The excellent review is primarily based on the service from the staff at the hotel that were very frendly and did their best to make us feel good during our stay. Special thanks to Abdo for the great experiance, and Mahmood for the nicely arranged day trips. The view from the room with a balcony is also great. However, there are plenty of things for the managment to upgrade in order to get a realistik 'excellent' review. First of all - breakfast ain't no buffet. It might see like a lot from a first sight, but 4 pieces af some kind of ham, 2 pcs. og cheese and 2 pcs. of butter is pretty much enogh for just one sandwich pr. person (we were two). There were though other food choices on the table, so you don't end up hungry, but after all the breakfast is all the same, so there is not variabillity .. There is only one choice of juice - orange. Coffee is paid separetly (we got it for free). Overbooking issues - on the first night, our room was not available, and we were transferred to a different hotel (far under avarage quallity), so we had to put up a 'fight' to get our originally booked room the day after. If you book a room on the last floor, be prepared from the annoying noice for table moving on the rooftop every morning around 6.30 am. The last two days, were pretty much a noice disaster, due to construction work, that in a normal world, should be done when the hotel has no guests.. After all i'd saiy you get what you pay for - we got it cheap, and that says it all :) A tip for other travellers: Always negotiate your price and never say yes to the first offer when it comes to a day trips, transfers etc. When you hear that it can not be done cheaper - keep pushing until you get the realistic price you want.

This hotel does what it says. It’s opposite the entrance to the pyramids and the view is outstanding. I arranged a pick up from the hotel and it was so reassuring having someone there to greet me. My room wasn’t quite ready so I was sent to the rooftop bar for breakfast. This was outstanding. Probably enough food for five people. I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. The room is fine. I never had hot water but I probably didn’t really need it. Would recommend

If you wanna wake up with a fantastic pyramid view then this is the right place, but don't expect much from the hotel, The guys at the reception will try to sell you overpriced tours to the pyramids that are absolutely not necessary, guides can't entry the pyramids, so you will have a person only rushing you around, just buy the 2 tickets in front of the hotel and you will be perfectly fine, uber works perfectly in Cairo.

房間非常新穎、乾淨，位置更是一級棒，一出去就是金字塔入口，還有它的超級金字塔景觀露台，絕對是推薦的重中之重，我在這個露台邊吃早餐邊欣賞晨曦照耀下的金字塔、或是邊吃晚餐配著免費的金字塔燈光秀，在當下都是滿滿的幸福感，雖然餐點的價格普遍偏高，但加上它的超級金字塔景觀，我覺得一切都值得了！

This is our favourite place to stay in Egypt. All the staff are wonderful and make you feel at home like family. Egyptian hospitality is incredible. Don’t waste your time or money in 5 star hotels, experience the real Egypt here! The views are amazing, 1 minute walk to the entrance of pyramids. Отель просто шикарный🔥Вся мебель новая (кровать очень удобная, подушки ортопедические),вид из окна просто шикарный , а ресторан на крыше это что-то нечто! Еще была приятно удивлена сервисом , все сотрудники отеля очень гостеприимные, во всем помогают! Вплоть до того , что могут с вами сходить в магазин , если вы не знаете местность , заказать еду и тд. До пирамид ехать минут 7 на такси , очень близко . Отель рекомендую , мы с мужем остались в восторге!

