The room is not too big but very comfortable. The service here is great and the location is perfect . I love the breakfast here , have lots of choice and the food are not bad. Just an small issue happen is that the manger mixed up our room since we have a big group of 12 people , I have upgraded my room but the manger had wrongly give this upgraded room to my friend without notice. But the manger have free out breakfast for apologies which I appreciated that and it’s a very service there.

Struttura nell'insieme molto bella, opere d'arte da tutte le parti,una gioia per gli occhi, le camere spaziose,ma aimé un po sporche, colazione eccezionale con tantissime scelte sia dolce che salato. Sense Hotel Sofia has a five star but could do a lot better on the little things, The hotel itself is centrally located and an easy walk to metro station, trams stop and restaurants and bars, the staff are attentive with Prosecco on arrival a nice touch, we did arrive about an hour early and the room was ready so all looked great so far. We thought we had booked breakfast with the original booking but told not the case and we were offered a special price for breakfast which was fine with us. Breakfast was on the 9th floor with great views with an omelette station and buffet with a few cooked items and lots of other choices but you have to wait to be served your tea or coffee instead of being able to help yourself, which meant there were lots of staff milling around watching. Room was spacious and clean on the 4th floor with floor to ceiling windows making for a great view of the cathedral but only big shutters that didn’t block out all of the light in the morning. In the room there was a complimentary small bottle of water each and we could have one coffee or tea per day each from the mini bar which is a little cheap for a 5 star reputation, we have stayed in lesser starred hotels where tea, coffee and all that comes with it (milk and sugar etc) are free and refilled regularly or at request for no extra charge throughout the stay, so Sense lacking on that front. Check out was early on the Friday so we didn’t get a chance to get breakfast but they would not take it off the bill even though we hadn’t paid the bill yet which was a little confusing and felt like they were really penny pinching!

ソフィア中央駅から歩いて10分程度の距離にあり、中心地にも歩いて行ける距離、スーパーマーケットも近くにありと立地は良いように思いました。 キレイでない訳ではないのですが、全体的にホテル内が暗い印象でした。カーペットや照明の影響かも知れません。 サービスも悪くはないですが、受付の方が少しぶっきらぼうというか、無愛想な対応でした。ブルガリア人の国民性としてシャイな方が多いとのことですので、そういうものなのだと思います。 アメニティはシャンプー、シャワージェル、固形石けん、バスタオル、フェイスタオル、バスマットはありましたが、ティッシュや歯ブラシ、スリッパ、部屋着等はありませんでした。ペットボトルに入ったお水も無いので、アメニティとしておいてあるコーヒーやお茶を飲むときは水道水か自分で買ってきたお水を使う必要があります。 朝食はどれも美味しかったです。 食事の補充や下膳の担当以外に係の方は基本的にはいないようで、それぞれ自由に使って利用して良いようです。

Typical city hotel, which doesn't impress you, but gives a correct stay for one, or two nights. Lies very close to the center, staff is kind, breakfast is simple but,OK, wifi is good. Some room has a nice view to the city. Cleanliness is average, and smoke smell can occur in your room. The price is good, comparing with other hotels nearby.

Der Aufenthalt in Sofia war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt, sehr nah an der Innenstadt und der Metrostation. Das Personal war nett und zuvorkommend und bei Fragen erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist durch einen Pincode außen gesichert. Die Zimmer sind okay, man hat Betten, einen Schrank und einen Wasserkocher. Eine Küche konnten wir persönlich nicht finden, sollte es aber geben. Das Wasser in den Duschen war warm, also Pluspunkt. Nichtsdestotrotz ging zb das Fenster nicht zu und es war etwas kälter. Check-in ging einfach, man hat auch noch Habdtücher und Shampoo bekommen, aber beim Check-out war niemand an der Rezeption. Unser größtes Problem war, dass die Wände sehr geräuschdurchlässig sind. Wir sind um 4.30 wach geworden weil es im Flur sooo laut war (wahrscheinlich betrunkene Mitbewohner) und sich so angehört hat als wär das Szenario direkt in unserem Zimmer gewesen. Fazit: machbar, aber gewöhnungsbedürftig -＞ für 1/2 Nächte okay, aber länger hätte ich mich da nicht wohl gefühlt. Komischerweise keine einzige weibliche Person dort gesehen. LG

Located centrally in a main street of Sofia this hotel was perfectly positioned for all our needs. Lively for restaurants and bars. The hotel itself was unique in many ways, rooms being different and the amenities really good (a kettle and tissues would have been also nice). Clean and very attentive staff and any questions answered promptly and helpfully. I took a point off for the breakfast, although there were 4 options all were fixed with no inter exchange allowed and we were limited to one hot drink per person as was the juice. The quality of the breakfast was good but I think it a little mean to limit you to one drink hot and cold. Minor detail but sometimes two cups or glasses would be nice. Overall a good hotel and I would stay there again if and when in Sofia.

