Located on the outskirts of town with plenty of parking if you have your own vehicle. Reception staff friendly and helpful albeit little english but with my little Thai they were happy to arrange my taxis and tuk tuks. My Standard double room was of a decent size. Enough hanging and storage space. Everything worked fine, good lighting but unfortunately no english channels on the television. Lack of western tourists I guess. Buffet breakfast was included with my room although it is mainly aimed toward Asian food (eggs and hotdogs for me). No restaurant for lunch/dinner but there is a Thai restaurant diagonally across the road which is very popular with local people. I had dinner there both nights, meals slightly higher prices but the food is good. Enjoyed my stay.

Note: I was VERY disappointed this trip. After Trip.com confirmed my reservation, they called me back several days later to advise the owner had failed to notify them that they had booked their last 2 rooms. This reflects poorly on management of Le Park, and for that matter on Trip.com. Nonetheless, the rating reflects my previous trip when my stay at LePark was good. I was not concerned about the lack of transport this time because I had a car and driver from Bangkok.
Not a convenient location unless you have a car because it is in a residential part of town: nice area, but tough to get a samlor (for in town trips) or taxi for trips outside of Muang Roi-et. Also, need transport to get to restaurants other than a place around the corner who caters to local Thais. But, fine in all other respects: Clean with good service & facilities, including breakfast.

Emplacement correct, proche du centre-ville...hôtel traditionnel plutôt ancien mais sur un secteur plutôt calme.Nous avons réservé une suite pour profiter de l'espace. Petit bémol concernant le petit déjeuner qui n'est pas très varié et très limité côté choix .

The key facilities are plenty of car park, room with private bathroom, fridge, tv, air con…… However, you will need a car to stay. There is no 7-11 near the hotel. I love free coffee in the morning and closed to many local attractions if you have a car. Highly recommended

PPengguna TetamuHotel in centro città, a pochi minuti di strada dalla Tower. L'edificio, esternamente, è in buone condizioni, con parcheggio gratuito e custodito. Alla reception solo ragazze giovani, forse un po' carenti nella lingua inglese, ma al giorno d'oggi con i vari traduttori non è più un problema., ma che son gentili e disponibili. Camere belle e tenute bene. Pulizie giornaliere. Colazione prettamente asiatica, buona ma non molto varia.

PPengguna TetamuStayed there for one night in a basic room. walk-in rate 750THB. For some reason no available bookings via B.com or Agoda, though the hotel was hardly occupied. Rooms were indeed very basic (but visibly recently refurbished). Small fridge with 2 bottles of still water. Good beds, enough wall outlets, small flatscreed TV. Good (and quiet) airco. No small handtowels in the bathroom, no coffee making facilities, no hair dryer ... the latter things were not a problem for us, but I can imagine other guests being disappointed. Staff at reception very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic as well ; toast/eggs/saucages or thai style; rice soup, krapauw & white rice. Ideal location for an evening out with friends (as we did). Plenty of restaurants (incl. live music) within walking distance. Would go back there because of the location.

PPengguna TetamuThe Premium Residence Hotel Roi-Et City is an honest three (3) stars plus, hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the super helpful staff, who helped me seamlessly checked in, settle down, connect through and check out of the hotel. With their excellent English plus Thai speaking / bilingual skills, they even assisted me with a direct onward bound reservation in Yassothon, as well my transport to the bus terminal. My room was comfortable and classy and same goes with my observation and experience of the reception area. Continental breakfast (self-serve, buffet style) was amortised into the price and it was solid. The grounds showcase some some lovey shrubbery and trees (including some skillful topiary) and for those with their own transport, I can advise that the car / motor bike parking is ample and secure. In terms of location, it is just off the centre of the downtown / city lake precinct. The museum is very close and it is no more than an easy, flat two (2) to (3) kilometers to other major attractions in the area (see my YouTube), including the Roi-Et Tower and the big tall Buddha at Wat Burapha Phiram. I hope to return to enjoy the amazing hospotalty here again, soon.
