本次旅遊最踩雷的住宿，入住到的晚，叫了半天才出來接待人員，房間無空調，早餐不好吃，説是海景，衹是位置距離近，房間裏看不到海，吃早餐地方可以看到，房間外觀圖片很好看，近距離看缺乏維護，無人氣。看評分訂的，並不可靠。

PPengguna Tanpa Nama酒店一看就是個老的酒店，但是非常乾淨整潔，設施齊全，舒適度非常好，周圍吃飯購物也非常方便，離海邊也不遠，適合一家人旅遊度假，衹是入住時已經是晚上九點了，沒能有時間周邊走走，到處逛逛，有些遺撼。有一點覺得稍有不便，就是有廚房，有簡單的餐具，最好能提供一個湯鍋和一個平底鍋，這樣就能簡單的把廚房利用起來了

PPengguna TetamuThe facility was clean and quiet. It is in a nice neighborhood within close driving distance to all of the Hilo attractions. The desk person had helpful suggestions for local restaurants and activities. My wife and I stayed for a weekend, and recommend Arnott's. It's a great pace for under $200 per night.

RRaymond MoyLoved the service they have there especially the 24h valet parking they offer. The first room I got was not really well as it feels very dusty, but they were very quick and offered a new room for me. I wanted a balcony and upgraded myself to it. One issue is the minor noise of some kind of engine at night especially when it’s quiet in the room. Definitely will be back to this hotel.

UUweThe hotel is in a wonderful location and thanks to the architect perfectly fitted into the bay. The rooms have a fantastic view (we had a seaview room) onto coconut island. Although the hotel is a bit old, everything is still functional and clean. Hotel restaurant and bar are both comfortable, food is good. Our room was not made up although the reception promised to for the next day, each day.

PPengguna TetamuThe best part about this hotel is the view! We had an ocean view room and woke up a few yards off the water. The service here was great. The front desk was very friendly and had great recommendations for local food options. The amenities were helpful especially the dishes so we could prepare basic meals so we didn't have to eat out every meal. The room did have some mold in the shower and on the back of the bathroom door otherwise the room was clean.