2022年12月31日〜2023年1月1日に一泊滞在しました。 カイロ国際空港よりUberで約40分〜50分、約200EGPで訪れることができました。 大通りに面しており、少し上を見上げると日本語と英語で書かれたホテルの看板が見つかります。入り口を開けるとエレベーターまで、神殿のような廊下が続いており、たしか「ハッサンへ　ようこそ」と日本語で書かれた看板が目につき、海外での日本語に安心感を感じます。 エレベーターで３階のフロントへ到着すると、新しく新装されたモダンな内装になっています。（私が宿泊した時には、オープンして半年程とのことでした。） オーナーのモハメッドハッサンはとても日本語が堪能で、2005年から日本人向けの観光ガイドをされていた経歴を持っています。そして、早速チェックインをし、部屋の案内と各所の説明をしていただきました。 ロビーやトイレ、バスタブ、屋上、部屋を含めて清掃が行き届いており、セキュリティー面も対策されていました。 部屋からは迫力のあるピラミッドが見え、素晴らしい部屋でした。また、日本人向けの仕様に作られているため、防音対策や大きなバスタブ、お湯不足対策の予備タンクを備えるなど、各所に配慮が見られました。 屋上からはさらに迫力のある、ピラミッドビューを見ることができ、部屋数は数組〜数十組分と考えられますので、邪魔されずに思う存分景色を堪能することができます。 朝食はパン、*焼き、チーズ、ハムとシンプルでしたが、私としてはエジプトで生野菜等はお腹を壊す可能性があるので、無いのは良い選択だと思いました。 チェックイン当日は前日のルクソールのホテルで食べた生野菜のせいか、下痢症と悪寒を発症していたため、オーナーに相談すると、おすすめの薬があるということで手配いただき、翌日の朝には治すことができました。上記にもある通り、お腹を壊していただのでバスタブで体を温めることができたのは何よりよかったです。 現在もオーナーは観光ガイドをされているので、翌日のギザのピラミッドとカイロの主要な観光地のガイドをお願いし、内容の濃いツアーとなりました。 エジプト初日のルクソールなどは個人で観光しており大変な思いをしましたが、エジプトではガイドを付けることが最良の選択であることをこのツアーで感じました。 オーナーの他に、もう一人日本語が話せるスタッフもいるため、是非エジプト観光の際には宿泊することをお勧めします。良き滞在となりました。 I stayed there for one night from December 31, 2022 to January 1, 2023. It took us about 40-50 minutes by Uber from Cairo International Airport for about 200 EGP to visit. The hotel is located on a main street, and if you look up a bit you will find the hotel sign written in Japanese and English. When you open the entrance, a temple-like hallway leads up to the elevator, where you see a sign that reads ”Welcome to Hassan” in Japanese, which makes you feel at ease with the Japanese language in a foreign country. The elevator takes you to the 3rd floor front desk, which is newly renovated and modernly furnished. (At the time of my stay, the hotel had been open for about six months.) The owner, Mohammed Hassan, is very fluent in Japanese and has been a tourist guide for Japanese since 2005. We then quickly checked in and he showed us around the room and explained each part of the hotel. The lobby, restrooms, bathtub, rooftop, and rooms were all well cleaned and security measures were taken. The room had a great view of the powerful pyramids. The rooms are designed for the Japanese market, with soundproofing, a large bathtub, and a spare tank to prevent hot water shortages. The pyramid view from the rooftop is even more impressive, and since there are only enough rooms for a few to several dozen people, you can enjoy the view as much as you like without being disturbed. Breakfast was simple: bread, eggs, cheese, and ham, but I thought it was a good choice because raw vegetables in Egypt can cause stomach problems. On the day of check-in, I had developed diarrhea and chills, probably due to the raw vegetables I had eaten at the hotel in Luxor the day before. When I consulted the owner, he arranged for some recommended medicine, which I was able to recover the next morning. Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel 6 notti con mezza pensione io, mio marito e mia figlia di 9 anni. Già da subito l'hotel e Tamer, che ci ha accolto (l'unico che parla italiano e inglese), ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Per quello che può offrire questa città l'hotel è abbastanza sopra la media. Buon cibo, pulizia e confort in generale all'interno dell'hotel. La zona è quello che è, molto povera e sporca, ma com'è d'altronde tutto il resto della città e di queste zone... Ma una volta dentro l'hotel è tutto ok per quanto riguarda pulizia e altri servizi. Wi fi gratuito. Saletta ristorante e una bellissima terrazza vista piramidi dove bere thè, fare colazione o cena. Il personale tutto cordialissimo e sempre disponibile. Organizzano anche gite ovunque sempre con guida e autista, anche se sono un po' più care rispetto a quelle trovate su TripAdvisor. Nel complesso il prezzo dell'hotel invece è stato molto buono considerando anche la mezza pensione. Se dovessi tornare al Cairo ci tornerei sicuramente. Grazie a tutti voi ☺️

