Hotel DeBlend is located across from the headquarters of Douwe egberts in a semi-industrial area of town, but was very quiet and very convenient. The air conditioning is a terrible inconvenience just like it appears to be in every other European hotel except for the hunfelt. You are not actually in control of the temperature of your room it just makes it a little more cool for a little more warm. You don't have any real control. We found it got a bit warm at night. It is a primarily self-service hotel, but the instances where we required human assistance, the staff were very kind and accommodating. The kitchen is very convenient feature for anyone staying more than a few days. We highly recommend 2L DeBlend.

PPengguna TetamuNice hotel, decent rates, good bathroom, but really just lacking in information. First off, the hotel is in a mall, and there’s no indication of which doors are open after the mall closes and which aren’t. Google Maps is unaware of that, so if you’re relying on that or a similar service to get you back to the hotel, be aware that will not work, and employees will not provide you with useful information about this unless you ask. For the record, I eventually managed to enter via Catharinje Esplanade. Second, maybe it’s because I visited on a holiday, but there was no front desk or room service late at night, which would be totally fine IF that communication were provided. But there was no indication whatsoever that the supposedly 24 hour room service was not actually 24 hours. Again, certainly don’t begrudge employees a night off. But *management* needs to do a much better job communicating what services are or are not available and when. Don’t promise something your employees can’t deliver. If management would just set realistic expectations and provide a little more useful information, this would be a nice hotel.

A complaint was raised. The hotel should have done more to comfort guests during this situation. I hope this never happens again.

LLawrence Chun ManLocation is perfect right next to Utrecht Central station and a big shopping centre. Pass the shopping centre and you're in town centre. Has a swimming pool and a small gym on the top floor. The only problem we had was one of our towel had some brown stains on it which doesn't look very pleasant but we showed them and they got us clean ones straight away. Also there wasn't hair conditioner but in another of their Inntel hotel we stayed there was. Try to get a room facing the train tracks I think would have a better view.

MMijail E.The coffee machines stop working after couple of persons using it. There is no computer available to use in case you need to check a train ticket when you have a broken phone by accident. The ladies at the front were not helpful when I requested a computer, they got easily stressed and I need it to fix my issue by myself.

LLyncroftNo problem with online reservation. Cheaper rate if paid in advance. No cash payment accepted on site. About a 7-minute walk from the train station and right beside the old town. Self-check-in/out possible (works well) or in person. Locker available free. Elevator. Room with large comfortable bed at the back of the building very clean and quiet but really not spacious. Small shelf for a carry-on suitcase & a sink. Some hooks on the wall but not quite enough. A towel rail would be nice. Decent shower but no curtain so water spreads to toilet (dries quickly but a curtain would be better). Towels, basic toiletries and blow-dryer. Large t.v. Good wi-fi. Towels changed and garbage emptied every day. No fridge or microwave in sight (too bad!). Restaurant downstairs offers breakfast & other meals ($). Albert Heijn grocery stores at train station & underneath town library accepts cash at service counter. Pleasant & helpful staff. Would stay there again!

RRakeshGreat location. Close to lots of shops and easy access to the bus services. Off a busy street but room was quiet. Nice sized room with all the basic things you will need. I didn't have the breakfast but it is available for purchase separately and looked quite nice. Overall a lovely stay and would consider it again in the future.

JJunaidThe location of the Hotel is very good. Walking distance from the Utrecht Central and the Jabeurs Convention sentre. The Rooms are rather small if you choose 3 person occupancy. Also, the cleaning service was rather pathetic. We requested cleaning and make-up room every day and yet for 2 days there was No service.
