This hotel has an awesome toilet for a family of 3. It is spacious and clean. The toiletries are of good quality with a nice fragrance. I like it. The front service has a water dispenser and is very convenient for us.

My wife and i had a reasonable stay at Moxy Hotel in Kaunas city centre. However we did find the room to be a little warm through the night and the window could be opened but the roads were a little loud... so you need to pick, noise or temperature! The rooms we modern and spacious enought for a city break. It was so close to the places we wanted to visit and overall our stay was ok. Good hotel, matched expectations. Didn’t require parking nor use leisure facilities which both seem to have received negative comments before. Reception area and staff nice; room clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a tasty selection of pastries, also had yogurt and toast. Also available some hot food and cheese & meats.

整體體驗還不錯，但停車場的進出確實遇到了一些麻煩。
第一天準備出停車場時遇到了問題，系統不抬桿。我去前台詢問，但前台非常忙，幾乎無暇顧及，簡單問了一句後不敢再打擾，衹好站在旁邊等了很久。車裡還有朋友和他的孩子在等，實在沒辦法衹能再次詢問，對方説讓我開車到閘機前，他們會遠程抬桿。但我按指示去做了，閘機依然沒有反應。於是我又返回前台求助（前台在忙的時候電話也打不通，衹能當面問），這次對方表示會幫我抬桿。我再次去開車，終於成功出場，整個過程前前後後花了至少半個多小時。
本以為衹是偶**況，結果第二天又遇到同樣的問題。這次我打電話求助，對方説稍後會抬桿，但掛了電話後反覆嘗試仍未成功。我鼓起勇氣再次撥打，對方問我是否已經嘗試過，我説明嘗試了很多次，之後她説會聯繫Unipark，然後就掛了電話。等了一會後，有一位工作人員過來，雖然他不會説英語，但通過手勢我明白了他的意思——讓我掉頭走員工通道。最終才順利離開

GGuest UserLocation was excellent, room was o k, no wardrobe or drawers to store your cloths or belonging. I ordered a round of drinks in the bar, I had to pay for the drinks before I received them. After 10 minutes i had to ask the barmaid was she going to finish filling the order, to be told that the barrel was empty. I said I will wait until it is changed. To be greeted by the barmaid holding up her finger to show me a plaster on one of her fingers and asking me how was she going to change the barrel. There were 4 other staff behind the bar just standing there. Surely this is not the first time a barrel has runout during a shift.

Views from 5th floor is amazing.
They told me where to go and how to go when i asked them. Breakfast is good and many choices.
Location is very central and can get bus easily to everywhere. Next door is the main bus terminal.

GGuest UserI recently stayed here for one night, and while my experience was brief, there were definitely some highlights worth mentioning. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was clean, cozy, and had all the basic amenities I needed for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made for a good night's rest.
While my stay was just okay overall, I can see the potential for a truly great experience here. And with a few small improvements (which is in progress at the moment with renovation works) it could easily stand out even more. I’d consider staying again if I’m in the area and would love to see how the hotel continues to grow and improve. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

AAnonymous UserThe overall experience was good, but we did have some trouble getting in and out of the parking lot.
I encountered a problem when I was preparing to leave the parking lot on the first day. The system did not lift the barrier. I went to the front desk to inquire, but the receptionist was very busy and had almost no time to take care of me. After asking a simple question, I didn't dare to bother them anymore and had to stand by and wait for a long time. There was a friend and his child waiting in the car, so I had no choice but to ask again. The other party told me to drive to the gate and they would lift the barrier remotely. But I did as instructed and the gate still didn't respond. So I went back to the front desk for help (the front desk was busy and the phone couldn't be reached, so I had to ask in person), and this time the other party said they would help me lift the pole. I drove again and finally got out successfully. The whole process took at least half an hour.
I thought it was just an isolated incident, but I encountered the same problem again the next day. This time I called for help and they said they would lift the pole later, but after they hung up I tried again and again without success. I plucked up the courage to call again and the person on the other end asked me if I had tried it before. I explained that I had tried it many times, and then she said she would contact Unipark and then hung up. After waiting for a while, a staff member came over. Although he didn't speak English, I understood what he meant through gestures - he asked me to turn around and take the staff passage. Finally left successfully

MMomojayThe seat is very close to the ancient city, and the front desk is very enthusiastic. If I ask, they will tell me where the parking fee system is. However, I was given a ticket after I exceeded the time, and they were also very enthusiastic to help deal with it! Worth recommending!
