周りの治安がそこまで良くなかった。ただ町の中心までは歩いても10-15分くらいだったので利便性は高い。

地點位置還算方便, 酒店服務也好但是沒有拖鞋提供 整體還算整潔企理，外表雖然看似有些殘舊，但內裡還是可以的

前台服務巨好，還能遇到熱心路人指點我們去哪個飯館

Small but well organized room. The staff was always helpful and it was convenient to the train station.

Do not go! Very expensive for low quality room leaking toilet. VERY dirty windows, one pillow only. Terrible neighborhood , potentially dangerous

Apesar de estar no limite do centro da cidade, faz-se bem a pé até ao centro da cidade (+ ou - 20 minutos a caminhar). A distância até à estação de metro é praticamente a mesma, ou seja, não compensa apanhar metro. O quarto cheirava um pouco a tabaco (no passado deve ter sido um quarto de fumadores). A funcionária da receção foi pouco simpática, pouco prestável e cordial. A cama é confortável, colchão bom. Boas comodidades.

Das Personal war zwar nett, aber die Hygiene lässt wünschen. An den Fenstern war überall Schimmel Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße hin. Es ist draußen nachts sehr laut gewesen. Der ganze Geräuschpegel ist für empfindliche nichts Andere Familienmitglieder hatten Zimmer zum „Innenhof“. Sie haben von den Lärm draußen nicht bekommen

It’s situated on a bit of an uphill so keep that in mind if you are carrying a heavy luggage. My body and face had a bit of a rashes using the pillows but it cleared up after a couple hours after I woke up. Pretty spacious for a family room as I booked for myself, my husband and my parents. They have a strict room cleaning timing as we told the lady that we will still need some time and to come back later but she never did. Would book here again if I am not sensitive to the pillows and the stay was memorable.

Good location

The structure is quite in line with the price you pay even if there are some inefficiencies, but they are mostly negligible. Unfortunately the air conditioners went out for a whole day and with the window closed but letting in strong drafts of wind the room was very cold. Luckily, after some insistence, the reception managed to contact the technician who remedied the problem with electric radiators which alleviated (but did not solve) the problem. We appreciated the commitment, less the spontaneity of the intervention, even less the result. Luckily the following day everything was restored, but neither the structure nor ******* proved to be really useful: many nice words but you keep the problem and zero discounts on the price to accommodate us. Honor to the technician that she was the only person capable of truly empathizing with our problem.

Dame a l’accueil désagréable, l’hôtel donne des chambres qui ne doivent pas loué ! Grosse fuite au niveau du robinet et on nous dit d’utiliser la baignoire pour se laver les mains , les dents.. Problème déjà connu du service technique. Propose un changement de chambre, au retour de notre petit déjeuner nous dis qu’à 12h30 c’est plus possible car la chambre a été donné à quelqu’un d’autre. La personne se permet des réflexions très déplacer et refuse de communiquer son identité afin que réclamation soit faites et refuse de contacter un responsable. Chambre mal isolé , le vent passe . Nous n’étions pas les seul a nous plaindre.
