Crowne Plaza Hotel Jakarta, an IHG Hotel

Dear Artotel Suites MANGLULUHUR Jakarta, Myself and my Family stayed here for one night. The hotel is marketed as a four star however you expect a level of quality for a hotel at this level which in my opinion at the time we were there the hotel does not have. For me, the rooms are more of a standard. We got to our room following check - in, and the air conditioning was not working. In addition, there were dead insects on the windowsill and dust on the furniture as well as coffee stains on the table indicating the room had not been cleaned very well. We called several times on the phone to reception however received no answer, so we went down to reception and discussed the issue where they advised there was an issue with the AC (why they failed to tell us this when we checked - in I have no idea) and that it would not be fixed until the next day. They offered to move us to another room where they said the AC should be working but it's worse than when I stayed in the previous room, as a respectable hotel you should have ethics in talking to customers, otherwise it would be like this (and this is supposed to be a four star hotel). When we first checked into the hotel, as we were early I had to put our luggage in a store room by the reception as our room was not ready and I saw on the shelf a number of dental kits. When we came back to the hotel later that night I asked if there was one available and the receptionist told me they didn't have such a thing (???) - I thought at that point I had seen it all. So not only could this four star hotel not provide us with working AC or a TV, we were not worthy of a dental kit either. If there were any positives, the outside bar area was very nice and we enjoyed a drink there before going out, and also the cooked breakfast in the morning was very good. I doubt very much we will be returning. Best regards,

We dont expect such a great experience. We stay for 3D2N and we extend for more 1 night. The breakfast has many variations. The staff named Jimmy helping us a lot while we havin breakfast with our 2 babies. The facility also great. We have stayed here for couple of times. Surely we will come back again.

We are so happy to taste all of the heaven here i means all food so suitable for every age.all variants make us not to boring i hope that all the variant of food more choice with all continental. Maybe traditional food are good to be serve at breakfast or dining.thank you for always serving us best food. For mbak desty you are so kind i hope thar we can meet up in the other day.so happy

The bew restaurant offer us a very nice ambience, food having many variety and full serve, however seems space are less when lots of people coming.. service was nice, we were serve by Mr Jimmy.. excelent staff , super Indonesia culture.. wish to come back again

wow just wow! i’m not expecting the food will be all good! The food selection are also incredible😍 roast duck, sushi, shabu, indonesian food or even indian food?! Not to mention bread & dessert corner are also complete, from donut, yoghurt, pancake, waffle even here they have cheese board❤️ I’m definitely going back soon. Happy tummy happy me

The room is large, comfy, cool and have a bathtub on it. Service and hospitality from the staff very good. There are many varieties for the bfast menu and its tasty.. I enjoy my staycation in artotel suites mangkuluhur. Keep up the good job! 😊

such a great iftar at beranda kitchen, food are delicious, all staff are kind, friendly and very helpful.. especialy thankyou Rury for your warm service, also thankyou chef bambang for greeting us and asking about our experience here.. i would recommend to everyone & family to experience dinner here..

all the foods is good and delicious, all the staff and team very helpful and friendly, i loved the ambience and vibe the restaurant. chef Bambang very good and gentle, he accepts input well. I am very impressed with Rury she is provided warm service.

I had iftar experience at Beranda Restaurant inside Artotel Hotel , it was very nice places , good staff especially to Ms.Rury who helping us to take picture with all good angle .. one more thank you to gave me good experience here Artotel , Beranda Restaurant , Ms.Rury , and Mr. Bambang as Executive chef..
