast. 100/10

Old-fashioned hotel if you looking for some vintage vibe, overall service was above average. The food hall can accommodate thousands of people and it gets very busy during breakfast and dinner time, attend early to get a table.

First time to live in love hotel in Japan, clean and tidy, room filled with cigarette smell, might not suit for people who hates the smell. Location is good with free carparking.

What impressed me most was the overall experience—smooth, relaxing, and truly enjoyable. It’s not just about the facilities, but the people and the atmosphere they create. In all honesty, I’ve stayed in many well-known hotels around the world, but the level of service here stands out in its own unique way. Windsor Hotel is definitely a place I would return to again

Hotel ini agak lama, dan tingkap tidak boleh dibuka sama sekali. Terdapat terlalu banyak serangga hitam kecil, dan sangat menyusahkan untuk makan berhampiran hotel pasti tidak akan tinggal di sini, kerana tiada perkhidmatan dan harga bilik tidak rendah. Bufet sarapan pagi di restoran Barat sangat sesak, dan makan malam tidak dibuka kepada mereka tanpa tempahan.
