Stayed at the family suite for 3 adults. The room was very new, moden, clean, neat, and very spacious. The views from the room were marvellous. The Guest Relationship Officer Miss Tan Wen Xian was very friendly and even gave us a packet of goodies bag which contained yummy Hainan Island tidbits. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient and near a mall. The mall has shops and restaurants. Directly opposite the Hotel is Terminal 1, which has a Hong Kong cafe. The food at the cafe was very good. Highly recommend to stay here.

we stayed for 7 days in this hotel.This hotel has a good location,many stores nearby,10 minutes walk to the beach,but it's a bit old hotel,also the rooms are not upgraded,you can see old things inside room.breakfast is very rich and delicious.and swimming pool is also big and great.one bad thing they don't have laundry room.

This place is amazing! We moved to this hotel on the last day of our HaiKou trip as we have an early flight the next day. It's only 5-10 mins away from the airport, depending on the traffic. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they provide free transport to the airport. They helped us booked the transport when we checked into the hotel. The room we booked is beautiful, it's clean and tidy, comfortable bed and nice thick towels. Very happy with the room we got. We brought some local fruits to bring back to our country, but there isn't any fridge in the room. Their staff helped to keep the fruits in the fridge at their counter. We were given a reminder call 30mins before the transport came, which was a surprise to us. This is such a good service which we don get in other countries, unless you requested for it. There are eateries and convenient stores around the hotel, so you dont need to worry about food. If not, you can just take a DiDi, to the airport where there are shopping outlets and food courts. Overall, very good experience at this hotel. Highly recommend to everyone

Not all staff is friendly and helpful. But on the whole the hotel decor and living arrangements is great. The long bath come with spring water option . To be rated for hotel us 8/10 - location is 7/10 and friendly staff is 6/10 .

It’s our first time to Sanya,so we want to book a hotel for the first 2 days near the airport for convenience purposes especially with kid. To our surprise,the service rendered by the check-in counter hosts is amazing and beyond our expectations.Don’t get me wrong,we have never doubted their service,however we didn’t expect the service rendered by them is superb and beyond excellent. I would like to thank and compliment 3 particular hosts by the name of 陈太月(Chen Tai Yue),李婷 or 小婷(Li Ting) and Wang Xun Le (Pardon me if I remember the name wrongly).Their services and attitudes are fantastic,they never fail to assist or answer all our enquiries. Really appreciate and very thankful to Wang Xun Le,he even helped to pull 2 luggage and brought us to the airport departure hall.By then,he was perspiring… 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I hope that their management will also compliment and reward these 3 particular hosts,they are definitely an asset to the company. If anyone ever travels to Sanya,please try this hotel despite it’s not the best location,it’s easy to get taxi or grab anyway. Still,it’s worth spending a few nights in this hotel. Overall the food,room cleanliness and service are excellent.

I’m sorry, that my comment is in English, but I’m very glad, that my family was staying in South China hotel! And we are thankful to the hotel staff, who helped us with every question. And special gratitude to Sophie, who was extra polite and kind to us 🤗 The hotel room was clean, had a lot of free space for family, good view from the window, calm and quiet environment. Swimming pool - great 👍🏻. The location is comfortable too: you can go to the pineapple mall (it’s very close), to the beach (the hotel has it’s own chaise lounges there), to the bund (in the evening it’s nice to walk there), and etc. If you want to live comfortably and not too far from the civilization, this place is perfect!

房間還比較衞生，只是剛進剛進房間的時候一股煙味。房子高層窗户望出去能看到海的一小塊，位置屬於市中區，吃東西比較方便，離萬綠園走路20分鐘，離海邊走路近40分鐘。 比較不愉快的是 我定的高級大床房明明標註了樓層是7—20層，且可以免費升房，結果辦理入住時前台小哥説我的房型衹能給我安排在7樓 要住高層必須加錢辦理他們的會員。但是我看網上很多評價都是免費升房，前台小哥狡辯説是什麼鑽石會員，但是也有很多不是鑽石會員也免費升房了啊，前台又狡辯説總有例外吧。真的很無語，看我一人帶着孩子是比較好欺負嗎？為了不影響旅行的心情，衹好還是加錢住到了18樓。 早餐也比較一般，豆漿是豆粉沖的，蒸的麪點都是預製的 很難吃。菜只有幾樣，只有現煮的麪條和粉還好吃的，然後我和我的孩子就在這裏吃了幾早上的麪條。好在打掃阿姨 讓我們如沐春風 其他的，建議酒店少些套路 多點真誠，畢竟是連鎖酒店，不要想着拜高踩低，對待顧客是不是應該一視同仁？！

