Struttura ideale per un weekend o vacanza, vicina a Siracusa e alle belle spiagge della zona. Ottimi i servizi, con una bella piscina e una Spa. Colazione abbondante con ampia scelta, buone le torte e le crostate. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ampio parcheggio gratuito.

L'hotel è molto bello, moderno, in zona tranquilla e silenziosa, con piscina esterna e interna (presente idromassaggio e centro benessere) e palestra. La nostra camera era molto più grande delle camere che si trovano solitamente (sembrava una suite!) e anche il letto era extra size. Si dorme da favola e la pulizia è davvero impeccabile. L'unica cosa migliorabile è la colazione: la scelta potrebbe essere più ampia. La struttura è isolata quindi è necessario avere un mezzo proprio per spostarsi. Nel complesso, molto meglio delle attese, più simile ad un 5 stelle che ad un 4.

Only one night, beautiful view of racetrack from the big balcony of the room ! Super helpful staff especially Concetta at breakfast!!! Very spacious room, elegant design in the lobby and room and on the whole. Breakfast is continental, simple but nice .. view over the racetrack too

Travelling on a ten day holiday Sicily jewel of the Mediterranean with Titan Travel flying from Gatwick airport to Catania were we where met by our guide Denise and driver Claudio and taken to the Eureka Palace hotel for a three nights stay. Being a solo traveler the room is very important my room was spacious, comfortable and I had a lovely balcony which looked out onto a racecourse which was very interesting watching the horses in training with riders or buggies each morning, we were a group of 40 travellers the evening meal’s were set menu but the food not very good, the breakfasts were excellent buffet style you could choose what to eat plenty of choices, the staff were very friendly and helpful but they did seem to be rushing around covering other areas of the hotel. During our stay we visited Syracuse, Ortigia, Noto, Ragusa, Modica. On departure from the hotel I paid my hotel room tax at reception, staff were very friendly and helpful I enjoyed my stay.

Do not use the baby cots, they are not safe, the mattresses are smaller than the cots and they don't have cot sheets, they use single bed sheets instead. Our baby got trapped under the mattress, with the sheets. The hotel did nothing to solve the problem apart from proposing an even worse fitting mattress, and still made us pay a supplement for the cot that could have killed our baby. We also had a leak in the bathroom, brown water from the tap, and the outside pool is closed.

hotel was good,very clean and good breakfast. WIFI was very weak and sometimes with no internet at all. Rooms would be better if equiped with a kettle, coffee and tea.

The air con in the rooms doesn’t work and it is very hard to operate. We had terrible nights of sleep due to the hot weather and the staff was helpless.

I left this hotel yesterday and I believe it is really awful although the swimming pool is ok ( shallow but pretty). The hotel only has a bar by the pool so when it closes at 7pm, you can’t buy a drink in the hotel. This, you would agree,is highly unusual and might be unique for a four star hotel. The so called restaurant is without any charm at all and is overpriced - it is empty and most guests eat outside because they have cars and drive 30 minutes into Syracuse. Although the hotel overlooks the racetrack, there are no horses stabled there and I was chucked out because I complained. Many of the staff are very unfriendly and extremely rude. Although some Sicilians on the island are unhelpful, most of the staff are really awful. If you haven’t got a car, do NOTgo to this hotel. You will need one to escape!

It was a good stay, the only setback is that the indoor pool and gym are great but opens at 10am which technically makes no sense as you will miss breakfast, it would be ideal to open only the gym from 7/8am

4 star hotel without a bar!! restaurant is not in the hotel, some small building that looks old fashion, and doesnt match the modern decor of the hotel. breakfsat restaurant is terrible, tables without table cloths, no cutlery no glasses, no napkins. absolutely terrible for a 4 star hotel, in fact for any hotel. breakfast buffet is old fashioned, we have booked it with breakfast included, my girlfriend wanted eggs, and she had to pay extra for it!! there is no milk on the buffet, we have to go and ask for it at the bar? what is that all about ?? there is no vegan menu, neither vegan option. There is nothing written in the hotel in english, staff dont speak english. how ? in a hotel clearly filled with tourists from other countries. i couldnt even put in a complaint with receptionist, because she doesnt speak english. there is no CCTV in this hotel. everything about this hotel is old fashioned, mentality, staff, restaurant, breakfast. it was like staying in a hotel 50 years ago.
