Good location next to Bencoolen metro and bus station, also to Singapore Management University and the National Museum. The room was ok, but the bathroom needs a renovation with a proper shower and not an old bath. But overall, I'll be back because of the value for money and the location.

We were delighted to have free upgrade. The facilities in the room were great for both business and family travelers. The bathroom/toilet was clean and the water pressure for shower was strong. It was quiet at night and the mattresses were good for back support. The location is superb, next to MRT and there are bus stops within 50m. The only disadvantage was the stairs in front of the hotel which we had to carry our luggages up till the main entrance, as the electrical stair lift was not in operation.

Booked this for a concert, it's not far from the venue. Just a few minutes walk from the subway exit, so getting around is really convenient. The staff were also very friendly. I'd choose this place again in the future, highly recommended.

Daily housekeeping. Safe. Clean. Best location for Mrt and bus station accessibility. Only downside is that the front area has no Ramp for strollers.

Pros A great location for exploring Chinatown and Little India. The hotel is also close to the Esplanade and Promenade, with many other places nearby. Beautiful Fort Canning Park is within walking distance, as are the National Museum of Singapore and the National Gallery. The hotel was perfectly situated for the Formula 1 event. Many attractions are within a 30-minute walk or a 10-minute MRT ride. The beautiful SMU campus is also close by. The room is spacious by Singapore standards—simple but comfortable, with a table and two chairs. The view from the window offers a great perspective of downtown. Cons: The price was very high during the Formula 1 event. The air conditioning blows directly on the bed. You need to switch it to fan mode (the icon with a fan in a circle) to sleep comfortably.

The rooms was clean and comforatable. One of the best part was the convenient location, transport option were excellent and made it really easy to get around the city.

Located right in front of the Downtown Line station on Bencoolen Street. I was upgraded to a room equipped with an iron and ironing board—nice touch. Everything’s great, with plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood that stay open 24/7. The room is well insulated and stays comfortably cool even when the air conditioning is turned off. Only two stops to Chinatown.

Great. Cot mattress is abit thin and no extra pillows. Wish there’s a standing stool for kids to brush teeth. Also my 5yo boy wondered abt those pics on the door which is abit disturbing. Glad room is a decent size and clean. Coffee and drinks provided. Service excellent and help us w luggage.

Great location. Very easy to access MRT/bus station as it takes a 1 min for a walk from the hotel (Bras Basah bus station/Bencoolen MRT station). 7eleven is located opposite the hotel and you can also find Food Dynasty in the Lazada One nearby

We stayed for two nights. The hotel was clean and well-located—near the MRT and bus stations, right in the city center. There were convenience stores nearby. The service was good, and check-in and check-out were easy.

Don’t expect too much from a budget hotel. It’s just decent 3 star hotel. There’s no pool or gym for this hotel so if you don’t mind that then it probably work well for you. We needed to carry 3 large suitcases up the steps on our own, and no one helped us or opened the door. The reception personnel was just okay (nothing spectacular) but as we check out the bell boy was nice enough to open the door and help us carry our 3 large suitcases. The room is roomy and free of odours, however the amenities is only a toothbrushes and toothpaste. Do bring your own shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. They do not supply shampoo or conditioners. They do have body wash, but it feels like a low-quality shower gel (if you're not particular, use it). We have sensitive skin, we brought our own shower gels. We didn't have any hand soap in the room until the housekeepers cleaned it (she probably added it while cleaning). The beds were not hard but firm, which was nice, and they provided two small water bottles. The location was rather convenient. It is directly in front of the Bencoolen MRT station (Blue Line). There are also various cafes and eateries in the close by. If you are not picky and wish to stay in a budget and decenr central location, this hotel may be suitable for you.