Отель очень понравился! 1. Месторасположение отличное, до пляжа 1 минута, вокруг миллион кафешек, палаток с фруктами и вещами для пляжа. В 5 минутах пешком огромный ТЦ с 2 этажами продуктов, магазинами и ресторанным двориком и Макдональдс. За ним в 10 минутах от отеля огромный шоппинг центр со шмотками и сувенирами. Много парков в пешей доступности. До любой точки города дёшево на такси, потому что отель прям в центре. Набережная Санья Бэй шикарная, можно гулять бесконечно! На остров Феникс можно проникнуть в более темное время суток, когда не сильно следят охранники) 2. Завтрак разнообразный, можно выбрать что-то для себя, есть и китайское, и европейское. Питание палочками. Ассортимент особо не менялся за всё время. Немного фруктов и сладкое всегда присутствует. Фрукты можно купить в палатках либо у женщин на пляже, уже всё порезанное и почищенное. 3. Wi-Fi неплохой, сразу приезжайте с VPN, сервисы Google и Meta не работают без него. Электричество работало без сбоев. 4. Номер просторный, чистый, немного уставший, но совсем не критично. Переселяют в номера повышенной категории с видом на море. Вид потрясающий. Все фото к отзыву с балкона. И вид на море на запад, соответственно можно хоть целый день спокойно сидеть на балконе, солнце доходит только после полудня. Горячая вода есть, но надо открыть воду и немного подождать. Холодильник есть, чай каждый день в номере, нужно заваривать, не пакетики) воду приносили каждый день, есть шампуни, гели, расчёска, халаты небольшие, вешалки. Сейфа нет. За уборку чаевые не берут. Не в каждом номере есть дверь в туалет, иногда просто шторка)) 5. Персонал говорит только на китайском, у них есть переводчик. Очень дружелюбный, по любой просьбе стараются оперативно помочь. Приходила один раз русскоговорящая девочка, но скорее всего она не из этого отеля. 6. Из плюшек Тип кома в итоге ничем не воспользовались, поездка к статуе оказалась только для местных ((( куропаточный чай и лимонад всегда в доступе около ресепшена, купили даже с собой этого чая, продается в супермаркете. 7. Шум. БОльшее количество автомобилей и байков электро, поэтому от них очень тихо. Байки вообще подъезжают беззвучно. На острове Феникс вертолётная площадка, там короткие вылеты чуть ли не от 1 минуты, поэтому вертолеты там взлетают и садятся очень часто. С открытым балконом слышно. Но в целом норм, ночью не летают. Ближе к острову наверное уже не стоит смотреть отели, будет очень шумно. И китайцы, которые очень любят петь в караоке на улице и играть на музыкальных инструментах. Они это делают весь день, ВЕСЬ) и нашим ушам китайская музыка не всегда ”понятна”))) но ночью в целом тоже более или менее тихо. В целом очень довольны выбором этого отеля. В совокупности факторов очень удачный выбор.

Perfect hotel, good location and easy to find. The hotel staff are very friendly, plus a few of them can speak English, which made things a bit easier for a laowai like us. We love our room as it gave us a full glimpse of the beautiful sea just about 300m away. In addition, the booking comes with breakfast for two, and the restaurant have got varieties of food items on offer; different Chinese and Western cuisines. We will sure book the hotel the next time we need to book a hotel in Haikou. Thank you, Hampton, for your hospitality, see you again another time.

海島遊最後一站，來到椰風輕拂美麗的海口，入住我一直喜歡，以服務著稱的位於騎樓老街附近的亞朵酒店，酒店大堂在萬國大都會的八樓，簡約的裝修風格，獨具匠心，酒店位於市中心地段，地理位置優越，出行交通方便。 前台的清久小姐姐，從接通我的電話開始到入住期間，就一直在跟進我的服務，悉心地詢問我的住房需求，並非常熱心地為我安排的升級到舒適的房間，還貼心地在我入住前提前打開空氣清新器，奉上新鮮的水果，太nice了，十分舒心，讓旅途疲憊的我們感到滿滿的驚喜和愉悦。 辦理checkin的萬新經理耐心地介紹酒店的就餐時間和地點、附近食肆以及各種入住注意事項，並幫忙送行李到電梯口。入住房間後出現了一點小問題，清久小姐姐雖然正值下班時間，但還是秒回訊息，馬上幫忙溝通解決。萬新經理的一句“我們特別樂意幫你換房間的，好的睡眠比什麼都重要”，並貼心地送上眼罩和耳塞，如沐春風的温馨話語瞬間讓我們消除了顧慮， 讓在外出旅遊的我們倍感親切和温暖。 真摯的笑容，貼心的服務，讓每一次亞朵入住都成為美好的回憶。 以後還會選擇亞朵！

