Hotel Dengan Pools di Inner Mongolia, China

On the first day of our stay at the Shangri-La Hotel, when we went to the reception, most of the staff did not speak English. However, a lady named Zoe Zhou helped us wholeheartedly and was extremely kind and professional. Sugar was also very helpful, and we are truly grateful to her. We had a lot of luggage and it did not fit into our suitcase, so we asked a male staff member to bring us a box. He not only brought the box but also kindly provided tape as well. His thoughtfulness and willingness to help really impressed us. Overall, the staff’s sincere support and warm attitude made our first day at the hotel very comfortable and memorable. Thank you very much!

A best stay at this hotel. Highly recommend. Breakfast was great. Both western and chinese food were available. I will book it again.

The hotel I stayed in this time was really amazing, just below my location, near the community, within a few minutes' walk. It was very convenient to travel, the room was warm and comfortable, the details were perfect, and even the corner was spotless.The bed is soft and moderate, so you can relax the enthusiasm of the front desk staff instantly when you lie down.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The only issue we had was that the air-conditioning didn't work. We asked the hotel to fix it, but they just told us to wait an hour. Unfortunately, they didn't fix anything and the room was 27 degrees all night. We complained again at 4am and all they did was bring us a fan.

The hotel is in a good location. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly. Plenty of parking places. I only regret booking a room without windows but this is my problem not hotel’s.

酒店位置在巴彥淖爾市政府對面，道路寬敞，交通便利，酒店乾淨衞生，停車位很多，大堂有免費的開水和紅茶，特別方便，酒店人員服務周到熱情，尤其是前台小李，耐心細緻解答我們的問題，這次住宿實在是太滿意了，有機會還要再過來體驗！

設施：進門大廳很大氣 裝修風格獨特 很契合鄂爾多斯這邊的豪氣 燈光的把控也很好 不會太刺眼 香薰的味道剛剛好 很喜歡 環境服務：很整潔 工作人員很熱心的幫忙提行李 指引辦理入住 還送了酒店自產的牛奶 很好喝 前台辦理速度很快 房間也安排了升級 有免費的洗浴 泡一泡很舒服 特特特別誇一下酒店前台的服務態度 很好 吃喝玩樂都幫我們梳理了一下根據我們的需求 非常感謝 這兩天在這裏度過了很愉快的時光 下次會帶朋友再來

Lanyang Lindun Hotel is truly an amazing hotel. The staff are friendly, helpful, and quick to resolve any service-related issues. Even though we faced some language barriers, the English-speaking manager connected with us through WeChat and handled our requests smoothly and efficiently. If you are visiting this city for business or with family, this is definitely the place to stay. In my case, my family and I had to spend a few days in Hohhot. Although our booking period ended and we initially planned to move to another hotel, we decided to extend our stay here—and it was the right choice. The main reason was our children, who absolutely love swimming. They spent nearly four hours a day in the pool. Unlike other hotels where the pool and fitness center come with extra charges, here everything was free of cost. I will certainly stay here again when I return for business. 設施：電梯衹有兩台，並且地庫看到説寬敞。但是由於酒店年份較久，因而地庫無法直達酒店。需要走到室外再下去。並且地下停車場指示不明，有一個什麼修車的標識，這個是給了多少廣告費，才可以把地下停車場換成這幾個字。還需要根據裏面的設施內容推斷這是屬於酒店的地下停車場。 門鎖：我訂的房間有一件防盜鏈有問題。哪怕是關上了也等於沒關。幸運的是底下的反鎖能用。 還有一間是底下的反鎖卡頓。需要我把門用整個身體抵住才可以。 衞生：很乾凈！並且雖然是年份較久的酒店，也沒有奇怪的味道。 環境：很乾凈，衹是走廊聲音太大可能不是很隔音。 服務：態度很好。一進酒店就有大堂經理送上熱茶。還有酒店的前台辦理入住的人員，辦理入住手續非常快！在這種國慶期間不需要等待就可以很快完成。 但是！ 由於訂房太着急沒有看清有無早餐，在早餐刷房卡或者報房間號的時候，操作人員説這個現實沒有早餐，我説我知道麻煩幫我登記一下，我離店的時候從我的按金中扣除。後來還是耽誤了一些時間。如果酒店在這個步驟可以進行便捷優化，比如立即輸入，不耽誤之後其他人進行報房間號吃早飯這樣的情況，可能對於大家的入住體驗都會更好。 烏海很美，內蒙人的熱情好客都感受到了！
