The service was great. Everyone was friendly and attentive and ready to help. The staff were at the front desk at all hours of the night. The rooftop views of the pyramids and the museum in the day and night are fantastic. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of foods to choose from and lots of seating. My Uber account wasn’t working, so the hotel was able to order me one. It came with a surcharge, but it was better than taking a taxi. There’s AC and plenty of space and storage in the room. Everyone has a good grasp of the English language. There is a great outdoor area to just relax day or night and next door is a tiny market for snacks and an oil shop. There are only a couple of cons: 1. They don’t take old or work out USD bills 2. I was given inconsistent pricing for the excursions they offered, so I booked most of them elsewhere 3. My room had no ventilation and I was unable to open my window. Also, after room service came in, it would smell faintly of cigarettes. 4. I was hand-washing and hanging clothes and housekeeping kept shutting the door to the bathroom so my clothes couldn’t dry and smelled moldy. The housekeeper for my floor didn’t speak good English, so it was a lost cause. 5. The tv only had like 10 channels and all Arabic and mostly news and religious Overall, I would book this hotel again, but maybe request a room with a window that opens or bring a mini-fan and room spray.

Cleanliness: The rooms and common areas were spotless. The staff takes pride in maintaining the property, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment. Service: The hospitality was beyond excellent. The staff went above and beyond to cater to every need, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. They were friendly, helpful, and always ready with a warm smile. Amenities: The amenities were more than adequate, from the comfortable rooms to the delightful rooftop area where you can enjoy meals with the Pyramids as a backdrop. It was a unique and memorable experience. Special Highlight: The rooftop breakfast with a panoramic view of the Pyramids and the Sphinx is a must-experience! It adds a magical touch to your stay and is perfect for couples and families alike. I highly recommend Pyramids View Inn to anyone visiting Giza for its unbeatable location, exceptional service, and the once-in-a-lifetime experience of staying this close to the Pyramids. Der Service ist super und das gesamte Personal war super freundlich und das Zimmer war auch schön groß. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Beim Frühstück gab es warme und kalte Speisen. Es gab einen kleinen Swimmingpool im Hotel, den man mitbenutzen durfte. Ich kann das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Just completed from my stay at a Pyramid View, and I have to really express my thankful gratitude for the care taking during my stay. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with the warmest hospitality. The owner went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, they also noted my room request and arranged exactly the viewing I requested for, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The guest house itself is modest yet cozy, unavoidably there might be a bit worn but it does mot affect my stay at all. I’m sure they have done their best to make it happen. But the real standout was the exceptional care and hospitality provided by the place. They were so friendly and genuinely ensuring I had a wonderful time. They offered excellent arrangement for my local travel in reasonable prices, and even helped me plan a day trip based on my interests. Breakfast each morning with a variety of fresh, homemade items, and went the extra mile to accommodate. I left a pyramid view guest house feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Thank you.

The best thing about the hotel is the panoramic view of the pyramids from the rooftop. We can enjoy the different views of the pyramids from early morning to sunset, with the lovely moon hanging on top. The second thing I like most is their breakfast which includes all the iconic Egyptian food which tourists need to try. The last and most important is the helpful frontdesk manager who will help you to solve the problems. The room is clean and the air-conditioning is good. I will recommend friends to come.

Staying at Phoenix pyramids View it filled me with great joy to be in this hotel, and share with all its staff. And it's super cheap. The fresh, nutritious and very varied breakfast. Since before my arrival in Egypt, they were very careful that everything was fine. The service from the airport to the hotel was completely free. Then upon arrival, Mr. Hany gave me a small tour around the area and introduced me to his friends from other hotels and businesses around, who kindly and as a courtesy gift gave me fruits and water. In the morning an excellent breakfast with the spectacular view and unique of the great Pyramids. The tours they offer are different places and you can feel in this hotel like your home and with your family. Thank you d do o much to Mr Hany (from Human Resources management) Hossam (the driver) and all the people who is part of the staffs. Shukran jazilan. Hamdoullah! I'll stay again. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the place is very modern and beautiful with the Egyptian culture in the design well worth the price is so good. There's a pool open 24h and the view is spectacular, you see all the pryramids while having a coffee or drink by the pool. The pyramids are just 10min away by Uber very convenient. They supply with airport drop off for an extra charge and they alll speak English and feiendly. Great breakfast included. For those exploring the ancient city bring cash in Egyptian pounds or dollars as turist places are expensive and always leave some cash for tip, they are doing their best. Overall a wonderful experience, remember you are in Egypt and things, driving and culture are very different. The first is my favourite photo of the trip and was taken in the floor above the pool. Mr.Mostafa, the host, was very kind and contacted me immediately after I made the reservation. After arriving, he welcomed me with a drink, which I really enjoyed. The location is very close to the Pyramids, and he can help arrange tours if you ask him whenever you want. The night view from the accommodation is beautiful, offering a stunning view of the Pyramids. I heard that a new hotel in the same group will be opening soon, so be sure to check it out as well.
