Koncept Hotel Benedikt Vormals H2O

I was in this hotel in 2020, and other times before, I always liked so I decided to come back again for this time, well probably the last one. Arrived, there's no anymore the reception, so it's completely automatic the check-in, which I can accept if I could be informed before, in front of the door I was without a battery of my phone so I couldn't download the APP necessary to enter, I waited for someone else to open the door (I didn't receive the passcode to open the door even). Finally, I could enter (open my computer to check the reservation), I got the card pretty smooth, I reached my room and there were 2 beds, I asked for one king bed and in my confirmation was indicated but as no reception, I couldn't get a different room. the room is the same as in the past, cozy and very clean but everytime I used the shower, the water went out and the floor was complete cover by water I checked wifi and it didn't work at all in the room, I had to go downstairs on the first floor to have the connection and sit down on the stairs, also here, without reception, I couldn't ask for support.

Es war sehr schwierig rein zu kommen, wenn man spät ankommt. Ich habe Glück dass überhaupt jemand rein kommen wollte um die Hoteltür aufzumachen. Sonst der Checkin unkompliziert bei der Maschine.

這是我在疫情前來住過的酒店。地理位置非常理想。靠近火車站。 這次通過攜程也定這酒店。 沒想到酒店已改名也不捨前台服務了。入住和退房都是自助的。手續還算簡單。 美中不足就是沒有早餐服務了。整體入住到退房還是方便快捷。

No reception services, after booking i didn't get any reservation code so to open the door...to get inside and be able to self check-in i have to call a service number....once in the room, light is not working, TV also last night was not working,, today no towels....really the worst hotel experience of my life.

The room on 4th floor was nice although extremely hot. The elevator was broken. The taxi could not find the place because the GPS address sends to a dead end with constructions.

I had to walk 4F up with my suite case with my injured ankle, since Elevator was out of order. I was told that it was elevator had been broken for a good while, but they only told me just before my arrival. I asked them to move my room to lower level but they refused and instead told me to cancel the booking if I can't walk up 4F. There was no other hotel nearby so I had no choice but accept it and climb 4F up with my suite case with my injured ankle. This place doesn't care anything about customer. They just want to do the very minimum. On top of that, there were more than 150 crazy homeless ************ screaming outside throughout the night and I felt very unsafe. I don't recommend this place at all.

It was nice and clean but no towels! I would still recommend

This is a comfortable hotel. Spacious bathroom. Clean. Decent size room. Only thing missing was no air conditioning (it was a particularly hot day when I was there). Location could not be any better - right by station. Check in is via machine which gives out the key card.
