Salino Port Soller

Check in was fast and very polite staff We had room 206 it was huge with extra large comfy bed. Bathroom had separate dressing area which is good for others wanting to use shower or toilet. Shower was large with good power. Super soft towels. Hairdryer shampoo and body wash supplied. Coffee machine and coffee pods in room. Plenty of wardrobe space with safe inside and lights coming on as you opened the doors. Two large windows in the room one is the patio doors out onto a large balcony with table and chairs. Automatic black out blinds which are perfect and a gorgeous view over the sea and mountains from your bed when you open them on a morning. TV you can log into Netflix etc if needed. Breakfast buffet and a separate menu to order omelettes eggs on toast etc. Lady who worked in the breakfast room was always very friendly when giving us our tea and coffee and refills (sorry didn’t get her name) she is a real asset to the hotel. Pool area is a nice size and plenty of sun beds for guests. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and will return. It is now our favourite hotel in the port.

calm and quiet place to stay first visit to the citrine hotel I really enjoyed stay,food and the service from! Rooms very good the bed was incredibly comfortable the breakfast was delicious and fitness centre maintained well top notch!!!!

A cracking little hotel with great staff, well located and amazing views. A good breakfast in a really cool dining room. The bar was open late and the reception hall was comfortable to hang out! I'll be back!

I asked for a single room and if possible sea view. I got a large double room, nice bathroom :-). And the sea view room where booked - but I got a room with outside space. Fantastic! It was on level 3. Would absolutely book it again. Nice breakfast and lounge. Great terrace towards the sea. It's considered as a "budget" hotel but I can recommend it to anyone who can walk a few minutes from the "centre".

Advertised as a 1 star hotel bur with 10 star customer service. Lorena, Lydia and all the rest whose names I don’t know give 100% excellent service. That’s why I keep on coming back. Keep it up….Also food excellent since got a new chef.

Hotel has a great location for sea front/beach and easy access to the frequent sea front tram between Soller town and Port ( frequent bus also ). We stayed early April, day time sun and warmth was around 19/20 degrees , we were lucky mo rain so a good few days. Evenings a little cooler, but if breezy could feel even cooler for sitting outside restaurants etc. Friendly helpful staff. In a nutshell no frills, clean, airy, nicely decorated hotel, lift excellent, will fit two or three people comfortably, large or a lot of luggage maybe one or two trips. Well thought out rooms - perhaps small but everything that should be important is spot on; shower pressure v good, outside windows/doors are well fitted double glazed, air con and TV. If anything corridor noise /next room noise is possible, but then no one close to me was particularly loud. I didn't book a sea view balcony, but had a room with French doors opening onto a 'Juliette' balcony with lovely views of the sea and beach harbour. Traveling companion stayed in a mountain facing room, this was slightly darker as the mountain is directly behind the hotel, ground floor, so it had outside access with table and chairs rather than balcony. I didn't bring a hair dryer so asked for one - no problem. It is a simple but very efficiently run hotel. In my opinion a perfect place to do all the things offered by the beautiful Soller valley, port and mountains. Something for everyone in the area. The reception is big, so room for arriving with a lot of luggage...hiking gear - say. The beach area is relaxed easy to walk around and yet big enough to feel you can explore, lots of children happy on the beach and the virtually traffic free passeo -a lovely promenade with the tram toing and froing every half hour tooting it's horn, quite an experience, lots of lovely restaurants along the front for every taste- we ate well! Gelatos also for seriously happy children! We didn't experience the hotel's sea front dining room, but the food looked good, if we had been arriving hungry for instance. I thought the hotel added to the whole experience we had of exploring and walking, as a simple place to stay it to ticked all the right boxes. Recommended!
