Booked a one night stay at Sheraton. Location is good, about 10 mins away from Orchard road. Walking distance to Newton Food Centre where there are many yummy local food! Check in process was fast (no crowd), room was ready even though it was only 1pm. We requested for late check out too! Room is big and clean. Comfortable bed. Our room comes with executive lounge access. Free flow of food and drinks from 5:30pm-7:30pm. The staff at the lounge were very helpful and friendly. Amazing service! The breakfast located at level 1, breakfast buffet was delicious. (Except for the pancake, it’s slightly dry). Overall it was a great stay! Service was amazing, will definitely be back again!

Nota: Bilik adalah LENGKAP dan hotel BUSY terutamanya pada hujung minggu! Memesan hotel warisan ini kerana sejarahnya yang kaya & seni bina kolonial yang luar biasa, memang tidak pernah terkesan. Kakitangan concierge / penerimaan sangat prihatin dan cekap, rajin mencari tetamu yang memerlukan; perkhidmatan segera. Sayangnya terpaksa menunggu hingga jam 3 petang sehingga bilik saya tersedia kerana kapasiti penuh tetamu di dalam rumah, tetapi Melanie sangat membantu / sabar dan baik hati ketika menolong saya semasa mendaftar masuk. Melanie memberi saya bilik tab mandi yang saya minta juga peningkatan bilik percuma. Kek 250g percuma yang disajikan ke bilik sebagai perayaan ulang tahun ke-42 pasangan saya. Biliknya secara estetik menarik dan menggembirakan. Lokasi tidak diragukan lagi mudah diakses ke kereta bawah tanah dan pusat membeli-belah. Kafe L'epresso menyajikan roti / minuman yang baik, menjamu selera menghadap ke kolam renang. Berjaya makan di lounge cafe, bahagiannya sangat murah hati! Ingin mencuba pencuci mulut durian mereka yang terkenal seterusnya, alasan yang baik untuk kembali kerana masa terlalu sibuk untuk kami. Hotel ini mempunyai suasana yang indah. This review is long over due. My extended family and I stayed at Oakwood Studios Singapore through most of December 2022 and onto the first week of January 2023. The circumstances around our stay was very difficult but the management and staff at the Oakwood Studios made our stay most comfortable and we can’t thank them enough. This is not your typical service apartment but one with a special touch. And it seems to be popular with expats on short assignments to Singapore and families who have patients being treated at MT E Orchard or many of the other medical facilities across Singapore. Nestled across from York hotel and one building next to Quincy this is a most unique property. I have stayed at both the others in the past but I prefer Oakwood by far with its balcony in every room and clean and modern style with kitchenette. But it’s the people that made all the difference. I would like to specially thank Hitesh for going out of his way and even while on holiday to accommodate our ever changing dates and need for rooms. A big thanks to Nass as well for always stepping up and being most accommodating. Thank you Dan, Denise, Kym, Jet and Shobina for all the help at reception, with the brilliant breakfast boxes and recommendations. The residents loved the Thursday night cocktail and snacks which were complimentary and the many hidden outdoor places in the building (including the roof top pool). A must stay in Singapore for those planning to stay for a week or longer. At the time we were there, we heard that the Ascott group had bought Oakwood Studios. As good as the Ascott brand are themselves, I do hope they allow Oakwood Studios to retain its unique style and personality.

Returned to stay again because I liked it the previous time. Thank you for the kind gesture to give us a freeze upgrade (though we didn’t make use of the loft at all). Been to so many hotel stays before but this is the first time seeing a toilet bowl full of pee stain when we lifted up the cover. Informed the concierge, only to have the housekeeping to come in and clean the toilet (just use chemicals to wipe and disinfect) in front of us. There’s no change of room discussion btw. This uncleaned toilet bowl is unacceptable but other than this, I’m ok with the hotel.

Menginap di bilik deluxe 2 bilik tidur untuk keluarga saya yang terdiri daripada 4 orang, yang jarang ditemui bagi kami. Biasanya kita akan mendapat 2 bilik yang saling bersambung. Tetapi susunan 2 bilik tidur ini dilengkapi dengan ruang tamu yang baik untuk ikatan keluarga. Satu-satunya kelemahan adalah bahawa hanya ada 1 bilik mandi, dan 1 bilik serbuk (kami mengambilnya dengan baik ... memperlakukannya seolah-olah kami makan tinggal di ryokan Jepun yang hanya mempunyai 1 bilik mandi) ... 😄

We stayed here for 4 nights for business and absolutely could not fault a thing - everything was brilliantly thought out and the wonderful staff were a delight; nothing was too much trouble. The hotel has only just opened in the last week and we're sure it will become extremely popular in no time at all. The rooms are immaculately presented and very spacious, we especially enjoyed the little touches like the daily minibar and turndown service. The rain shower was HEAVEN and the beautiful COMO body wash, shampoos, etc. smelled so incredible I wanted to take them all home! Breakfast was included in our rate and was fantastic every single day. The breakfast to order was a highlight and we found there to be plenty of options to keep us satisfied over our 4 night stay. The freshly baked goods every morning are a real treat (balanced out with the delicious fresh fruit, of course). The service is a standout for this new hotel, it was exceptional in every area - everyone is very professional but also super friendly and personable. We thought this was a real point of difference and one of the many reasons we will return to this beautiful property. Every single staff member we interacted with was a delight, but special mentions to hotel staff Reina, Karl, Izhar, Kyle and of course the lovely Ivan in COMO Cuisine who we thoroughly enjoyed chatting with at breakfast every morning. We look forward to returning and checking out the pool/bar area which is nearing completion. See you again soon!

