Kakitangan ramah sepanjang penginapan, hanya sedikit lambat dalam menyampaikan beberapa kemudahan yang saya minta melalui concierge. Kolam renang mendapat pemandangan yang hebat. Overall the hotel stay wasn't bad. The Room was big, the bed was nice. The facilities was good and I enjoyed having drinks at ”The Den” and the breakfast was not bad.. My only gripe was that the room wasn't ready when I arrived at the hotel at 3.30pm( check in time was 3pm) and they wasn't able to advise when the room would be ready and was suggesting we go to ”The Den” which is like a cafe and wait for the room. eventually after raising my displeasure of not the room not being ready even though we got there already later than the check in time, we got the room probably around 3.40 or so and I thought that will be end but imagine my surprise when I went inside the room and found the room to be all wet which really make the starting of the stay not exactly very pleasant. for the price that I paid which was above $400, I actually would have expected better preparation. I have booked quite a few hotels in SG before to have staycation and this is the first time which I had such an experience. This is such a contrast with the experience that I had when I booked Capri by Fraser at Changi City point which everything went alot more nicer but other than the starting part of the room preparation, the rest went well but the starting part did make put a damper on the stay.

Good location just by the side of Clarke Quay MRT station. Staff service is good and the pool is a nice one to enjoy. Breakfast food variety is decent. The only downside is the showering area of bathroom as it is not fully partitioned and water spilling out into other area of the bathroom after use!

Bilik di Teluk Fullerton sangat indah, menawan dan mempunyai pemandangan Sungai Singapura yang sangat indah. Perkhidmatan itu bagaimanapun tidak memenuhi jangkaan saya. Pertama, semasa ketibaan untuk check-in kami cukup sesak dan oleh itu kami diarahkan oleh salah seorang kakitangan ke kawasan tempat duduk untuk menunggu giliran kami. Kakitangan memberitahu kami bahawa kami akan dilayan tidak lama setelah mereka membersihkan orang ramai. Namun, dengan rasa kecewa kami melihat tetamu yang tiba setelah kami dihadiri untuk check-in terlebih dahulu walaupun kami telah menunggu dengan sabar selama 15-20 minit yang lalu. Tidak bolehkah check-in dilakukan berdasarkan perkhidmatan pertama datang? Keesokan harinya semasa sarapan di La Brasserie, perkhidmatannya sungguh perlahan. Saya tidak pasti sama ada mereka kekurangan tenaga kerana kami harus mengulang pesanan kami 4 kali kepada kakitangan restoran sebelum menerima makanan kami. Tidak lama setelah menghidangkan sarapan kami, kakitangan kemudian meminta kami bahawa ini adalah pesanan terakhir. Rasanya seperti mereka bergegas untuk menyiapkan sarapan kami walaupun mereka mengambil masa begitu lama untuk menghidangkan makanan. Saya pada awalnya mempunyai harapan yang tinggi dan sangat gembira untuk penginapan ini tetapi pengalaman keseluruhan tidak memenuhi jangkaan saya terhadap tahap perkhidmatan Fullerton.

Ini boleh dianggap sebagai masalah kecil (difikirkan selepas itu, keadaan pembersihan bilik ini telah diperlihatkan di sini ...), tetapi saya tidak tahu mengapa ada satu di dalam bilik dan ia diperbaiki pada pukul 6 di pagi. Penggera tidak mematikan. Setelah berfikir dua kali, saya benar-benar terbangun ... Terdapat peti sejuk dan papan seterika di dalam bilik. Sediakan sikat dan peralatan mandian. Lokasinya bagus dan pengangkutannya selesa. Terdapat stesen MRT Outram Park di tingkat bawah, sekitar 15 minit berjalan kaki dari Chinatown. petua: Restoran ditutup, gimnasium tersedia, tempahan diperlukan, dan ”lokasi” terhad.

The hotel functions like a business hotel. Lack of warm hospitality that I witness in some other hotel chain. I was lost in the room as there were no communication as to what number to dial for conceirge. Only a number for housekeeping and they had to forward the call for me. When asked for late checkout, the answer was an unapologetic No. I guess the hotel has great business. And the bath was choked but they got it fixed. Plumber was fast and friendly but of course, it was still precious time wasted waiting for the bath to be fixed.

My repeated staycation at Holiday Inn Atrium. The room is comfortable and clean with a bath tub to relax in. The staff is friendly and approachable. The swimming pools are great to relax around and swim in. There is a big variety of food served at the cafe at level 4. It is also next to the TEL Havelock Station, so it makes travelling very convenient. It is just a short walk to the Tiong Bahru Market where lots of local food are served. Great World City is just a train stop away. There are also a few massage parlours next to the hotel where one can get a good massage. Thanks to all at Holiday Inn Atrium Hotel who have made my stay here a pleasant one and will definitely return for another staycation.

minimalist vibe, notions of Japanese, soft music playing in the background like the onsens in Japan but its more funky. This place is a perfect blend of value, location, freindlyness and so clean. I watched Shan one of the staff clean the ownstairs area one morning when I was working on my laptop in the lobby, he was amazing, so diligent and detail orientated with the job in hand. Earlier that day I had messed up my booking as did not include my last night which was the 5th night, they were fully booked, but Fiqah was so sweet and tried to shuffle things around and managed to get me a bed for the night.. Esther also helped me a number of times throughout my stay with a cheerful ”can do” attitude. I am a recruiter and I dont know what Kinn is doing during through hiring process, but this team is 1st class, unbelievable level of care and attention for the customer. This is the second time i stayed in Kinn within 3mths, the time before I had a issue with my back due to an old injury, one morning I could not bend down to put my shoes on and I embarrasingly asked Fiqah to help me put my socks on and help me tie my shoes before I had to go to a meeting, can you imagine being asked that by a guest in Singapore, but you know what, she didnt hesitate, smiling and helping me as I sat there in awe of her incredible humble service orientated attitude. This is the kind of place to you don't want to tell everyone who awesome it is because you want to e able to get a booking next time im in town, you dont want to tell the world what a fantastic job this place is doing in case the next time I come its already fully booked!! Do not miss this awesome place to stay if you are coming to Singapore!

