Hotel Dengan Pools di Inner Mongolia, China

On the first day of our stay at the Shangri-La Hotel, when we went to the reception, most of the staff did not speak English. However, a lady named Zoe Zhou helped us wholeheartedly and was extremely kind and professional. Sugar was also very helpful, and we are truly grateful to her. We had a lot of luggage and it did not fit into our suitcase, so we asked a male staff member to bring us a box. He not only brought the box but also kindly provided tape as well. His thoughtfulness and willingness to help really impressed us. Overall, the staff’s sincere support and warm attitude made our first day at the hotel very comfortable and memorable. Thank you very much!

From the moment we arrived, our stay was truly exceptional. What stood out immediately was the staff—every single person we encountered, from the front desk team to the housekeeping crew, was genuinely friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was, without a doubt, a major highlight. It was far beyond typical hotel fare—everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and incredibly tasty. They offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, inner Mongolian buuz, Mongolian milk tea and made-to-order hot dishes. It was the perfect, delicious start to every morning. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable, ensuring we had a peaceful night's sleep. This hotel offers amazing value and service, and we can't wait to return!

第一次來海拉爾 朋友推薦的酒店 位置特別好 乾淨 今天本來挺冷降温了 下雪了 從零上二十多度的地方來到零下十幾度的地方 沒進來之前身上是冷的 進來姐説給我升級房間了 特別和藹 心一下子就暖和了 以後還會再來的 這樣的酒店就該火 我第二天要續住 買的最便宜的房間 姐還想着給我原房續住 但確實大雪好多人都走不了 沒房間了 就感覺特別暖心 滿意

My partner and I stayed here during our bicycle travels in China. The hotel was very generous holding a package for us for several months as we traveled from Xinjiang through Mongolia and back to China. They also held our bicycles for a week while we took a hiatus to Datong. The staff were friendly and Mark spoke excellent English and helped us a lot with arranging for taxis or other things that we needed. There are not any restaurants or really other businesses nearby - we needed to taxi into town for anything. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean on our initial stay. The pool was just a few lanes and the gym was pretty sparse, but both exist. The restaurant breakfast buffet was expansive but also expensive. It was better when the hotel was busy and the food turnover higher.

It was nice and clean. Everything worked well. The breakfast was various and tasty. I'd like to stay there again and will definitely recommend it to my friends

巴盟是我的故鄉，每次到故鄉出差，都住巴彥淖爾飯店，緊挨着市政府，辦事方便。飯店內外環境都非常好，我特別喜歡飯店中間的連廊，感覺非常好。特別值得稱讚的是前台服務員小閆，專業又加禮貌，總之，五星評價。

設施：進門大廳很大氣 裝修風格獨特 很契合鄂爾多斯這邊的豪氣 燈光的把控也很好 不會太刺眼 香薰的味道剛剛好 很喜歡 環境服務：很整潔 工作人員很熱心的幫忙提行李 指引辦理入住 還送了酒店自產的牛奶 很好喝 前台辦理速度很快 房間也安排了升級 有免費的洗浴 泡一泡很舒服 特特特別誇一下酒店前台的服務態度 很好 吃喝玩樂都幫我們梳理了一下根據我們的需求 非常感謝 這兩天在這裏度過了很愉快的時光 下次會帶朋友再來

I spent a week at the hotel with my family and friends on the 8th and 14th floors. The 8th floor is furnished more modernly. I really liked the pool. While other hotels charge a fee for the pool, this one is free. The children were very happy and didn't want to leave. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Thank you for the souvenir and gift, it was very nice. I will definitely come back.

設施：電梯衹有兩台，並且地庫看到説寬敞。但是由於酒店年份較久，因而地庫無法直達酒店。需要走到室外再下去。並且地下停車場指示不明，有一個什麼修車的標識，這個是給了多少廣告費，才可以把地下停車場換成這幾個字。還需要根據裏面的設施內容推斷這是屬於酒店的地下停車場。 門鎖：我訂的房間有一件防盜鏈有問題。哪怕是關上了也等於沒關。幸運的是底下的反鎖能用。 還有一間是底下的反鎖卡頓。需要我把門用整個身體抵住才可以。 衞生：很乾凈！並且雖然是年份較久的酒店，也沒有奇怪的味道。 環境：很乾凈，衹是走廊聲音太大可能不是很隔音。 服務：態度很好。一進酒店就有大堂經理送上熱茶。還有酒店的前台辦理入住的人員，辦理入住手續非常快！在這種國慶期間不需要等待就可以很快完成。 但是！ 由於訂房太着急沒有看清有無早餐，在早餐刷房卡或者報房間號的時候，操作人員説這個現實沒有早餐，我説我知道麻煩幫我登記一下，我離店的時候從我的按金中扣除。後來還是耽誤了一些時間。如果酒店在這個步驟可以進行便捷優化，比如立即輸入，不耽誤之後其他人進行報房間號吃早飯這樣的情況，可能對於大家的入住體驗都會更好。 烏海很美，內蒙人的熱情好客都感受到了！

包頭雖然地處內蒙經濟最強盛的“呼包鄂地區”，但五星級酒店並不多，香格里拉大酒店，應該是包頭最好的五星級酒店了。 酒店位置優越，面對鋼鐵大街（一條有故事的街道），前面是一個很大的市民公園，綠草如茵。 大堂很有氣勢，中餐廳十分漂亮，自助早餐必須點贊，內蒙風味的特色美食有好多種，羊肉燒麥做得一點不比外面的網紅燒麥差。 房間寬敞明亮，設施設備完善，歡迎水果等一應俱全。 從迎賓、前台、餐廳，到客房，所有的服務人員都熱情周到，彬彬有禮。 一次很好的入住體驗！
