Hotel Romantik di Singapura

Lovely and leisurely two-night stay at Siloso Beach Resort! We enjoyed lazing at the poolside and watching the coexistence of peafowls, squirrels, monitor lizards and other animals. Recommended for people who love nature and are not fussy about the old condition of the room furnishings. Staff are warm, friendly and willing to help. Do support this resort that embraces inclusivity!

Wonderful marina bay landscape both night and day. Nice hotel's swimming pool and fitness (opened 24 hr). Highly recommendation of Sushi Jiro, Japanese restaurant located on 4th floor that serving very high quality and fresh seafoods with many delicious plates, also lovely chefs and staffs.

Been to Fullerton Hotel many times for dining and events at ballroom, and it’s my first time staying here. Checked-in on a weekday, the staff seemed to be new as she couldn’t answer most of my queries but luckily she gotten help from another senior staff who was quick to assist so all was good.  Room was classy, posh and clean. There’s a bathtub and toilet bowl with bidet function (also auto opening lid). We are a party of 2A2C and the hotel added a rollaway bed for free which was really appreciated! Children amenities like toiletries, bathrobe and bedroom slippers were provided upon request from housekeeping.  Balcony felt kind of dirty and tables/chairs not well maintained, which was a surprise to me considering Fullerton being a 5* hotel.  Pool at level 2 had a great view of surrounding, it’s not big but served its function with jacuzzi available too! There’s always deck chairs available when I was there. Gym was good, spacious with many different types of machines and equipment.  Had buffet dinner at the Town restaurant, initial impression was that it seemed short staffed as there is only 1 staff receiving customers and leading them to the table (I would think this is usually a 2 people job, 1 to register guests and 1 to lead the way). But anyway, Johnson who led me in was really nice in explaining information and very patiently taking my questions. Variety of food was great here and the staff were really helpful too, coming by table frequently to clear dirty plates. Salmon Sashimi and snow crab legs were really fresh and delicious !  There’s many shops and restaurants around the hotel so it’s really convenient.  Check out was a breeze and after the stay, I must say that Fullerton’s service level was top notch! Enjoyed my stay and would love to be back.

Booked the Park suite and expected a good experience. But, it was a disappointment. Right after check in, we wanted to use the steam room in the room but it was malfunctioning. While waiting for the staff to come fix, power tripped. It took almost half an hour for them to come, and it was stuffy with no aircon and lights. Called in to speak to the manager but the service recovery was just atrocious. All they could afford was a late checkout. We rejected the offer as we had plans after checkout. And they couldn’t do anything more. I can’t believe this is coming from a 5 star hotel. I had booked this Park Suites for 3 times now. Sad to say, I won’t be making another bookings with this hotel anymore. DISAPPOINTED.

Good stay clean and comfortable! Four USB socket to charge and can also scan QR code to request more amenities. They send to our room within 5 mins. Also have microwave, utensils and plates for usage. Filtered water dispenser is super convenient. Room is spacious. Toilet and showering is separated. Location is beside a building that is under construction so it’s best to close window curtains as there are many workers. Rubbish bin is too small and not big enough to throw food packaging after eating.

Outpost hotel is fantastic. The pool is so huge & lovely. The hotel smells so nice. Amenities are great. I love the hotel robes! Shuttle bus can bring u to vivocity. Me & my son enjoyed our stay there. However, my requests were not met. It was for my son’s birthday but there were no happy birthday or treats from the hotel. I requested for a high floor room and got the room right next to the check in counter at 3rd floor. Quite disappointed with none of my requests being met.

The service is excellent and you can see the smile in the crew’s faces all the time, that can really boost the guests’ moods. In addition, the room is small but well laid out, all the facilities are provided in a sustainable way. On top of that, the cleanliness is remarkable, all the corners and space that are unobvious are as clean as the other parts. The breakfast is delicious and the categories are diverse. What’s more, the hotel provided a free cake for my birthday, that’s really a huge surprise and I’m extremely happy. Overall, if you would like to stay in Singapore, the Clan Hotel is definitely your best choice.

Truly a stunning breakfast buffet! The staff in the lobby are also incredibly courteous and helpful. The pool is wonderful, we were allowed to continue to use it after checkout due to a late departure and then shower in the gym area. Great, thank you! The only thing I didn't like was the extremely infrequent shuttle from the airport. The last one leaves at 6:45am and there are only 6 trips during the day. Before, in between and after that you are forced to take a Grab, whose drivers are not particularly happy about the short journey. We had chosen this hotel to spend a two-night stopover in Singapore. For this purpose, this hotel is really recommended, as it offers everything you need to relax, it is close to the airport, and you can take cheaper grabs into the city (as you leave all your luggage at the hotel). For this purpose, however, I would expect a much busier airport shuttle. But maybe such guests are simply not the target of this hotel.

I would say this is one of the best stays in SG we had. Imagine celebrating your anniversary, walking in to your booked room with petals on the bed + a complementary wine! On top of that, they have a complete complementary minibar in your room. If you've been to SG you know you walk a lot and a drinking water is a must. You can either grab water, soda, juice or what ever is it from your minibar before you leave and bring it OR if you forgot and you're already down the lobby you can ask the friendly reception for a cold bottle of complementary water before heading out. I know these are small things but it matters to us and we appreciate it,, a lot. We will definitely book with them when we go back to SG. Love the vibes and the location is just fantastic.

Terrible customer service experience. The front office staffs named Kimberly and Pula did not gave us the correct room type despite paying more for it on trip.com. Our room suppose to come with patio. We asked the front office if they can helped us with it but they brush us off without offering any attempt to help us. The service recover was extremely bad. We warn all guests to avoid staying this hotel until management changes the culture mindset of the front office staffs. We met other guests at the common area that shared similar issues.