Superlage, direkt an einer Ecke am oberen Vitosha Blvd. Für Touristen ideal weil viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Für's Auge nett eingerichtete Zimmer, das eingesetzte Material allerdings ist von minderwertiger Qualität. Billigstes Spanholz oder Presspappe oder was auch immer. Die Böden der Schubladen teilweise lose, weil mit Ministiften vernagelt, die sich auch bei leichter Beladung lösen. Wasserspartaste der Toilette ohne Funktion. Die Betten waren okay - mit gutem Schlafkomfort. Allerdings hatten wir auch ein Zimmer nach hinten raus - was sehr ruhig war. Nach vorn hin dürfte es laut werden. Eine echte Zimmerreinigung erfolgte nicht, Handtücher wurden aber tgl. gewechselt und Abfalleimer (der auch für's Toliettenpapier genutzt werden muss) geleert. Empfang bei Ankunft war sehr nett, mit Einweisung zu Zimmer und Gebäude. Gute Lösung mit codierten Türen (Eingangstür Gebäude, Eingangstür Etage und Zimmertür). So braucht man nicht auf Schlüssel aufzupassen. Danach saß eine junge Dame an der Rezeption, die für den Job m.E. völlig ungeeignet war. Wir hatten eine einfache Frage. Sie blickte kurz vom PC hoch, antwortete 'no!' und starrte sofort wieder in den PC - wohl in der Hoffnung, dass wir wieder verschwinden. Ich war geneigt micht für die Störung zu entschuldigen, bis mir einfiel, dass wir ja die Gäste in dem Hotel waren. Wir haben jeden weiteren Kontakt vermieden. Also niemand sollte mit der Rezeption als Ansprechspartner zählen.

Hotel Rila adalah hotel lama dengan kemudahan lama, lif saiz kotak kasut tetapi di bahagian tengah bandar berhampiran dengan segala-galanya. Malam pertama kami, kami menginap di bilik kecil standard (saya rasa harganya $46 mungkin $50 dengan cukai dll) yang tidak memuaskan. Keesokan harinya untuk naik taraf $10 - $12 setiap hari kami berpindah ke bilik bersaiz dua yang luas/suite dengan 2 balkoni !! Sangat bagus untuk duduk di balkoni dengan matahari terbenam petang dan mencuci beberapa barang kain dan membiarkan matahari mengeringkannya. Kedua-dua bilik tidak mempunyai langsir pancuran di bilik mandi. Apabila saya bertanya tentang ini, saya diberitahu ini dilakukan kerana covid. Hhmmm tidak pasti bagaimana tirai mandi mempunyai kaitan dengan covid? Kami tinggal selama 7 malam dan hanya sekali, selepas saya memanggil ke meja depan, seorang pembantu rumah datang dan mengeluarkan sampah dan menukar tuala. Untuk berlaku adil, teman wanita saya mempunyai tabiat menyebarkan semua barangnya ke seluruh 2 bilik jadi kami teragak-agak untuk membuat kekecohan. Saya boleh bayangkan seorang pembantu rumah terkejut berjalan masuk dan tidak tahu apa yang perlu dilakukan dalam semua kekacauan itu. Kos sarapan adalah tambahan dan hanya ok tetapi cukup untuk memulakan hari. Terdapat TV skrin rata yang besar yang kami tidak pernah hidupkan, tiada peti deposit keselamatan di dalam bilik tetapi kami dapat meninggalkan barang berharga kami di tingkat bawah di meja depan. Terdapat juga hotel lain berdekatan yang mungkin lebih diubah suai dan moden dan kemungkinan besar kosnya lebih sedikit. Pada perjalanan seterusnya kami kemungkinan besar akan melihat tentang pilihan lain. Kakitangannya ramah dan membantu. Saya rasa ia bergantung pada jangkaan anda tetapi bagi kami ia berkesan.

My partner and I stayed for three nights at Casa Ferrari. It is an attractive flat with nice furniture but the real highlight is definitely the host, Ludmil. He is incredibly friendly and interesting in conversation. He is also very knowledgeable of Bulgaria's history and attractions and very happy to share his insights and recommendations. This was a great example of how staying in a B&B instead of a hotel can make your trip much more interesting

Se scegliete ARTE SOFIA HOTEL farete una scelta stupenda per il vs soggiorno a Sofia . Hotel in una posizione perfetta ( a ridosso del Parlamento e a pochi mt da metro e dalla movida di Vitosha bld.), le camere essenziali ma pulite e hanno tutto , compreso il kit di cortesia . E parlando della pulizia , un grazie allo staff che un pomeriggio ho voluto riposare mettendo il cartellino per non farmi disturbare eppure , anche di pomeriggio sul tardi ,mi hanno cmq riordinato la camera . Alla reception sono tutti estremamente gentili e sorridenti ( cosa che a Sofia non è cosa così diffusa) : ti consigliano , ti aiutano e sono carinissimi . Un grazie particolare a Miroslav e alla sua collega che stamattina 6 febbraio stava al.suo posto . Colazione nella norma e c'è scelta di dolce e salato. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, è la mancanza di canali italiani nella TV in camera Grazie a tutti per il confortevole soggiorno
