El spa lo mejor con muy buena atención. El bar de la piscina tembien con buena atención

Para ser un hotel de paso , está genial desde su piscina , que nos vino muy bien y teniendo en cuenta la calor que hacia. El personal genial y la comida muy buena. Las habitaciones amplias y nuevas, todo el hotel genial

Lovely hotel. Great staff. We upgraded our room and had a room with a lovely view. Definitely worth the upgrade. Easy to walk around the small old town.

Edificio precioso emen el centro histórico de Cáceres, Paradores nunca defrauda y este tampoco

La habitación es grande pero las valdas del armario estaban rotas. El baño con el lavabo roto y el desagüe atascado. Las toallas de ducha pequeñas y gastadas. El secador de pelo roto y sucio. Los portarrollos del papel higiénico también rotos. Colchones sin funda. La habitación no la limpiaban hasta las 5 de la tarde

We enjoyed our one night at the hotel. The lobby and the common spaces were all well decorated and clean. The rooms were well kept, clean and comfortable, everything worked. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was breakfast, there were few choices and just underwhelming for a four star hotel. I would still recommend this hotel and would stay there again

Hotel muy limpio, desayuno muy bueno y personal amable y atento. Muy recomendable. La piscina muy tranquila y bien mantenida.

Beautiful place, definitely worth visiting. We enjoyed wandering around the place, and staying at the pool. The breakfast was amazing

This hotel is well located and definitely a solid 4 star. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with a good distance between the bed and the doorway. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the coffee maker and snacks, which were perfect after my late afternoon arrival. The only drawback was the doors. While they look stylish with their decorative design, they aren’t soundproof, so you may hear some noise. Fortunately, the rooms are far enough apart that it wasn’t a major issue. Also I should have booked a room with a view as this hotel, like most hotels in Spain, gave me an inner courtyard view which is basically a window that faces a wall. Most importantly, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Espectácular , no se puede poner ni un pero aunque hubiéramos querido comer en el Comedor pero moramos la puntuación de las reseñas y eran muy bajas pero el resto impresionante 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍. Muy muy muy recomendable .Y lo decimos con conocimiento de causa porque veo viajado en todo el mundo y este es de los mejores .😍😍Diseñado sencillo pero muy elegante y con un gusto esquísito , obras de arte esculturas , amabilidad y servicio del Hotel increíble , terraza muy bonita por no hablar del Spa que está muy dotado de todos los servicios de masajes de chorros , sauna, baño de vapor y unas maravillosas y cómodas tumbonas. Agradecemos a todo el personal por haber hecho un lugar increíble e inolvidable ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️😍😍. Gracias
