Hotel dengan WiFi di Sicamous

Disappointed. Thought we were booking a hotel, but more of a “motel”. Access to rooms outside- no inner hallways. Cold hard floors, a couple of rugs would be nice at least. Mattresses are very old and yellowed. No mattress cover (prevent bed bugs/dust). No fitted sheets just a flat sheet over the mattress and in the night when you move around that comes off - woke up with dirty old mattress exposed. Underskirt of the bed filthy with yellowing spattering. Pay per view not working, movie channels not working, just regular cable. Old, outdated TV, not a smart TV can’t stream anything ourselves. When I requested a fitted bottom sheet at front desk she told me there are none. While walking past another room I saw the housekeeper putting a fitted sheet on to a bed. I asked her if I could have one and she said no problem and gave me one. Walls are dented and stained. Bathroom was very nice and clean and lots of shampoo and conditioner available. Swimming pool and outdoor hot tub are lovely. Breakfast in the morning was good.

The hotel location, amenities were perfect for our overnight stay between Calgary and Kelowna. We travel extensively between those two cities and are always looking for value and in particular allowance for our dog.
