my wife and i stayed at the ayaka suites jl. karet pedurenan #45 recently. we LOVE this hotel!!! this was our 2nd time here. our favorite jakarta hotel, and we have stayed at many in the $20-$40/night range. ayaka suites is a GREAT value. we paid around $35/night including breakfast for a deluxe double room. 1 king bed, 30m, with refrigerator, separate bathroom with shower. the bed was very comfortable with great pillows, nice comforter(with cover). 32” tv, with about 40 channels, including 4 hbo channels. wifi was easily connected, fast and reliable. wifi worked good in breakfast area, around pool, and in lobby. our room faced south; looking toward satrio, with nice view of raffles, dbs, lotte shopping center and the rest of kunnigan. at night very pretty with all the lights in the area. there is alittle patio that u can access, from the room. we like this location. we stayed at the rasuna icon which is closer to rasuna said, and ayaka west, closer to satrio. but nice 5 minute walk to ambassador mall, 10 minutes to lotte, 8 minutes to axa, 15 minutes to plaza festival. the staff is what makes a BIG difference at ayakka. from the doormen, front desk, housecleaning, breakfast staff/restaurant, are all outstanding. the doormen have a nice uniform they wear; they all match; very professional looking. the car and pedestrian access has a circular drive for taksi, grab, private cars, etc. the cars can dropoff/pickup guest easily and then the front door/lobby is only steps away. the lobby is large and pretty. porcelain tile, woodgrained walls and front desk area. lots of sofas, chairs, tables, etc. it is very easy to feel at home here. 2 elevators; i think 8 floors. lots of rooms, i would estimate 200 rooms. breakfast buffet is probably my favorite thing about ayaka. the breakfast area/restaurant is large. plenty of places to sit. you can spreak out, away from other guests if you want. daily items include white rice, fried rice, fried eggs, waffles, bread, croissants, kopi, juice, hot tea, bubur, and fresh fruit. other items some days, fish, chicken, spaghetti. i do miss the omelet bar, that is still closed due to covid. there is seating outside near the pool and deck, where you can smoke. after a week in bangkok, we are going back later this month, before we back to u.s.

I stayed for 2 nights here, at the first time I saw, this hotel is located after Cilandak Town Square Mall, the nearest hotel. I can call it a short escape staycation for refresh and relax, the food and beverage from the Streat Resto and Bar, you must order avocado juice, sop buntut, nasi goreng iga, fettuccini carbonara, and wika wina juice. you should order too the promo package, salmon steak and virgin mojito! it was very delicious! for the room services were also good, I was happy to stay in family room it has 2 bedrooms, 1 with the king size bed, the other 1 with twin bed, which perfectly fit too for family staycation. the room was also spacious, clean, completed amenities, and dine in room service. the hotel has meeting room, ballroom, outdoor area for chill, gym, bike, and kids playground. so it could make your stay more comfortable. well, based on my experienced, all the staff here are humble, friendly and informative. Thank you so much for making my stay and my family feel so memorable! would be back soon!

Good hotel with good service, nice receptionist and room service. Room is very clean and no malfunction. Various menu breakfast.free parking car.mosque is nearby the hotel so remember us to sholat every time.we can see MRT ooutside the window and that's amazing

No words can explain, will not return even for free unless they total revamp / refurbished the whole thing. I'm aware its a budget hotel but this is utter scum-hole in all aspects, perhaps they should took an example from Happy Inn (across the road - 1 minute walk).

Good hotel with that price. All complete only doesn't give water bottle. Overall is very good and clean.

This hotel is way more than excellent especially the staff and the facilities like Gym, restaurant, D’lounge (for office work), parking etc. I have been there in Corona days when you just have to remain in the room to keep yourself save and keep yourself busy by killing the time, so the internet is the foremost important thing one want to survive. So the internet, the Front Desk staff (24 hours), recreational facilities are awesome here. Nevertheless, I have searched so many hotels in the same area before I got into this one but I couldn’t find any hotel with such low price and with so many facilities. I must say this hotel makes you feel like you are at home. Some good things about the hotel are: a. 24 hour service at Front Desk. b. Restaurant facility (D’Sky Bistro) with cheap rates. c. Gymnasium. d. Cheap prices of rooms of various categories. e. Standard of rooms. f. Room cleaning service (like staff cleans every day by using detergents and change bed sheet and all everyday which is not available in many other hotels in same price). g. Cooperation of staff (of all departments). h. Taste and hygiene of food from the restaurant. i. Parking facility inside the premises of the hotel. j. Very near from every daily life facility i.e fruits and local Indonesian food. k. Especially for foreigners, very near from every visiting place in Jakarta like Monas, Museums, galleries, famous mosques etc. l. Right in the middle of the most expensive area of Jakarta i.e Kuningan Area. m. Very near from all available public transports i.e Transjakarta and MRT. n. Fast speed 24x7 internet and TV with many international channels. o. 24 hour security at main gate and proper vigilance inside/ outside hotel through CCTV cameras. p. Laundry service (which is bbit expensive here but one can get it done from shops nearby). q. 24 hours availability of hot and cold water. r. 24 hours availability of engineering service for repair and maintenance. s. Mosque is also available at walking distance. t. Cooperation of Front Desk/ Reception w.r.t guidance of visiting places in Jakarta along the transportation. u. Karaoke facility for singers and meeting rooms at very low rates for office meetings and official/ formal gatherings. v. Elevator/ lift to move between floors. w. Intercom service to order from restaurant/ complain any issue. x. Provision of cattle in room (to make tea/ coffee) and toiletries. y. Firefighting facilities are also available along with trained staff to deal with any unforeseen circumstances. z. Occasionally they organize different type of musical programs for the guests and offer different discount packages on various national/ international occasions. In nutshell, this is not a hotel, it is like you are living in a rental room with so many facilities and I couldn’t find all of these facilities anywhere in Jakarta in one hotel.

The Value to money of this hotel cannot be beat! the location is amazing! closed to MRT and all the highlights of Kebayoran. Friendly team, and practical room. A/C works well. Front desk team friendly and accomodating.
