Lo único negativo es que reservé y pagué por una habitación con vistas al mar y no estaba así contemplada. Me comentaron fue un fallo de trío.com pues ese tipo de habitación no tiene vistas al mar. Ojo cuando reservéis! Mejor hacerlo directamente con el hotel. Y lo negativo ha sido que me cobraron las tasas antes de irme cuando ya pagué más de 500€ por dos noches! Me ha parecido demasiado elevado para que no si quiera te ofrecieran como detalle una botella de agua… 🙏 Muy positivo: comodidad cama, baño y productos de aseo y buffé libre del desayuno.

정말 잊지 못할 경험이었어요 진짜 최고.. 일단 뷰가 너무 좋고 직원 분들도 친절하고 어디 가면 좋을지도 추천해주셨습니다. 일부러 카니발 마지막 날 퍼레이드 맞춰서 방문했는데 명당 자리였습니다 ㅎㅎ 수영장은 날씨가 따뜻하니 열었을 거라 했는데 겨울이라 아직 안 연 거 같더라고요. 물이 안 깨끗했어요. 관상용? 나머지는 어메니티도 좋고 진짜 다 너무 좋았습니다. 가격도 퀄리티에 비해 정말 착해서 다음에 장기 숙박해보고 싶네요 완전 강추!

I had read the reviews before booking and agree décor a bit tired and kitchen equipment very sparse. Pool towels are not provided although there are plenty to buy at the beach or at the shop on the marina. The sunbeds are quite uncomfortable and couldn't lie on them for too long, although we did have a lovely balcony to sit on with fabulous views. The pool was great and cleaned every morning. We were self catering so can't comment on the food. Booked a one bed apartment which was very spacious and clean. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The location is perfect with bars and restaurants on the marina and a short walk (about 10 mins) to the town. A great holiday and will be returning

The hotel is one of the best sites being across a walkway to San Sebastian beach. The staff, all multilingual, were all amazing especially as they were so patient with me trying to learn but mangling the language. Compimentary towels and sunshades are included. We had a first floor room overlooking the pool and was perfect. The room was well cleaned daily and the thermostat on the air con worked perfectly. The shower head was a little awry and leaked but still did it's job. The pool is private and, shall we say, refreshing! We had breakfast included and found the choice good with hot and cold choices with plenty of cereals, fruit, meats, cheeses and breads. The restaurant, although accessed from the hotel, is independant and owned and run by Krista and Chris. Great people with excellent staff we went there for several lunches as well - they are happy to deliver drinks and food to the pool.

This is not a luxury hotel but it does deserve its 4 star rating. I upgraded to an avant gade room which was comfortable providing good wardrobe space a mini fridge and safe. The location in a residential area was close to the beach but a bit of a distance from the busy area closer to the town centre. The distance was an easy walk for anyone without any level of mobility difficulty. A tourist train runs along the front but only on weekends or in peak season. The stop for the local bus that goes to the train station is a short walk away. Breakfast was included and provided a variety of cooked and continental options. The pool area is adjacent to the bar with inside and outside seating. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent cleanliness.

Loved Stiges and the Hotel Subur Maritime and will comeback again. We did miss having a small pool for the kids however the pool was great for adults and having clean pool towels every day made it nice and easy for relaxing at the pool or the beach. Rooms were lovely and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Nous vivons dans cet Aparthotel , depuis 8 ans ! La vue , le personnel,les piscines, le solarium,le parking le jardin , l'emplacement ,les services, tout est parfaits , rien a critiquer ! MAIS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Depuis 3 mois , un restaurant ( le SOFIA) qui doit etre gerer par le PicNic , a transformer ce lieu , calme et agreable , en un ”CIRQUE” bruyant, festifs, desagreable, et globalement penible 12 a 13 heures par jours !!!!!! A IBISA , nous pouvons comprendre!!!!!! , un restaurant pour gens normeaux aussi , mais tous le Week End , a partir du jeudi soir, des anniverssaires, des congres, des groupes qui ne sont la que dans le but de festoyer ! ( avec DJ) qui ne fait pas de la musique d'ambiance , mais faire du bruit et des sons digne des discoteques ! comme le bar d'en face, qui n'en a rien a faire des gens ”normeaux”Si rien ne change, les insomniaques seront gater !!! SVP un restaurant oui !! jusqu'a minuit ! Pas une gargotte minable pour les voisins !!!!!!!

it was a great experience. My wife and I were in Barcelona for the first time and chose a hotel on the coast at a reasonable price. This hotel met all our expectations. This hotel has soul. Perhaps it is not new and requires reinvention, but its colorfulness covers up all the foreseeable disadvantages. The staff is very friendly. The view from the window is amazing. In this hotel you feel like you are in a museum without additional payment. a lot of contemporary art.

The vibe is exactly how a holiday should feel. From the moment we stepped in the hotel staff wanted to make us feel welcome and special. They are incredibly friendly and professional; I have never experienced such genuinely nice hotel staff who seemed to enjoy making every part of our stay the best it could be. Above & beyond! Rooms & communal areas are modern & spacious. Perfect location away from the hubbub. A 10-min walk to beach & restaurants. Hotel puts on free shuttle bus every 20 mins if you’re feeling lazy or too hot to walk! Great food all day, and breakfast is an outstanding standard. The pool areas are ideal; sunbeds always available, staff on hand to cater to every need. It may be pricey but you get what you pay for. We will be back, for sure.