經常來他家，睡覺就很舒服，雖然在鬧市區，但是隔音很好，外賣也有機器人可以送來，停車方便，出車也不麻煩還要登記之類的，總之不錯可以推薦

Second time staying in this hotel and enjoying. Really good price/value. Hotel is in a central area and nice to relax alone or in couple.

The hotel is quite convenient with lots of eateries in the area, the room is very clean and bed is comfy as most hotels bed are hard but not this, aircon also cold where you can adjust to your liking. Breakfast is above average.

Convenient location for those who doesn't plan to go to the city center. Just across the street from the sea, 10-15 minute's ride to the airport, within a walking distance from regular (not touristic) Chinese eateries. Rooms are cosy and cleaned every day if necessary. Great pool and pool view! Front desk employees don't speak languages other than Chinese, but can find a way out with the help of a translation app. Mind that some free services mentioned in the offer are only available for Chinese citizens, no matter whether a foreigner speaks Chinese or not. That's a bit disappointing, everything else is fine.

Hotel location is excellent, house keeper Ms Zhao very polite and made our room so tidy and clean, give her 5* rating, the lady at the reception is also providing excellent service. Highly recommended my friends to stay Herton Hotel Sanya

酒店位置特別好，門口不遠處就有公交站台，打車、坐公交車到哪兒去都方便，周邊有購物商場、超市，餐館也特別多，吃飯也方便。酒店設施稍微陳舊了一點，但服務特別好，前台小妹，打掃房間衞生的阿姨都很和藹，特別是門口值勤的保安大哥，值得點贊，我們一到酒店門口就熱情幫助我們拿行李，給我們介紹周邊吃飯、去景點的路線，天天見面熱情問好，有問必答，太讓人感動了。下次來三亞還要選擇住海天大酒店！

Der Name ”Phoenix Island Supreme Seaview Holiday Hotel” steht für das Programm. Diesmal waren wir in Sektion E, im letzten Gebäude auf der Insel, untergebracht. Wir kamen kurz nach 13 Uhr an. Etwas befremdlich empfand ich es hinterher, dass das Zimmer erst ab 14 Uhr - wie in Ausschreibung genannt - zur Verfügung stand, obwohl das Zimmer direkt gegenüber der Rezeption lag und auf dem Stockwerk keinerlei Housekeeping zu sehen war. Die Wartezeit verbrachten wir am Pool der außerhalb des Gebäudes lag. Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn dort denn auch Sonnenschirme und Trinkwasser zur Verfügung gestanden hätten. Auch nach Wiederkehr nach zehn Jahren versprüht das Zimmer immer noch nüchterne Eleganz, der Balkon mit Badewanne läd ein zum Verweilen, um den Sonnenuntergang mit freiem Blick auf das Meer zu genießen. Sanitäre Einrichtungen funktionierten einwandfrei. Leider fand ich keine Haken, um die Handtücher aufzuhängen. Dafür gab es einen Wäschehängeständer auf dem Balkon. Der Kühlschrank war an, jedoch kühlte er nicht. Zwei Wasserflaschen waren da, jedoch keine Tassen und Wasserkocher. Insgesamt gesehen war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Hotel is near Dadonghai beach and convenient to go anywhere. Summer palace mall is just 5 mins walk behind the hotel and there is direct bus to Nanshan scenic spot. Hotel room is clean but the corridor has no aircon. Hotel surrounding has a lots of eateries too and hotel offers some simple breakfast.

In comparison to my 3 weeks of hotel stay in 7 cities in China, this hotel has to be the most disappointing experience. Breakfast was poor. There’s a sign for coffee but nothing offered across the 3 nights we stayed there. No bacon or fried eggs nor western bakeries. However, there’s limited congee , noddles, cooked veggies & white bread with only one strawberry jam offered . We’re there at 750 am but was told some items was already out of stock. Limited napkins provided in dining area. Room was smelly of tropical dampness, but air conditioning helps. $300 deposit was required for room damage precautions. My friend has an argument over tainted bedsheet caused by previous patrons but has to prove it. So check your bedroom before committing. Location was fairly good, with walking distance to the beach and side street offered various food services and massages. Second level inaccessible by elevator but no one tells us until much later. Russian tourists loved this area & the abundance of Russian posters & welcoming signs told the story.

