Good, Clean hotel. Good customer service. I enjoyed my stay and was close to shops. I would come to stay again.

Good Very good facilities and rich breakfast

We enjoyed our brief overnight stay at this hotel. It is well positioned in walking distance of the Touchwood shopping centre with ample parking. The hotel room was comfortable and unique. Not with the typical decor and layout that we have seen in others. They clearly have their own vision in terms of how their rooms are laid out the sizes etc. We had breakfast brought up to our room, which we ordered the night before. It was nice with generous helpings and the food was hot on arrival. I used the gym, which was small but more than adequate. Overall very satisfied and would recommend and stay again.

Very clean, good value for money and modern rooms which are very cosy

The hotel is a short walk from the station with direct trains to both London and Birmingham. Also short walk from Solihul centre with shops, restaurants and bars. The hotel has a modern look with grey blue colours. The rooms are big enough and the bed is really comfortable. At the back of the hotel is the gym, swimingpool, sauna and hot tub. Pool is not too big but after using the gym it was nice to swim for a bit. There is bar and a restaurant/bistro available with friendly staff. Nice stay would recommend.

這次入住的飯店地點真的是太方便了！一出門就是熱鬧的街區，各式各樣的餐廳任君挑選，完全不用擔心餓肚子。而且飯店房間乾淨整潔，一走進去就能聞到淡淡的清香，讓人感到非常放鬆。 最讓我驚喜的是房間裡居然有浴缸！而且水溫和水量都非常充足，泡澡的時候簡直是一種享受。忙碌了一整天後，能夠在溫暖的浴缸裡好好放鬆一下，所有的疲勞都瞬間消失了。 整體來說，這次的住宿體驗非常棒！飯店的地點、房間的清潔度和舒適度都讓我非常滿意。特別是那個浴缸，真的是加分不少。下次有機會再來這個城市，我一定會毫不猶豫地再次選擇這家飯店！

服務非常差，酒店沒有冰箱。酒店第一天電話壞了，第二天直接説電話修不好了。然後前台就看着我一趟一趟下去，沒有人關注我這個情況。沒有任何客房服務，聯繫什麼都要自己下去找人。特別不舒適，我定的這個房型非常小。晚上前台換人，跟我説可以換房間，我就説這兩天的情況，前台態度非常強勢，説她前一天親耳聽到我不需要換房間，説不信的話可以看cctv。讓人很不舒適，並且讓我不要abuse她，跟她説這個電話的問題。最後他們酒店經理來了，他就説給我一杯免費飲料，我説我不用就走了。體驗感非常差。後面續住前結算，莫名其妙又多收了164磅，看了信用卡通知才知道，然後又跑下去找他們，然後説退給我，第二天又去確認，有沒有給我推，前台説他不知道，讓我留郵件，幾天以後還是沒有收到郵件。然後house keeping. 水也不是每天都放的，昨天出去玩很晚回來，發現房間裏沒有水，下去要，被告知沒有水了，要去酒吧買，整個體驗感非常差