Location was good - plenty of food stalls downstairs. Stay was not that pleasant and rest/sleep was largely interrupted. Bathroom had a foul sewage smell the moment I stepped in and had to get the staff to spray air freshener but it still came back after a while (it was a 2-night stay). Hard to get the reception - took 3 hours for someone to pick up my call just to get fresh towels. The view from the room was just a wall outside. As the room was beside the lift lobby, there were constant noises of many people walking around/talking/shouting outside. There was also a strange dull echoey drumming sound the whole day, louder especially at night.

Parkroyal at beach road ialah hotel vintaj yang telah menemani singapura dalam pembinaan negaranya sejak 1970-an. Lokasi sangat baik kerana 5 minit berjalan kaki dari. Stesen MRT Lebuhraya Nicole dan pasar jalan pantai yang terkenal. Apa yang saya suka tentang hotel ini ialah lobi vintajnya yang memberikan rasa retro dan bersahaja. Ia berbeza dengan hotel lain. Terdapat juga beberapa telebear gergasi di sofa lobi yang merupakan permata untuk menghiburkan kanak-kanak dan menambah suasana hangatnya. Biliknya besar dan dilengkapi dengan baik. Katilnya juga padat. Satu-satunya kawasan yang perlu diperbaiki mungkin bahagian luar tingkap kelihatan berdebu dan beberapa menu TV kabel berbeza daripada saluran sebenar. Contoh saluran 14 ditulis pada panduan sebagai filem musang. Tetapi saluran sebenar adalah HBO. Disebabkan sekatan covid, saya memesan sarapan dalam bilik. Nasi lemak ikan cray beras ungu adalah antara yang terbaik yang saya makan, pasti hidangan saya akan sangat mengesyorkan. Satu-satunya kawasan yang perlu diperbaiki ialah kopi suam yang mungkin lebih hangat. Secara keseluruhan pengalaman itu bagus. Permata lain ialah restoran cina Si Chuan Dou Hua. Minuman kacang soya kaya dan sedikit atau tiada gula. Saya akan suka tinggal di sana untuk staycation lagi.

The hotel location is good. Free parking. The room is spacious, with bathtub..but no bidet. The bed is great+comfy, we had a good night rest. The staffs are respectful and served with high professionalism, kudos especially to Siti who attended us. Delightfully, the hotel upgrade the room to family suite and sent a complimentary fruit basket for my son's small birthday celebration. Great hospitality, we had a great stay! Definitely recommend others to stay here too. And TQ to trip.com with such discount, i saved a lot haha 😄

Nice view and room very clean too. Bed is comfortable and sofa is nice but the sofa table was unbalanced which caused it to be shaky. Curtains not automated though, you have to manual pull open and close it. Toilet has bidet which is a plus. Gyms is clean and well maintained with water and towels provided. Breakfast buffet has a variety of options with additional menu to order from. Overall it was still a very good stay.

The hotel is large and the staff are welcoming. We liked the facilities provided including hair dryer, coffee making provision and an iron. We thought that provision of sockets and USB sockets was good, although, as with many hotels, the guest who sleeps on the left side does not have a socket, whereas the other side has all controls. There were several issues, though, which could be improved: Our cases were left in an outside, covered area while waiting for check in. Because we did not think this was secure enough, we were not confident to leave our bag with our paperwork and valuables in it, and had to carry it around with us until we checked in. In hot weather, this was less than desirable. The shower and toilet share a door which slides across. This resulted in water from the shower spilling out into the main bathroom area. The TV had a fixed maximum volume (which is fine), but because of the size of the room, it was then difficult to hear the TV. It may be better to adjust it so that it cannot cause annoyance to neighbours, but is audible within the room.

Served stay home notice at Ariva for 7 days. We were lucky to have upgrade from 1 bedder (450sqf) to 2 bedder (650sqf) on the very high level with an fantastic unblocked view. Apartment is well maintained and equipped with fridge, washing and drying machine, microwave, toaster, cutlery, basically all you need for a comfortable and homey stay. The front desk manager and staff are very helpful and friendly to cater what we need during our stay. Highly recommend visitors who are looking for a place that is spacious, affordable and at a quiet yet in the city centre location. Though I could not go out during my stay yet I am sure plenty of food options available nearby, confirmed by my foodpanda delivery.

Saya meminta untuk tingkat yang lebih tinggi mereka memberikan yang kedua tertinggi yang benar-benar keren. Lelaki di meja maklumat tidak terlalu membantu semasa saya menelefon. Para wanita menyambut baik. Bilik itu sendiri bersih, semua yang diperlukan telah diberikan. Walaupun katil terlalu licin - jika kita menghidupkan katil, semuanya akan bergegar dan bergerak di atas lantai. Penyaman udara sama ada terlalu sejuk atau terlalu panas jadi kami terpaksa terus menyesuaikannya. Tidak boleh berenang kerana covid tetapi ia adalah pengalaman yang baik.

Thus far, Coliwoo Balestier is simply one of the finest in terms of quality in service, quality in meeting customer expectations where one expects the service to be potentially rendered is meted out to the finest,and also Coliwoo's excellent customer service staff I have ever encountered Ms Kelly, this enchanting and serene place guarded sacredly by its guardians such as Ms Kelly whom I cited before, its time the entire hotel industry relook at their customer service rendered and product provided,Coliwoo Balestier is simply the finest and best thus far.

It’s our first time here and we will definitely come back again. Stayed for 5 days & 4 nights. We’re very happy and satisfied with our stay. The location is very good and convenient, its only five minutes walk to Orchard Rd. The room was very nice, looks like it just renovated. Pillows and bed were very comfortable. There’s also a Nespresso machine in the room. Breakfast buffet spread was good. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and attentive. The bonus part is that we get full access to the pantry (24 hours) where you can take anything (they have all kinds of drinks & snacks)