Renovated few years ago and well maintained. My family would really love to extend the stay if possible. Good location and few mins walk to zaliang street with many food options.

I am from Singapore and I was there with my handicapped mother for the first time. The service in this hotel is very good! They turned up very fast whenever we asked for housekeeping service. The rooms are big, bed is very comfortable and very clean as well! We booked the family suite (vedu room) and it’s the only one in the hotel located on the second floor. It has laundromat(free) and gym on the same floor which is very very convenient for us. Just get out of the room and we could easily do our laundry. Best thing is they also provide laundry detergent (free). We booked the rooms that come with free breakfast. It’s serves local Hainan cuisine and usually western bakeries, toast / bread and salad. It has espresso coffee machine, fruit juices machine, hot milk, hot soy milk and tea. Wide spread of breakfast! I highly recommend to stay at this hotel if you are planning to visit Hainan, Qionghai.

Big and clean rooms.  Staff were very friendly and helpful. Appreciate the nightly local snacks that the hotel offered (complimentary) to guests, knowing that its location is rather isolated with no eateries nearby and guests may be wanting some light supper.  Keep up the good work!

The location is perfect with a lovely view of the beach from our balcony. The staff members were all very nice and accommodating. Breakfast is pretty nice. The pool is amazing. The fish foot spa is an interesting experience for no charge and there is recreational area including billiards and ping pong. Complimentary high tea in the afternoon is nice.

酒店都是海景房，很安靜很舒服，而且距離海的故事美食街不遠，帶給我們瓊海兩日遊很美好的體驗。第二天出發時車子輪胎出了點小問題，酒店郭經理很熱情幫我們聯繫修車點，問題輕鬆解決還沒有收費。海南人民或者説瓊海人的熱情質樸給我們留下很深的美好的印象。感謝一路幫助我們的人們，感謝和悦！

這次入住博鰲亞洲灣怡園酒店，體驗超棒！酒店環境美、坐在陽台的椅子上，就能望到不遠處的海面。房間整潔寬敞。前台小謝，小莊工作人員熱情專業、服務周到，衞生清掃人員主動仔細，每個角落都一塵不染。尤其離開後發現所帶的精油落在房間裏，前台客服小馬接到電話後不僅幫我找到了精油。還用順豐快遞幫我寄回上海，讓我感受到了海南人民的熱情，善良和誠信，酒店管理非常好，必須點贊，下次還來！

酒店入住感不錯，房間設施設備也很齊全，點的外賣都是由機器人送到房間的酒店，服務人員非常熱情，前台的盧可凈小姐姐還給我們免費升級了房型，服務態度特別好，房間的環境也特別美麗，180度海景房，特別漂亮！ 最重要的是，酒店還給免費升級了，服務衹要你提，能滿足的都會滿足，有一位叫“凈”的服務員超級nice，幫我們解決。太友好了！為了她，我以後還想來博鰲！一定會繼續選擇住這個酒店！ 有美麗的泳池，有可口的早餐，有我超級愛的床上被子，非常柔軟倒頭就能睡着！簡直是心頭愛

房間非常乾淨，毛巾床單感覺就像是新的一樣，設施設備備得很齊全。床睡得也很舒服，席夢思寢具就是不一樣[強]睡眠比較淺的我睡得都很香，隔音效果很好。酒店還有免費的健身房，免費的洗衣機和烘乾機。餐廳看着也很上檔次，早餐品種也是很多的，味道非常不錯。下午的時候喝喝下午茶，非常愜意！入住體驗算上來是非常滿意的，值得推薦，也值得好評！

別墅房間很大，適合兩三個家庭一起聚會遊玩，入住前管家也提前幫忙把房間裏的空調打開，一入住就感到涼快，一樓後院就有泳池，小孩子一出去就可以游泳了，還交了幾個朋友。

幫朋友在博鰲香檳郡小區附近訂的酒店，就在海邊。非常安靜，綜合性價比高，還在在海邊玩的很高興，不是旅遊區，這個季節住的人也很少，總體很滿意，是海南旅遊居停不錯的選擇👍房間大早餐也好，這個季節在海南基本價格都很合適，夏天的末期，孩子們最後的歡樂時光在這裏度過😊
