PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is nothing short of amazing. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The location has mountain views and is less than 5 mins walk to Orrido di Ponte Alto. Staff even told me to visit the Orrido di Ponte Alto and coffee on the house after I return from it and made good the offer. The room is huge and decadent with classy furniture and drapes. Did not expect this. Waiters are super attentive. If only all hotels are like this!

PPengguna TetamuVery nice family hotel. We stayed in a room on the first floor. Very nice personnel and very nice breakfast. It was quiet. The room was spacious. Very nice big walk-in shower. Maybe a handlebar grab would be safer. To get to the hotel you need to turn into a cuve on the road.nit requires a bit of attention. Surely recommended

Nice hotel, a little old fashioned for my taste, the location was perfect. Nice reception and lounge. Room: Decent size, however, the bed really needs a mattress. For a tall guy, the bed was nearly on the floor, and sadly, I came home with a bad back. It does not need the fancy gadgets for aircon/lights etc. Breakfast: Squeezed into such a small area and not enough staff at breakfast. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The selection was really quite bland and not great quality. The fresh peaches needed about another week to ripen. The meats and cheeses were nothing special, (I was thinking catering standard). No apple juice, and the orange juice was just awful, not sure what they did to that. No bacon one day, no eggs the next. They really do have only one working coffee machine for the entire hotel. Note that the rooms do NOT have tea/coffee making facilities, so a very long wait at breakfast time. Dinner: Truly awful service, and the food was not good at all. I also saw that they had the remains of the dinner at breakfast the next day.

One of the best hotel we stayed during the trip , the quietest room with double doors design separating the amenities and bedroom area. Sufficient amenities is provided, very clean, the bathroom tiles are from Valentino... yes it's the designer, never knew he designed bathroom lines. Nice location close to Old Town without passing the ZTL area. Could park for free in front of the hotel within time limit, otherwise they provide paid parking facility nearby. Excellent evening front desk (sorry we forgot the name), he was very accommodating with our needs, I asked for extra luggage stand and he brought it up within minutes. Very friendly and welcoming always stood up and greeted us :)

nice hotel for 1 night. decent location 10 minutes to the heart of Trento. the staff was friendly and the room was clean but the air-conditioner barely worked. the breakfast was very good with many selections.

The hotel is in a great location for exploring the city. The room was quite large, as was the bathroom. The bed was large and comfortable with great pillows. The shower was good sized with plenty of hot water and water pressure. The furniture was utilitarian. The problem with the room was it overlooked a heavily trafficked pedestrian walkway. Students used the walkway very early in the morning and very late at night. They made lots of noise, which you could hear in the room. The breakfast buffet was okay, not great.

ООльгаОтель находится в живописном месте с прекрасным видом на горы. До отеля подниматься по серпантину. Жили в конце марта, снега уже не было, только на склонах, где катаются лыжники и сноубордисты. Персонал вежливый, заселили быстро, есть парковка. Номер просторный, чистый, есть полотенца для душа и для бассейна отдельно, завтрак шведский стол. Единственный минус, было довольно прохладно, кондиционер на тепло можно было выставить максимум на +18. После звонка на ресепшн настроили на +25, но через некоторое время снова максимум был только +18
