Overall the hotel stay wasn't bad. The Room was big, the bed was nice. The facilities was good and I enjoyed having drinks at ”The Den” and the breakfast was not bad.. My only gripe was that the room wasn't ready when I arrived at the hotel at 3.30pm( check in time was 3pm) and they wasn't able to advise when the room would be ready and was suggesting we go to ”The Den” which is like a cafe and wait for the room. eventually after raising my displeasure of not the room not being ready even though we got there already later than the check in time, we got the room probably around 3.40 or so and I thought that will be end but imagine my surprise when I went inside the room and found the room to be all wet which really make the starting of the stay not exactly very pleasant. for the price that I paid which was above $400, I actually would have expected better preparation. I have booked quite a few hotels in SG before to have staycation and this is the first time which I had such an experience. This is such a contrast with the experience that I had when I booked Capri by Fraser at Changi City point which everything went alot more nicer but other than the starting part of the room preparation, the rest went well but the starting part did make put a damper on the stay.

Mereka juga berjaya memenuhi semua permintaan yang saya minta pada tempahan saya. Mereka juga menghantar sepiring pastri kepada kami kerana itu adalah hari ulang tahun saya dan membolehkan kami mendaftar keluar pada jam 2 petang. Carepack juga dikemas dengan baik. Kakitangan di limau juga mempunyai perkhidmatan yang hebat. Bilik, gim dan kolam renang semuanya bersih dan dalam keadaan baik.

Hotel decor, ambient music and even scent that welcomes us once we stepped into the lobby felt like entering a different world. We were immediately greeted by staff and ushered to wait at the beautiful sofa seats while they handled our check-in. Process was real quick and we were even shown to our room by their concierge. The shophouse Queen room was cosy with comfy bed. Loved their bathrobes! Our room came with cocktails and $100 F&B credits which we used for dinner at the Anouska bar. The breakfast was really good and besides the mains it also came with bread basket and fruit platter. Only improvement they need to make is to replace the TV to one with Chromecast or screen mirroring function then it will be perfect!

Good location just by the side of Clarke Quay MRT station. Staff service is good and the pool is a nice one to enjoy. Breakfast food variety is decent. Lokasinya bagus dan pengangkutannya selesa. Terdapat stesen MRT Outram Park di tingkat bawah, sekitar 15 minit berjalan kaki dari Chinatown. petua: Restoran ditutup, gimnasium tersedia, tempahan diperlukan, dan ”lokasi” terhad.

The hotel functions like a business hotel. Lack of warm hospitality that I witness in some other hotel chain. I was lost in the room as there were no communication as to what number to dial for conceirge. Only a number for housekeeping and they had to forward the call for me. When asked for late checkout, the answer was an unapologetic No. I guess the hotel has great business. And the bath was choked but they got it fixed. Plumber was fast and friendly but of course, it was still precious time wasted waiting for the bath to be fixed.

My repeated staycation at Holiday Inn Atrium. The room is comfortable and clean with a bath tub to relax in. The staff is friendly and approachable. The swimming pools are great to relax around and swim in. There is a big variety of food served at the cafe at level 4. It is also next to the TEL Havelock Station, so it makes travelling very convenient. It is just a short walk to the Tiong Bahru Market where lots of local food are served. Great World City is just a train stop away. There are also a few massage parlours next to the hotel where one can get a good massage. Thanks to all at Holiday Inn Atrium Hotel who have made my stay here a pleasant one and will definitely return for another staycation.

Mengapa saya bertanya kepada mereka, mereka memberitahu kerana sudah lama tiada orang menggunakannya sebab itu. Bolehkah anda menerima alasan ini. Saya percaya mereka patut melakukan sesuatu tentang TV. N pls tinggalkan buku tentang cara untuk n dsb. Malah orang tidak pernah menonton TV. Jika benar-benar semua TV di sana rosak sila bawa mereka pergi. Jadi orang akan tahu di sini tiada TV. mudah. harap bos wanita akan melihat masalah kecil ini yang mungkin menjadi mimpi ngeri anda. Thks sekadar cadangan.

I stayed here in early December 2022 for a few nights. In general, this hostel is very conveniently located. It is only 4-minute walk from the Downtown Line MRT station. It is the same station that has the closest ATMs. The hostel requires you to pay your balance using cash. If you want to pay by card, there is an additional 3% charge and you'd have to walk to their sister hostel to use their card machine. The sister site is on another street but they claim it's just a 5-minute walk. Also, if you want to print anything or use a microwave, you'd have to walk across the street to the Chic Hostel to do so since this one doesn't have it. There is a fridge but no microwave. The good thing is that they do your laundry, within the same day if you tell them to, for $12. The dorms on the 4th floor did not have a lock on the door so it didn't feel secure from anyone else who may decide to wonder up there. They did have a key card for the individual lockers though. There's only one outlet by your bed so I'd recommend getting an adapter with multiple USB ports or something. The 4th and 3rd floors share a 2-stall shower and toilet combo which was a tight squeeze and a bit moldy, which probably cannot be helped with such humid climates. Only bodywash was available in the showers. Each toilet come with its own handheld bidet. I just wished that the restrooms had paper towels to dry your hands. I did like that each bed had its own TV with Netflix and headphones (even though I never used it). The A/C runs all night which is great. I also liked that eac bed has their owne privacy curtains as well as their own drying rack and clothes hangers.

