第一次來海拉爾 朋友推薦的酒店 位置特別好 乾淨 今天本來挺冷降温了 下雪了 從零上二十多度的地方來到零下十幾度的地方 沒進來之前身上是冷的 進來姐説給我升級房間了 特別和藹 心一下子就暖和了 以後還會再來的 這樣的酒店就該火 我第二天要續住 買的最便宜的房間 姐還想着給我原房續住 但確實大雪好多人都走不了 沒房間了 就感覺特別暖心 滿意

From the moment we arrived, our stay was truly exceptional. What stood out immediately was the staff—every single person we encountered, from the front desk team to the housekeeping crew, was genuinely friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
The breakfast was, without a doubt, a major highlight. It was far beyond typical hotel fare—everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and incredibly tasty. They offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, inner Mongolian buuz, Mongolian milk tea and made-to-order hot dishes. It was the perfect, delicious start to every morning. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable, ensuring we had a peaceful night's sleep. This hotel offers amazing value and service, and we can't wait to return!

房間乾淨寬敞、佈局舒適，床品柔軟乾淨，洗漱用品齊全，衞生做得特別到位，細節感拉滿。室內採光通風都很棒，安靜不嘈雜，玩了一天回來住着特別放鬆，睡得特別安穩。

Приехал в отель 1 мая 2026 года. На ресепшене встретили очень приветливо и дружелюбно, все объяснили, без задержек разместили и проводили в номер. В номер сразу принесли в подарок фрукты, было очень приятно!! В номере кристально чисто, сантехника сияет, окна вымыты до блеска, постельное бельё белоснежные и очень мягкое. Звукоизоляция прекрасная! Ресторан классный! Блюда разнообразные и очень вкусные! Персонал очень приветливый! Вернусь обязательно!!!!

It was no problem to be a foreign guest, the receptionist registered me.
I liked the room, it was clean, cozy and I could store my bicycle safely in the lobby.

Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with tasteful decor and well-maintained facilities. Service was excellent—staff were attentive, polite, and always ready to help. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough throughout the stay. A quiet and relaxing environment that made for a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays in Hailar.

The hotel's dining hall is also quite good; the roasted lamb chops and West Lake beef soup are worth trying. The breakfast is plentiful, and the homemade yogurt is a must-try.

GGuest UserI've always wanted to stay at the Shangri-La Hotel in Hohhot, and this time I finally had the chance. I moved here from another five-star hotel. Comparing the two, the Shangri-La definitely comes out on top; I'm very satisfied with both the room maintenance and cleanliness. The Executive Lounge is truly exceptional. The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich, and you can enjoy unlimited lamb shumai, which I had to rush to get at the previous hotel. The Shangri-La Hohhot is genuinely excellent! It'll be my first choice next time too.

GGuest UserThe hotel's service was incredibly thoughtful, covering everything from check-in and luggage handling to transportation. Every staff member had a great attitude, which is quite rare and appreciated. The all-inclusive package was fantastic – three buffet meals, activities, and shows, definitely worth the price. So far, aside from the yurt accommodations being a bit basic (though excellent for a yurt!), everything else has been perfect. The biggest surprise was the evening performance, 'Nomad's Home,' which was an immersive experience showcasing Mongolian culture. With live Mongolian dance lessons, a bonfire, fireworks, and a DJ, it had such a great vibe! I personally think it offers better value than the Lotus and Xiangsha resorts!

Suggestion: Currently, you need to stand in the bathtub to shower 🚿, and water splashing all over the floor is inevitable. I hope to improve it❤️.

They also provided a detailed explanation of the hotel's facilities and services, which was a very thoughtful touch. They always greeted guests with a smile, creating a really warm atmosphere. Room service was prompt; whether we needed fresh towels or other items, they were delivered to our room very quickly. The staff provided attentive service, from the concierge to the housekeeping aunties, everyone had a smile on their face, making us feel right at home. The staff were very professional and resolved any issues quickly, which I was very satisfied with. The breakfast selection was also very extensive, and there was a free car park, making our stay very pleasant and comfortable!

Our family had a very comfortable stay, and I'd definitely recommend it to other families.

GGuest UserThis hotel is truly unique! Taking the cable car up to the hotel offers breathtaking views along the way, showcasing the stunning desert landscape – a truly rare and precious resource. My favorite part was the pillows and mattress; after a full day of activities, I slept incredibly soundly. The lamb at breakfast was absolutely divine – so tender, refreshing, and fragrant. There was a wide variety of drinks, including various beers and wines. We rode camels and witnessed both sunrise and sunset. Spending the afternoon relaxing on a lounge chair in the desert was incredibly blissful. This was the best vacation ever, with first-class desert scenery. Highly recommend for family holidays!

The overall staff capability and hotel facilities simply aren't up to par for holiday service. Honestly, the hotel wasn't even at full capacity during the May Day holiday, though it was certainly much busier than a normal weekday. The result? Completely inadequate service.
1. **Limited Restaurant Seating**: Finding a table for breakfast took about 10 minutes, and staff offered no guidance or assistance whatsoever. When I asked a server for help finding a seat (as I was alone), they directly suggested I share a table with a family of three who were already halfway through their meal, with the remaining seats cluttered with the kids' bags and toys.
2. **Limited & Unreplenished Breakfast Items**: The breakfast selection itself was quite limited (also due to the small restaurant size), and many dishes weren't refilled for extended periods. Being a watermelon lover, I checked for watermelon four times within half an hour, and it was never restocked (as shown in the picture).
3. **Wi-Fi Issues & Poor Front Desk Service**: Upon arriving in my room, I found the Wi-Fi wasn't connecting. I called the front desk, and even after following their instructions, it still wouldn't connect. The front desk then said they would send an engineer to check it out. Forty minutes later, no engineer had arrived, so I called the front desk again. The first thing I heard was a loud sigh from the front desk staff (before I even had a chance to sigh myself!). I really wonder how this hotel trains its employees.

GGuest UserToday I checked into the Ju Hua International Hotel in Hohhot, and my experience was absolutely fantastic! ✨ The location is superb, making travel super convenient. The room was spacious and tidy, with a great separation of wet and dry areas, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered an excellent view. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The revolving restaurant on the 26th floor was amazing; breakfast included authentic lamb offal soup and shaomai, and dining while overlooking the panoramic city views added a wonderful sense of occasion. The service was warm and attentive; the front desk processed my check-in efficiently and thoughtfully provided welcome fruit and local dairy snacks. The facilities are comprehensive, including a heated swimming pool and a gym. Overall, the value for money is outstanding.

GGuest UserFirst impression of the hotel was good. We stayed at 25th floor, So that the room is bigger than others.
The reason we choose this hotel because It has a swimming pool. So, after checking in, I went to check the pool. I was shocked to see so many people there. It turned out there was a swimming lesson with 6 instructors and twenty something students. The lesson is running from 9am to 8.30pm. ( pool is closed at 9.30 and only 4 line.) I was very disappointed, therefore I called the duty manager and told him the issue. Soon after, the front seat manager Mr Li came to my room with apologetic attitude. Even though he couldn't resolved the issue, we felt that it was out of his hand. Food at fifth floor was so so. Breakfast has a lot of room to improve. If you want to relax in the pool. Don't go there. Otherwise it is a good choice to have a peaceful sleep.
