Don’t let the negative reviews put you off, we didn’t and I’m glad! We loved the holiday. This hotel is amazing, location is just perfect with access to 4 beaches and a buggy service. We stayed in Grace area and never waited longer for a buggy than 10 minutes on rare occasions. We really liked big banana beach and Amebelakia beach the most. There were always free sunbeds on Ambelakia beach, if you want a sunbed on big Banana beach you have to get there not later than 11am. All beaches are open to public, we didn’t see many using Ambelakia beach other than the sunbeds by the bars not owned by the hotel. The sand is so beautiful and sparkly on all the beaches. Both swimming pools are nice, not crowded, few people using them at a time. We loved the view from Grace swimming pool. Breakfast had good choice of food and never felt rushed to leave even tho it was 11am. Can’t fault the staff, always smiling and polite. I honestly don’t understand some of the negative reviews. Our room was spacious and clean. The view was amazing. We hope to return to Elivi. Skiathos really is a „bumerang” island.

Truly a dreamy resort with every room overlooking a stunning view.the Elivi has three of the very best restaurants on Skiathos and encompasses four of the top beaches. The hotel is expansive (given the number of rooms) but does not give the impression of a supersized resort. The folks at the front desk will get to know you by name as will the golf cart drivers who ferry you from your room to the beach. We’ll have to come back only because we didn’t have time to eat at every restaurant and explore every beach available at the resort!

Fabulous room, well looked after by a wonderful Greek lady who made sure we had everything we needed. We stayed in a suite with a private pool in the Nest area. The room was immaculately clean, beautiful linens which were changed daily. Lovely bathroom. The views from the terrace were incredible. This room( 1719) is high in the Nest area so beautiful sunsets. The downside of this room is that the cleaning staff are based beneath it and the laundry gets delivered here early in the morning. But everyone is so friendly and waves and smiles so I never minded. Breakfast was good , a great variety of choices. Very good coffee. We loved the Beach ( Big banana) but found the music in June way too loud ... in September it was more mellow and chilled. Great lunch here. We also loved Blackbird beach ( stunning beach) but thought the bar/ cafe could be improved. ( too much plastic) The Greek fish restaurant overlooking the beach is fabulous , great food here and a lovely vibe. The main bar was a good place for after dinner coffee and drinks. Very hard working and friendly staff. We really loved our stay here, both in June and September. It is a stunning hotel and I hope we will be able to experience it again.

Stayed at the Elivi hotel, within the Nest area. Fabulous well equipped 5 star facilities. Room was clean with jacuzzi facility . Breakfast at the Nest area was not a good experience, No greet from staff , just wondering around cleaning tables. Serving breakfast hot food items cold from a hot plate not working. This was pointed out to staff but fell on deaf ears. Still serving cold baked beans, mushroom. Potato & eggs after our week stay. Shocking. Such a shame as a marvellous place to stay. Close to beaches and good local restaurants. Staff training is definitely needed at Elivi, specially in food service areas.

This is one of the best hostels we've visited. The service is fantastic, the facilities are top-notch, and the location is ideal, surrounded by four of the best beaches. The view from the hotel is breathtaking, and the breakfast is unmatched. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious stay.

Best beaches on the island. Felt in love with the place and the location. The sunrise and the sunset are a must to watch. The food in all restaurants is great 10/10. Very friendly and helpful employees. Since the resort is outside town, there is a bus station just outside the gate of the hotel.

I very rarely write reviews; let alone so soon into a stay, rather than after; but after reading countless negative reviews I thought I'd make an exception. From arriving and checking in, to being taken to the room in one of the ubiquitous golf carts, we couldn't have been better looked after. We have a Nest Hot Tub room; which is kept spotlessly clean, well appointed and has a great feel to it; like being in a Greek village; the only issue is that I really do wish we'd booked a Nest Private Pool room; as these do look luxurious; maybe next time. The resort sits on 4 beaches; all with great comfortable sun beds and a lovely relaxed vibe. The food so far has been as expected from such an exclusive resort; lots of choice, all reasonably priced and all delicious; the local house wine is a perfect accompaniment to any meal too. The resort is well served by boat taxi and bus to Skiathos Town, which is pretty and has plenty of nice bars and restaurants. We have found the staff super friendly and eager to help; special mention to Katerina for explaining everything on our 1st night; it really help us get our bearings. We wouldn't hesitate to return and honestly can't think of any reason for any of the negative reviews.

A beautiful resort. Very clean, and the staff go above and beyond - always helpful and smiling. Loved our room, 1203, we had a great view. We stayed bed and breakfast. Lovely choice every morning, fresh omelettes cooked to order. The outside seating area for breakfast is such a lovely setting. The only negatives and they are minimal, no staff to serve drinks around the pool areas, you have to walk to the beach bar or bring your own. Plus the lifeguard was super strict around the pool. Loved the fact we could access 4 beaches. There are buggies to take you around the resort, as it’s so spread out. No problem with sunbeds, always lots of choice. Loved it and would go back in a heartbeat.
