Lat minute booking, room was clean and no odd smell. Just good enough if you need to work nearby.

It's clean and parking is just in front of hotel.

The comforter was like never washed, some areas color was darker, my body was itchy after staying!

Average clean and comfortable budget hotel. You get what you pay for. Close to aeon Alma and lotus. Easy to get food around.

Hello everyone. U plus budget hotel is quite reasonable with location is quite strategic to near attraction and food. Service okay and parking lot is a lot and free. Everything is okay but mybe can improve the comfort of queen bed as me and my friend having backache in the morning after 1 night stay. But overall is okay and reasonable with price.

Happy staying here, the best staying here where it is located in a city that have mall, shops, next to Hospital, another hotel, banks and many type of facilities here and been provided. Always staying here, i think more than 10times. Sometimes we feel tired facing traffic jammed on the road.

Nice for stay

Overall, it's good. There's a large parking lot right in front of the hotel. The only downside is that the restrooms aren't very clean.

ok but not suitable for family...you can get the 2nd floor here, the stairs are quite high too