I stayed for a day in this hostel. The check-in process is easy and they let us store our bags and come back. The highlight of my stay is the politeness of the staff with the people staying at their accommodation. Location is great. It is near the metro station, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The facility is well-maintained. Would stay here again if I ever came back to Singapore. I didn't get a chance to take a photo of my bed and the other facilities but it was decent. There’s a karaoke bar nearby but it doesn’t affect my sleep.

We stayed here for 24 hours as we were “in transit”. Great location near an MRT and shops/cafes/Starbucks. Easy walk up to Chinatown. Rooms were small but adequate. We had one single and 2 doubles all with no windows. For 24 hours they were perfectly fine. Hallways and hotel was a little tired looking and the back entrance is in an alleyway. Only gripe would be that we contacted hotel to say we wouldn’t be there till after 11 pm and they assured us the reception was manned 24 hours - but it wasn’t. And when you arrive after a long trip and just want to check in you can get a bit grumpy - we ended up having to ring the fit act number through the website to find someone. Other then that the hotel was fine for what it was used for.

first time in Singapore as a solo traveller, staying at hotel absolutely made my trip worth it. after a long day of walking and exploring; coming back to my hotel was a highlight. it's close to a lot of local bars and restaurant, 30 mins from the Garden by the bay. hotel is always clean, the staff are shy but friendly when you get to talking to them. the room are perfect for a solo traveller, with the shower and toilet separated and great size too. if l go back to Singapore l will definitely stay with them again. this is my first review for anything.

The hotel is just in-front of Clarke Quay MRT, it’s very convenient to go to the Central Mall and just a kilometre away from Chinatown, you can just walk for a few minutes. So many shops that you can see and a lot of restaurants around. The hotel is small and cute but it’s complete of things that you need. The room is clean. The receptionist Auntie is very nice. She is very helpful.

Located within 7 mins walk from Clarke Quay MRT and Central mall. Walking distance of around 15 mins to City Hall and Chinatown. Room is big compared to other similar standard hotels in Singapore. Decor is cute and fresh but don't expect much in terms of view. Room has hairdryer, iron and ironing board and kettle so amenities are well stocked. Surprisingly they offered breakfast but expect to squeeze in with other guests as the pantry can only accommodate around 18 people. Breakfast is basic with only 5 items on the menu. There is no egg stand but selection is safe and sufficient. Coffee machine whips up nice latte and milo.

Great Location for extroverts who loves going out to have fun! Karaoke bar just on the same street and local restaurants. There’s a food court in ChinaTown 10 minutes from the hotel with local prices. There’s also many coffee shops across the Main Street, you’d need to cross on the overpass. U can buy universal adapter for chargers at Cheers if needed. It’s also very close to Marina bay.

It’s very very nice place , clean , quite. The staffs are kind and can speak English . The toilets are clean and they have body wash . No smell , no smoke . There are hair blow, refrigerator , dishes , microwave or else that you can use it . I suggest you all to stay in this hostel . It doesn’t like normal hostel . Because you will get new friends including near raffles place , Merlion ,marina and Victoria memorial hall. It is very very good place But no breakfast . They only have tea and coffee for you. I will stay this hostel again next time 🥰👏🏻

We wanted inexpensive but in the waterfront area. This delivered. We went a little smaller than we thought but shower and bed good had washer and dryer and could walk all over. Had a little cooking area and a fridgeWe walked up to the malls and busy shopping down to China town over to the Gardens and the waterfront and Marina sands area. Would be a good stay for an individual or light traveling couple. We were headed out to Raja Ampat to had Scuba gear that crowded things a bit. will stay here again but opt of a bigger room without steps in the room and easier bed access. Digital entrance is handy for 1 am arrival but make sure you know hw it works and you go the right entrance as there are multiple Heritage Collection points and have it clear with your taxi. Also make sure you have phone charged. There are a to of restaurants and bars right out the front door is noisy but they warn you about that before you book.

This is an excellent place to stay near Clark Quay, Singapore, nightlife area and Singapore river. The capital is comfortable quiet and the process of checking is really easy and well organised, even arriving late at night.

This experience is not for everyone. I didn't mind it but my hubby absolutely hated it and didnt get any sleep. His main complaint was the noise. Many people's complain that the noises carry easily from pod to pod in their reviews, so we knew about it beforehand. There was a couple in the pod next to ours that was always talking loudly. I slept through it all. I loved the galaxy theming and the blue lights / spaceship vibe. The room was bigger than I imagined. We got the double and 6-foot-hubby was able to sit up in the bed without hitting his head. It was even big enough for me to store our backpacks by our feet. Note: Several other guests were storing their large suitcases in the hall outside the pods. I didn't know if there would be any luggage storage, so we left our big bags at the airport storage. There is also a small locker that you can use for even more storage The communal bathrooms were not very nice. It was shower/toilet all-in-one, so everything was always wet. There was, however, nice hot water available. They provided towels--which I forgot to ask about when booking, so was very happy to see that. There was a TV in our pod, but it didn't work. The temperature in the pod was very hot! Customer service was great! We went to the WRONG Galaxy Capsule hotel and they were so nice to explain where the other one was and even said: even though you are staying at the other hotel, you can store your backpacks here for awhile while you explore Chinatown! We couldn't check in for a few hours anyway, so that was a really nice offer!
