Perkhidmatan di ParkRoyal Collection Pickering sangat baik, kakitangan yang saya temui sangat ramah, membantu dan ramah. Saya menelefon untuk memeriksa adakah cek awal tersedia, mereka memberitahu saya bahawa saya boleh mendaftar masuk bila-bila masa selepas pukul 11 pagi hari itu. Mereka juga berjaya memenuhi semua permintaan yang saya minta pada tempahan saya. Mereka juga menghantar sepiring pastri kepada kami kerana itu adalah hari ulang tahun saya dan membolehkan kami mendaftar keluar pada jam 2 petang. Carepack juga dikemas dengan baik. Kakitangan di limau juga mempunyai perkhidmatan yang hebat. Bilik, gim dan kolam renang semuanya bersih dan dalam keadaan baik.

This is our 4th time staying at this hotel. The cleanliness never failed us. The room is big enough. This time we stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. They gave us a complimentary a bottle of red wine and free upgraded room with a nice view. Kudos to the management for this arrangement. Location wise is very convenient, right next to Clarke Quay station, there are buses to go Bugis, Marina area, Orchard Road. Walking distance to Chinatown. Buffet breakfast is superb as always.

Overall the hotel stay wasn't bad. The Room was big, the bed was nice. The facilities was good and I enjoyed having drinks at ”The Den” and the breakfast was not bad.. My only gripe was that the room wasn't ready when I arrived at the hotel at 3.30pm( check in time was 3pm) and they wasn't able to advise when the room would be ready and was suggesting we go to ”The Den” which is like a cafe and wait for the room. eventually after raising my displeasure of not the room not being ready even though we got there already later than the check in time, we got the room probably around 3.40 or so and I thought that will be end but imagine my surprise when I went inside the room and found the room to be all wet which really make the starting of the stay not exactly very pleasant. for the price that I paid which was above $400, I actually would have expected better preparation. I have booked quite a few hotels in SG before to have staycation and this is the first time which I had such an experience. This is such a contrast with the experience that I had when I booked Capri by Fraser at Changi City point which everything went alot more nicer but other than the starting part of the room preparation, the rest went well but the starting part did make put a damper on the stay.

it's my 4th/5th visit to Clan hotel , decided to treat myself hence chose to return to Clan Hotel despite having a previous unpleasant counter 🙂 not too sure if the welcome ”routine” changed , didn't get the tea ceremony this time but not a big issue . got a corner room , the room didnt fail us . everything is great about the room , comfort & cleanliness is good . booked w breakfast , i kind of miss the previous set menu options over the current buffet breakfast .. not too much variety . not too sure if i came late around 9ish , the staffs are less attentive and more concern about the closing time . was assigned to a table , however after upon taking my food my table was taken by another person 😕 not too sure what went wrong , did the staff forgot that table was already assigned or the other person just sat there ? if i'm not wrong we will be assigned to tables but not free seating .. and the staff served our drinks to that table should have noticed why is 2 cups of drinks ordered for 1 pax 😅 i had to ask the staff to reassign me to another table ? 9.30 - 10.30 staffs are more anxious to close the breakfast . food are not replenished as often , recommend to go early for breakfast if you are able to wake up

Very nice hotel and comfortable stay Mini bars are all FOC Room view is superb TV can cast YouTube Room slipper is very comfortable Bed is nice to sleep with many pillow and bolster The shampoo and shower gel is very good 👍🏻 especially their body lotion 🧴 . Conditioner too my gf said Drinking Water need to put into a machine to filter it out which is very slow and amount of water is less. Bathroom water heater is awhile hot awhile cold 🙃 Parking is not included

First time trying this hotel for a staycation with my gf.. the location is great with alot of nice food choices around and while room in itself is pretty big and nice, my main issue is that the aircon seems to be stuck at 24.5 degrees the whole night and cannot be adjusted which made the whole stay rather uncomfortable and pretty hot. The pillows are also not really that comfortable as well. If the aircon issue was better and the room wasn't as hot the whole night, it would have been alot better. as it stand, there are probably better choices for this price range so I probably wouldn't be keen to come back again which is kinda a bummer cos the location is good and the room is pretty nice at the end..

The hotel functions like a business hotel. Lack of warm hospitality that I witness in some other hotel chain. I was lost in the room as there were no communication as to what number to dial for conceirge. Only a number for housekeeping and they had to forward the call for me. When asked for late checkout, the answer was an unapologetic No. I guess the hotel has great business. And the bath was choked but they got it fixed. Plumber was fast and friendly but of course, it was still precious time wasted waiting for the bath to be fixed.

My repeated staycation at Holiday Inn Atrium. The room is comfortable and clean with a bath tub to relax in. The staff is friendly and approachable. The swimming pools are great to relax around and swim in. There is a big variety of food served at the cafe at level 4. It is also next to the TEL Havelock Station, so it makes travelling very convenient. It is just a short walk to the Tiong Bahru Market where lots of local food are served. Great World City is just a train stop away. There are also a few massage parlours next to the hotel where one can get a good massage. Thanks to all at Holiday Inn Atrium Hotel who have made my stay here a pleasant one and will definitely return for another staycation.

