Biasanya sebelum tarikh daftar masuk, hotel akan menghantar e-mel nota alu-aluan seperti masa daftar masuk, lakukan dan jangan di hotel terutamanya semasa tempoh Covid ini. Tetapi hotel ini tidak mempunyai komunikasi. Apabila mendaftar masuk, kakitangan tidak boleh mengesahkan sama ada kami boleh membuat daftar keluar lewat, kami perlu menyemak dengan mereka pada malam tadi. Terdapat klausa yang perlu kami tandatangani jika kami positif covid semasa penginapan kami, kami perlu membayar yuran pembersihan $400. Kenyataan ini membuatkan saya berasa sangat tidak selesa sepanjang tempoh 3 hari. Saya terus berfikir mengapa saya sangat bodoh untuk membayar beberapa ratus $$ & perlu risau tentang covid. Kami menempah 2 bilik, tiada bilik bersambung dan kami diberi bilik ganti kerana jenis bilik sebelah adalah twin sharing, kakitangan yang disebutkan adalah bilik gred yang lebih tinggi. Tandas bilik berbau zink dan untuk 1st time saya perlu terus mencuci tandas untuk mengelakkan bau busuk. Kami tinggal selama 3 hari, tiada perkhidmatan pembersihan pada hari ke-2 dan tiada tong sampah di mana-mana di hotel, saya membawa sampah saya ke tingkat 1 dan keluar dari bangunan untuk membuangnya. Kolam renang tidak mempunyai tuala, perlu membawa anda dari bilik. Secara keseluruhan, bukan penginapan yang menyenangkan kerana saya terus memikirkan klausa itu. Tidak akan mengesyorkan sesiapa

Location: The hotel is located at a prime location at Clarkey. 3 mins walk to MRT, malls, restaurants and bars.  10 mins walk to China Town.  Rooms: The rooms are not very spacious, you can describe it as cozy.  It comes with filter faucet so you don’t get bottled water.  Food:  There is a seafood restaurant at the lobby, and breakfast is like SGD $40 per day. Didnt try.  Amenities:  The gym is decent, comes with sufficient equipments for a gym person. 3 treadmills, smith, cable, rowing machine, cycling machine, dumbbells.  The pool is not big and the area doesn’t get good sunshine.  Both opened 24 hrs.

Cleanliness - Very clean Location - Excellent central location Service - Staff very friendly and helpful Amenities - Swimming pool very nice. Also provide basics like shower gel, shampoo etc. but also provide toothbrushes and toothpaste. Booked my parents into this hotel twice, excellent on both occasions.

The hotel is perfect and staff is very nice, helpful. The breakfast is perfect. The pool is so nice.

Excellent location with access to restaurants, cafes, shopping etc. Rooms are nice and comfortable. I wish the pool was heated with jacuzzi and sauna room.

Location is very convenient. 5 minutes walk to MRT and walking distance to a few Shopping Mall. Very near to Chinatown. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

I love this hotel!! The hotel is just a two minute walk to Clarke Quay. A minute walk to the metro, 6 minute walk to Chinatown, 15 minute to Merlion park and with great amenities and wonderful service! I love how cozy and comfy the room was. The fact that for this price they offer potable drinking water from ge tap would help save money for buying bottled water. Moreover, they have Atkinsons as shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, how is that for that bargain! The only thing I didn’t like was their shower room/bathroom because the lever for choosing which shower head to choose was broken. Beyond this thing the hotel is almost perfect! I would definitely book here again next time I travel to Singapore!

The hotel room is quite new and very comfortable. Also, the swimming pool is great and the vibe is very relaxing. The location of the hotel is quite convenient. It is located at Clarke quay, and it only takes 2 minutes' walk from the closet MRT Station.

The hotel was clean, nice, and had very helpful staff. There was a lot of space in the room and bathroom. Water pressure is good. The room had speakers and bathrobes as well for use. Nice comfortable nook by the window to relax

The location is great. It is very close to Clark quay. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in singapore. All the tourist spots are within walking distance. The MRT station is also very close.