I stayed here late March 2023. The stay was exceptionally hospitable, with friendly staff eager to assist you and provide recommendations for things to see and do in the city. The place is clean, with a very relaxed but funky vibe reflected by the beautiful jazz music played in the background. The ground floor lobby/cafe is conducive for social interaction, and the coffee and inmcecreqm superb! Do try the pistachio flavour! I've been very happy with my stay and would recommend ❤️

Review on Wink at Upper Cross street hostel: I was a long staying guest at the Wink at Upper Cross street hostel for three weeks now. Location:The hostel is in a excellent location with access to public transportation routes on bus and subway and many tourist spots. Plus close to a shopping mall with supermarket and good places to eat both eastern and western food of varied price ranges. Rooms:The rooms are very clean, quite spacious and not too crowded/crammed. The beds are super comfortable. Working space:There is a good working table space area in the hostel and its quiet to do work on your computer. Beverages and meals:Hot beverages are available throughout the day at this hostel. Breakfast is complimentary cereal and toast. Good if you are in a rush and alight breakfast eater. I recommend the hostel for its location, general cleanliness and relatively spacious rooms. Areas of improvement: Laundry:There are no laundry services at this hostel and I think they would greatly benefit from installing a laundry service or do-it-yourself laundry machine. Or partnering with a laundry service in the area.

Ia sesuai untuk kediaman jangka pendek atau jangka sederhana, dan sangat sesuai untuk membeli-belah, pejabat atau perjalanan. Tidak jauh dari CBD, diperlukan sekitar 20 minit berjalan kaki ke kawasan bangunan pejabat Marina Bay. Selain itu, terdapat tempat-tempat indah di dekatnya, di seberang Kuil Buddha Tooth Relic dan Chinatown Food Street. Terdapat juga pasar raya dan pasar besar yang sering dikunjungi penduduk tempatan. Kehidupan juga sangat senang.

公寓位置優越，在藍線兩個地鐵站之間，吃飯方便，附近有南洋老咖啡，亞坤，松發肉骨茶，吐司工坊，coconut，基本網紅店可以一網打盡，而且廚房可以做飯，附近唐城坊有超市買菜，唯一不好的是前台的工作人員是外國人，英語很不標準，一點都不會中文，好多時候靠翻譯軟件來溝通，另外還有晚上8點後發生的突發狀況沒有及時解決，比如我們有一天晚上洗頭後吹頭髮，吹風筒突然着火🔥，因為前台下班了，我們衹能打電話和老闆溝通，然後吹風筒衹能第二天才拿來，當晚兩個孩子頂着濕漉漉的頭髮睡覺，第二天直接感冒了，這一點改進一下就好了。

Where to start. The hostel is close to a several of exits for Chinatown MRT station. Cheap eats are everywhere in Chinatown so you will be spoilt for choice. Check out the money changers at People's Park for good exchange rates if you have cash. The junction of South Bridge Road and Upper Cross Street is within walking distance of Marina Bay, Gardens by the Bay, the Barrage, the CBD, Bugis, City Hall. There is a self service laundrette down the street which includes detergent, and is fairly cheap for a wash and tumble dry load. And if you hanker for fresh fruit, check out the produce market in the Hong Lim Complex. The nitty gritty: the hostel is cheap, but no palace. Whilst the room and corridor floors are washed everyday, the same cannot be said of the showers and toilets - the grime and mould on the walls is beyond belief; good luck anyone who doesn't wear something on their feet when using the facilities. Rooms are airless and musty, having no ventilation even if they have windows which are sealed, and have a sweaty atmosphere of their own. AirCon only lowers the temperature of the rooms, and does nothing to circulate fresh air. Mattresses have seen better days and dip in the middle where countless bodies have slept on them over time. The same can be said of the pillows. The website photos paint the hostel in a deceptively clean and bright light, unfortunately the view from the open air eating area now looks onto a very large building sight, which even by SG standards must have been underway for at least 12 to 18 months. I guess you get what you pay for, but having travels to SG for decades, this hostel was reminiscent of Bencoolen Street in its heyday. The only saving grace is likely to be the people you meet whilst staying there.

Stayed here twice, in 3 different rooms. 2022 & 2023 I can say that they are really consistent and always exceeding our expectations. Prime location. Smooth check in. Very clean rooms. Comfy beds. Almost everything that we needed were provided inside the room for our convenience. Special mention to Ken and Kat who were always welcoming and extending their help to accommodate our queries. Thank you for taking care of us since day 1 until our departure day. Hoping to see you soon again on our next stay! Highly recommended and can’t wait to come back!
