Hotel MGallery di Sofia

Hotel Maison Sofia Mgallery Collection is located in a quiet area of ​​Sofia. Parking is available for guests. The hotel is nicely furnished, the reception staff are very nice. Our room was on higher floor, it was also nicely furnished and a small sweet surprise was waiting for us on the table. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was not the best. There were crumbs on the carpet, dust in some places. We were in the room with our children, but we only had only one bathrobe and one slippers in the closet. We also only had one coffee capsule. During our stay, they didn't even provide us with more coffee, and we also had to wash the cups ourselves. We tried the fitness room - it was well equipped and clean. A very kind and helpful employee guided us through the entire wellness area, which was also very nice. This gentleman takes care of the wellness area very well. There is a swimming pool (with a non-functional whirlpool), a dry sauna, a steam sauna, and a relaxation room. We also booked our stay with breakfast, which was pleasant and there was a lot to choose from. We also tried the hotel restaurant, some dishes were good (salad with strawberries and cheese, hamburger, desserts), but some were without taste, even in the trio burgers we had raw undercooked meat. The service was austere at first, they even sent us away at first, because supposedly the entire restaurant was reserved by a sports club that was staying in the hotel, but in the end we were able to have dinner as well and the service was also nice in the end. At lunch, the scenario repeated itself, but this time we were sent away because we arrived at 12:00 and the restaurant didn't open until 13:00, so we had to wait.
