"Keadaan Bilik:
Hotel ini agak lama dan agak usang, jadi difahami bahawa perabotnya juga sudah usang. Lampu meja/lampu belajar kelihatan usang dan memerlukan sedikit penyelenggaraan.
Perkhidmatan:
Daftar masuk di kaunter penerimaan tetamu adalah lancar, tetapi kami menghadapi masalah dengan TV di bilik kami. Kami tidak dapat menonton sebarang saluran langsung. Pada mulanya, kami fikir ia mungkin disebabkan oleh cuaca, tetapi TV di bilik ibu bapa saya berfungsi dengan baik. Kami mengimbas kod QR untuk meminta bantuan dan hanya menerima ”Noted” sebagai respons. Kami menghantar dua mesej dan mendapat balasan yang sama pada kedua-dua kali. Memandangkan tiada susulan, kami pergi ke kaunter penerimaan tetamu untuk melaporkannya secara peribadi, tetapi malangnya, tiada tindakan diambil sehingga kami mendaftar keluar. Itu agak mengecewakan.
Tempat Letak Kereta:
Cuba elakkan meletak kereta betul-betul di bawah pokok, kerana terdapat banyak semut penenun di sekitar kawasan itu.
Bufet Sarapan:
Bufet sarapan pagi adalah baik-baik saja. Ayam kurma itu rasanya lebih seperti ayam ungkep, yang agak mengelirukan, tetapi saya sebenarnya menyukainya kerana saya sangat suka ayam ungkep."

jisooyaaaThe room was fine, though it was dusty and there were old toothpaste stains in the bathroom. However, that is nothing compared to the major safety and privacy violation we experienced.
The service and management were completely unacceptable. Our room's mini fridge was broken. We called maintenance, but after waiting for 30 minutes, no one showed up. Since we had a strict dinner reservation, we had to leave, keeping our 'Do Not Disturb' (DND) sign clearly displayed on the door.Later, the staff called us saying they were at our room. I explicitly asked them to wait 3 minutes for us to return. Instead, they entered our room without permission while the DND sign was up and changed the fridge. This is a severe breach of privacy and security. If anything goes missing from our room, who is going to take responsibility? Very unprofessional and untrustworthy.

Guest UserNice hotel and clean room, but hotel does not seem ready for operation or they’ve manpower issues.
When we arrived on Friday afternoon there was nobody at the reception area, I had to walk around and finally found a staff outside. He then helped us to contact his colleague, who then told us to proceed to another level.
Bfast option was very limited and similarly they seemed understaffed.
Location was secluded, there were no amenities around.
Overall nice concept (if you like airplanes) and place is clean/new.

Anonymous UserResort has a private beach and excellent view from the room balcony. Beautiful sun rise with beach and sea view. Enjoyed the swings, sand, sea breeze and listening to the waves! Kids love the sand.
There are various sea activities and horse riding available. Separate charges.
Swimming pool has a 0.6m section for kids to have some water play.
Indoor mini playground for the little ones.
They had great fun.
Free parking if you drive.
Breakfast spread is good enough. Nasi lemak is a must-try. The pastries can be heated up which made them great! Eggs selection excellent! Juicy watermelons! You can enjoy sun rise while having breakfast.
The resort has a chalet feel. They should look into their aircon as it doesn’t seems to cool well. The facilities are aged. Wash basin water drain a little slow.
Overall, we love this place for the view! Hope the next time we return, the facilities would have improved.

- Free parking and open carpark for you to choose
- Beach is just behind
- Two swimming pool, one playground style and normal swimming pool
- Few restaurants to choose from (Korean, Seafood, Malay cuisine, Fast food)
- Mini golf course for kids to experience golf
- Retail shop for almost everything you need for travel and swimming
- Birds like chicken, duck, goose, peacock are in the location for kids to view as well
- One dry playground
- One vending machine with almost all kinds of medicine you need
Just issue with cleanliness for me, first night, I had lizard issue, can hear the sound of it. Housekeeping damn fast when I report the next day, they came to check but cannot locate it.
Second is ants, but it disappeared after like 15mins. But I reported it after I check out since when I saw it, it was in the night already.

EdventuresOne of our favourite hotel choices for a short getaway to JB! 😊 Holiday Villa is conveniently located near shopping malls, eateries and massage options, making it really convenient for a relaxing weekend trip. It’s definitely even more worth it when you manage to snag a good deal on Trip.com too! ✨
One thing to take note of if you’ve already prepaid your booking online: do double-check the charges with the front desk during check-in. In our case, we were asked to pay the tourist tax again even though we had already paid it online. A deposit is understandable, but it’s worth checking to make sure you’re not paying the same charge twice.
For the bathroom, our room had a handheld shower attached to the bathtub, so showering meant having to stand in the bathtub. We noticed that quite a bit of water could spill onto the bathroom floor, and there didn’t seem to be a proper floor trap to drain it quickly. It may be useful to request a few extra floor towels to help absorb the water and keep the floor dry.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider Holiday Villa again for a convenient JB weekend getaway! 🌴✨

Absolutely fantastic, this resort was an unexpected surprise! It was a very last-minute decision, but it's now one I wholeheartedly recommend!
There's a free shuttle from the pier that gets you there in about 5-10 minutes.
The hotel lobby is super picturesque; you just want to relax as soon as you walk in. The complimentary welcome drink was delicious.
The room was spacious, and they provided a lot of amenities. The view from the room was absolutely stunning!
There are two pools and two bars, both highly recommended.
Breakfast didn't have many options, and the taste was just average.
I also tried the hotel's spa on the second day – highly recommended!
The service was excellent!

The room was clean and great!
Breakfast was great, a lot of choices!
The gym was well equipped. Walkiing distance to beachfront, not private beach area.
