Hand soap smell really nice. I love when press sleep mode button just once and everything becomes dark.

Very close to the Huanglong-Jiuzhai High-Speed Railway Station. 10 mins away from the train station by car and 28 km to Huanglong National Park. The room facilities like tv, curtain, light...etc all control by voice. Room has an electric blanket and very spacious.

Modern hotel with Smart devices which are voice activated using the Chinese language. However, the automatically controlled toilets were not functioning well, with no manual override/choice. Front service staff were helpful to book taxi for us early in the morning at 8am, when there was minimal traffic. Due to winter low season, many of the restaurants and local food stalls were not opened.

Newly and good service, clean room, fully amenities

Hotel was new, clean and spacious. Location is 10mins away from the train station by car. However, do note that while it is only 10mins car ride, it is hard to call a didi and recommend against travelling out late at night alone. Personally had trouble getting a didi after dinner at a place 7mins car ride away. Eventually got a ride but the driver was giving red flags. Do note that they do not have air condition during winter, making the room stuffy despite opening the windows as the curtains will prevent the air circulation which is not an issue if you are okay with the curtains opened.

I can absolutely recommend this hotel. The services are very good. The room is clean, comfortable, big beds and toilet. The room is warm, the beds are heated. Everyone at the reception was very nice. We were attended to by Xiao Lin, who was very accommodating, kind, professional, and super helpful.😊 Thank you for everything!

Relatively new hotel. Amenities good. Near 川主寺。 Not far from HuanglongJiuZhai train station. Many local small eaying places nearby, so getting meals no problem. Will stay in this hotel again.

I stay here for 2 nights from chengdu.. Xiao Lin is very helpful and nice. She supports us very well and has service mind so much. I would say this hotel is valued my money.

Nice and small hotel in a very small town. The receptionists were nice and professional. The room was clean and comfortable.  The address was a bit confusing. Apple map couldn’t find it under the name of  Rezen Retreat but if you show the address in Chinese, Didi driver could find it.

I have booked three standard room for one night and was happy to be upgraded to a family room with a king and a single bed, the receptionist is very helpful and even the “bao on” security guy was so caring! My knees was swollen after the 1.5 hr ride from Jiuzhaigou, 小董， the security guy, helped me down the vehicle and up to the reception area, worrying that I might have altitude sickness. Since then every time he saw me he will help me down the front stairs or helped to carry our luggage in and out!  Our bedroom faced the back street but got a beautiful mountain view, all room have floor heating so even we woke up with -3 degrees, we are not cold. All amenities are in good quality. There are plenty of restaurants and local produce shops nearby. They are different from those found in huanglong train station.

This hotel is very clean and smells great—there’s absolutely no cigarette odor. The room has a heated bed and even a heated toilet seat. Everything is electronically controlled, including the curtains. The staff provides excellent service and are very friendly, especially Manager Huang. She speaks English very well, which made communication easy. She took great care of us and was always willing to help. She even called taxis for us multiple times. She truly has a service mind. I was very impressed. If you’re coming to this area, I highly recommend this hotel!

staff in the frontdesk are very helpful and so friendly. she help us very patiently until we , room is warm enough and clean, from huanglongjiuzhai station is just 5 minutes away, and from huanglong national park is 30 minutes away

Hotel quite near to high speed rail. The BF is very minimum, maybe due to low season. many restaurant around the area. Also having problem getting a taxi after checkout. Good is the front desk girl help us get a driver.

Super friendly staff. Nice design and very accessible to the HuangLongJiuZhai station. Hard to get hailing service but staff was super kind to help and get it. The room that we got is dusty, and toiletries was not refill beforehand. It is a smart hotel concept, floor heating. However you can’t control it as it is centralized. Had quite some time to explore how to flush the toilet etc, haha!
