Been to OP hotel a few times before and the service had always been good. But this time round, the service wasn't exactly what we experienced before. Anyway, the service was good but quite far from what we experienced previously.
Room was clean and decently sized with great view.
Breakfast wise, I would not encourage anyone to top-up money for it. It wasn't a breakfast buffet. Variety was quite limited but taste was alright. Biggest letdown was rather the service by the restaurant crew. For a first timer there, no clear instructions given on how to place an order etc. The kitchen staff in his late 20s or 30s completely ignored us when we were calling him (not sure if he had hearing or sight problem though). Very disappointing.
Overall, stay was alright but probably will not return again.

I had a more than pleasant stay with my wife. It was meant to be a staycation for my wife's birthday. While I didn't inform the hotel of the occasion, they might have taken note during registration and surprised her with a birthday cake delivered to the room in the evening!

Hotel is well located with Imbiah, Sensory Scape and RWS within reach.
Room is comfortable and functional, there is Nespresso machine and a spacious shower.
Lobby is a tad crowded, so prepare to stand and wait for check-in and out.
Breakfast is a semi buffet at level 7. Basic and nothing fancy. had the American breakfast which is not bad.
A pity that the rooftop bar was booked out for a private event on the night I was staying - that’s one key amenity for the hotel. Could hear the sound of furniture shifting at 11pm from my room in level 6. I reckon that could be better managed.
Strangely our room cards were disabled around 1030am. Something the hotel could do better next time.
Still a good stay option though.

Very clean hotel, beautifully decorated with all the amenities we need! They also upgraded us to a sea view room and gave us a birthday cake :) really thoughtful of them. Thanks for the great stay!

Amazing stay at Outpost hotel with a pool view exactly like the photo! Staff is friendly and the hotel is relatively accessible and near to bus stops making it easy to travel around Sentosa. Highly recommended!

Outpost hotel did a tremendous job in providing excellent customer service. Me and my family was given an upgrade in room. The housekeeping was very good and meticulous in keeping our room neat and tidy.

Easy to find the hotel. Pool was quite big. Bed was superb. 5/5. Sound proofing was not so good but we slept well anyways.

Great stay.. comes with free freebies snacks to choose from. Inside the hotel, also has coffee and tea to choose from.. love the toilet facilities... doesn't come with breakfast, so we purchased the buffet breakfast. The food variety is not a lot to be honest.. abit disappointed.. they have catered shuttle bus service to vivo city as well..
