The service is good since they’re very helpful and friendly whenever we need help. My room is nearby the pool so I can enjoy the fresh morning view. For the pool, it’s clean that you can enjoy with the mini bar nearby. For location, it’s around 2.6 km from pubstreet so you might need to rent the vehicle to travel from the hotel. Overall, it’s quite good including service and the room.

A bit far from the pubstreet, but the room is clean. If u like the quiet atmosphere, I recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel , fair price

Great service and kind people. However, this hotel should not call itself a 4 star hotel and it absolutely should not call the room we booked the “presidential suite”. There was a strong smell coming from the bathroom. Not acceptable to have to sleep in a room smelling like sewage. They tried to fix it by lighting candles but that didn’t do much. Also they had to come multiple times to fix the water because there was no hot water. Would not stay again. Cannot recommend unless you enjoy the smell 💩🚽 tickling your nostrils

Good location

Very friendly staff and nice pool. Location is a bit outside the city centre but hotel provides a shuttle service (about 10 mins ride) free of charge.

well, the room is big but not so clean. the main problem is the packing space is tiny.
