Best Western Plus Heritage Inn

Best breakfast place ever for hotels! Lina was also the best staff we've ever had at any hotel we've been to. She's the definition of customer support. we've been all different hiltons, intercontentals, extended stay, seacrest, this place by far has the best customer service. I would choose this place for the staff anytime

Very quiet and clean room. Friendly and helpfull staff. Great breafeast with large choice of hot and cold food choices.

Nice spacious room. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations because of staff member Nohemi. The king bed was comfortable and the bathroom shower had easy to use controls. There were 4 sets of towels, more than adequate. Overall, it was an enjoyable overnight.

Hotel was excellent, staff friendly, very clean, everything worked, and I even got a free upgrade to a suite!

We stayed here overnight while visiting friends in Valleio. The place looked fresh and near-new. The room amenities were very good. Our room was very clean and no odors. The bathroom was spotless, with a good supply of shampoo, contitioner, body wash and facial soap. We had a microwave, mini frige and Kuerig coffee maker. When we checked in Saturday afternoon, I was greeted by the desk clerk, who was a young lady with a welcoming personality. In morning, we enjoyed a very nice Sunday breakfast with big assortment of fresh fruit, cereals, eggs, potatoes, bacon/sauage, biscuits & gravy, waffles, coffee, tea & juices (and more). The breakfast room was attended by a friendly lady named Nohemi. She made sure the breakfast items were stocked and the place remained clean. We really enjoy a pleasant and fulfilling breakfast to start our travel day right.

My stay at the Heritage Best Western hotel was surprisingly delightful and productive. My room was attractive and cleaned daily The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the freeway, restaurants and gas stations, and conveniently located near several businesses.

I was surprised how nice this place was. I saw that it had quite a few positive reviews and we were not disappointed in any way. Very spacious and clean. Comfy bed. Nice pool and spa. A surprisingly good breakfast that was much better than most places in their price range. Will stay again.

I have been coming to this Best Western for about two years now and I have to say that I have NEVER been disappointed. My partner travels for work and whenever he stays at this location, he is always happy and comfortable, which in turn makes me happy and comfortable. They know him well and always service his room, per his request. They know I am his lady and have always treated me kind and with much respect. The staff is very professional and flexible to the needs of the guest. The hotel is not loud at all, as most of the people staying here are either staying for work, or as a pit stop to catch some zzz’s before they hop back on the road. The surrounding community is made up of mostly family and retired households. So, there are some beautiful parks nearby, baseball fields, the marina is right down the road with a beautiful view of the bay. There are a few shopping centers nearby to get food, gas, groceries, etc. Even a few nails salons and local spa’s if you desire a little pampering. The hotel is next to the freeway but you do NOT hear the traffic. Bonus: there’s a 7/11 gas station right in front for a quick grab and gas. The quality of everything here is above average when compared to other locations in the brand. From the towels to the linen and pillows on the bed, the blackout shades for daytime sleepers, to the hot breakfast buffet served daily (love the bacon), the jet fountain for large water bottles, and even the thoughtfully planned parking spaces that surround the hotel so you can see your car from your room. Although, I’ve NEVER heard of anyone’s car being vandalized over my years here. Each room has a fridge and a microwave, mirrored closet doors , and a powerful AC/Heating unti. All in all, this is one of Benicia’s BEST KEPT SECRETS! So, if you plan to stay here, be respectful and don’t mess it up for the rest of us lol. Besides, BOTH the FIRE & POLICE departments are right down the road and Benecia law enforcement DONT PLAY! That’s why it’s still a great area to live and visit, despite the condition of surrounding cities. Thank you the Best Western Staff for all that you do for your guests! I stay quite often at this Best Western site. Everyone is quite friendly and polite they know me by my first and last name which makes me feel important. Charles, John, and Carla are very professional and friendly. They always meet my needs!! They go above and beyond the Call of Duty!! It's a great place to stay!
