Kami tinggal adalah kekecewaan sepenuhnya. Sepanjang petang hari pertama kami tiba, Saya cuba meyakinkan pengurus hotel bahawa tempahan kami termasuk cerek dan pengering rambut. Akhirnya, walaupun pada awalnya mereka menyarankan agar mereka menghantar saya air panas kerana tidak ada ketel, kerana kegigihan saya, mereka berjaya mencarinya. Keesokan harinya (hari ke-2 penginapan kami), kami meninggalkan bilik pada pukul 10:00 pagi dan kembali pada jam 3:30 tengah hari. Kami menjumpai bilik ketika kami meninggalkannya. Katil yang tidak dibuat dan tuala kotor. Tidak mahu menghidupkan kembali apa yang telah terjadi sehari sebelumnya, Saya tidak menghubungi sesiapa. Akhirnya pada jam 7 petang seorang pembersih muncul untuk bertanya kepada kami jika kami memerlukan sesuatu. Izinkan saya mengingatkan kepada semua, bahawa, ini adalah hotel 5 bintang.

Excellent hotel at the city centre with many nice restaurants nearby and a good choice for business trip, but the room is a bit old and AC doesn’t work well.

We have loved your bathroom cosmetics. This special body lotion is amazing. We would like to know the brand name of this body lotion. Please inform me name of body lotion via email. The room is not too big but very comfortable. The service here is great and the location is perfect . I love the breakfast here , have lots of choice and the food are not bad. Just an small issue happen is that the manger mixed up our room since we have a big group of 12 people , I have upgraded my room but the manger had wrongly give this upgraded room to my friend without notice. But the manger have free out breakfast for apologies which I appreciated that and it’s a very service there.

Great location but rooms are dated and if you want to relax in your room there are only 5-6 channels on the tv 3 of them on Bulgarian language. A/C wasn’t cold enough.

入住給的房間是剛裝修好有味道的，刺鼻！換了一箇舊房間，很破舊，牆壁很臟，前台服務特別差，説沒有房間了，第二天換了一個很小的房間，最好不要住這裏

Hotel stupendo! Personale molto gentile! Centralissimo!

位置等各方面都不錯的老牌酒店，以前都住這裏，這次入住時看到馬桶居然沒有清洗乾淨。

酒店位置很好，出行方便。

地理位置優越，整體造型豪華大氣，房間舒適，周圍景點都可以步行，推薦。

一般吧，我覺得不值得

The hotel is fantastic, very central located. Only problem is the equipment for physical exercise, due to not connected to electricity.

Nice hotel but some work is needed on maintenance, cleaning, e.g., several stains over the walls, and service. I also had a room with almost zero light and view: this should be communicated in advance instead of naming the rooms as king, deluxe etc

Great location and high standard hotel for the price. We stayed for three nights. We were given a complimentary upgrade after I explained I was in Sofia to celebrate my Wife’s birthday. The room was spacious. The fixtures and fittings were high quality. The bed was very comfortable. The staff even organised a platter and a bottle of wine for my Wife’s birthday. A very attentive touch. The location was next door to Serdika metro station and walking distance to the main Vitosha Bld. and other monuments and sites in the city. Would definitely recommend.