Cleanliness: - In terms cleanliness, the room is not so perfect. Some visible dusts here & there. - observed a trail of ants near the desk. - The floor are carpeted. - Place look run-down even though it's well-maintained. Amenities: - Room was unfortunately not equipped with smart tv. International channels are very limited and the connection is slow. - Room is very spacious. Suitable to bring guests for card games. - The view from the room is facing Singapore Flyer & MBS. - The tv was installed in the positioned right in front of the bed. - The shower area is very clean. - Beds and linens are comfortable. - They have a shared water dispenser that can dispense at various temperature including baby milk. Quite useful for parents. The carpark within the hotel is quite run-down. So you might end up, parking quite far from the lift lobby. However parking is complimentary for guests. Service: - They have a room service policy that they will only clean the room after the 3rd night. The only downside. On the overall, I will definitely come back again.

To begin with, five stars for the Wink Management as they really go all out for their guests. I was supposed to stay here in April 2020. But, 10 days prior to my departure date, the borders were closed. I contacted the management but I am not too sure they can do anything for my booking. But hey, they immediately offered me two options: a new arrival date & free credit with validity till 31st Dec '21. I chose the free credit, but they haven't accepted any short-term visitors in Dec '21. So, they told me that they would extend my free credit validity till June 2022. Thank you so much, Wink! Then, for the hostel premises, they have done repainting and it's great so the building doesn't look tired. Everywhere is spotlessly clean, from the common rooms and even the rooms and bed. Guests have to put shoes on the front office area. So, no shoes inside the rooms and common rooms. They also offer plenty of seats and desks to gather around or you can do some works. Kudos and thank you for Nelson and his team. They are super friendly, helpful, patient, and always ready to ensure the guests' stay enjoyable. When I first arrived, the lady explained everything in details. She makes sure I know everything I need during my stay. I really enjoy my stay at Wink, especially after an unpleasant stay in other establishment in Dec '21. Wink is a total game changer. Definitely my first choice for hostel in SG.

Review on Wink at Upper Cross street hostel: I was a long staying guest at the Wink at Upper Cross street hostel for three weeks now. Location:The hostel is in a excellent location with access to public transportation routes on bus and subway and many tourist spots. Plus close to a shopping mall with supermarket and good places to eat both eastern and western food of varied price ranges. Rooms:The rooms are very clean, quite spacious and not too crowded/crammed. The beds are super comfortable. Working space:There is a good working table space area in the hostel and its quiet to do work on your computer. Beverages and meals:Hot beverages are available throughout the day at this hostel. Breakfast is complimentary cereal and toast. Good if you are in a rush and alight breakfast eater. I recommend the hostel for its location, general cleanliness and relatively spacious rooms. Areas of improvement: Laundry:There are no laundry services at this hostel and I think they would greatly benefit from installing a laundry service or do-it-yourself laundry machine. Or partnering with a laundry service in the area.

Female dorm~ The bunk bed is ok, comfy n has a locker at the side (w/out locks). The guests were ok too. Don't allow early check-in but the staff were nice enough to let me leave my luggage there while I went out for lunch to wait for the check in. Toilet is very small, does not have shampoo or soap, smells funky.

It is the same station that has the closest ATMs. The hostel requires you to pay your balance using cash. If you want to pay by card, there is an additional 3% charge and you'd have to walk to their sister hostel to use their card machine. The sister site is on another street but they claim it's just a 5-minute walk. Also, if you want to print anything or use a microwave, you'd have to walk across the street to the Chic Hostel to do so since this one doesn't have it. There is a fridge but no microwave. The good thing is that they do your laundry, within the same day if you tell them to, for $12. The dorms on the 4th floor did not have a lock on the door so it didn't feel secure from anyone else who may decide to wonder up there. They did have a key card for the individual lockers though. There's only one outlet by your bed so I'd recommend getting an adapter with multiple USB ports or something. The 4th and 3rd floors share a 2-stall shower and toilet combo which was a tight squeeze and a bit moldy, which probably cannot be helped with such humid climates. Only bodywash was available in the showers. Each toilet come with its own handheld bidet. I just wished that the restrooms had paper towels to dry your hands. I did like that each bed had its own TV with Netflix and headphones (even though I never used it). The A/C runs all night which is great. I also liked that eac bed has their owne privacy curtains as well as their own drying rack and clothes hangers.

Menginap di hotel ini semasa saya bekerja. Lokasi hotel ini sangat dekat dengan stesen Chinatown mrt, Hong Lim dan Chinatown Point yang merupakan kelebihannya. Tetapi sayangnya, bilik tamu hotel mempunyai bau apak, *****tara cadar dan tuala berwarna. Semasa mendaftar masuk, kad bilik yang diberikan kepada saya tidak dapat diakses ke bilik tetamu saya dan harus kembali ke tingkat bawah untuk menukarnya. Mereka bahkan mengumpulkan deposit $ 50 dari saya. Air mineral dan mi segera yang diletakkan di dalam bilik tidak percuma. Kos $ 2. Hanya kakitangan pengemasan yang membantu dan ramah.

The location is excellent, in the heart of chinatown. The staff were also very friendly. However, the room had some issues. Particularly, the shower was broken and the combination of the shower and the toilet being in the same room made it inconvenient to use the toilet after having a shower as the floor would remain wet.