Замечательный отель среди каменных джунглей Каира, просто райский уголок! Честно говоря я не ожидала многого за эти деньги но результат превзошёл все мои ожидания! С порога попадаешь в сад возле бассейна, есть бар с вкусным кофе и очень приятными ребятами барменами. Удобное расположение, через дорогу идёт прямой автобус прямо на Тахрир в Downtown, в 15мин на такси Пирамиды, также не далеко Mall of Egypt. Рядом находиться заправка Chill Out, с огромным количеством кафе и ресторанчиков где можно вкусно покушать. Мы отдыхали в двухкомнатном номере, огромный чистый, красивый, с большой верандой и шикарным столом в прихожей. Очень рекомендую, и обязательно вернусь!

Here’s a more enthusiastic version: The hotel was absolutely fantastic if you're looking for something simple yet charming! They offered free WiFi and delicious breakfasts. I was so surprised when they went out of their way to liaise with my dad to arrange a birthday cake for me—such a sweet gesture! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always checking in to make sure we were happy. And if you want to stay close to the Giza Pyramids and enjoy a breathtaking view while having breakfast, this is the perfect spot! Huge thanks to everyone for making our stay so memorable, especially Mustafa, the big boss, who ensured everything ran smoothly. We miss you all already! Highly recommended to anyone visiting—this hotel is a gem! Big hugs to everyone 🙏🙏🙏

300m from sphinx entrance but in the alley so you don't hear and smell street( animals etc.). Great tarace on the 6th floor( higher building then other in neighborhood) so has amazing view on all pyramids and sphinx! WOW. Clean and specious rooms, big bathroom, big water heater with good water pressure in the shower, very good breakfast, comfortable beds in triple room (90 usd per night) queen size ( could sleep two adults easily), no problem to accommodate 4 p. family in triple room. I was in other hotel in neighborhood and it wasn't even close with standard (cheaper couple bucks but...).

這家酒店給我驚喜到了，因為酒店內部從大堂到房間到頂樓的餐廳和露台都很乾凈很新很現代化，而且價格不貴，在埃及能做到這一點的酒店真的不多！早餐我覺得還蠻可以的。頂樓露台景色很美，能遠眺金字塔和落日，非常出片。房間裏有普通插座不用帶轉換器而且插座數量很多，在國外旅行的時候這一點絕對是大加分項！然後我不推薦金字塔景觀房，因為靠金字塔那邊的房間窗外街區有很多馬棚…味道很一言難盡，看金字塔直接去頂樓露台就好。 還有我不太喜歡的一點是我在酒店住了三天，第三天是在攜程續的也跟前台的工作人員說過了，但他們后兩天每天上午十點多就會打電話催我退房……就很難評……明明他們房源好像也不緊缺的樣子……

Dit hotel was één van de accommodaties waar we verbleven tijdens onze georganiseerde rondreis. We hebben 3 kamers gehad 401, 404 en 405. Kamers en badkamer is ruim. De bedden zijn prima, de buurt is rustig tov de rest in Caïro. De kamers zijn wel erg gehorig maar wij zaten buiten hoogseizoen dus relatief weinig geluid. Pinautomaat is om de hoek. Het ontbijt was redelijk. Wij zijn gewend om koffie en thee zelf te pakken maar het personeel doet dat voor je. Belangrijk: het is er in ieder geval schoon. Dus als je een hotel zoekt in deze buurt zou ik deze gerust kunnen aanbevelen. Bij de balie krijg je een wificode, deze is een dag geldig en dan moet je weer even een nieuwe code halen bij de balie.

اقسم بالله اكتب ما وجدت الاثاث جدا قديم والحمام دخلت مافيه موية لك تتخيل غرفة بدون تلفون تواصل مع الرسبشن ولا توجد ارقام على الغرف الافياش طالعة وخربانة انا سكنت غرفة 303 وياليتني ماسكنت والله على ما اقول شهيد المشكلة كنت دافع قبل اوصل ومن شروطهم تدفع قبل توصل والفلوس لا تسترجع لو ما عجبك الوضع يعني ايه .....

It was an amazing experience the area so nice and quiet to stay in giza they picked up me from the airport for free , and the place and room was so fantastic and new furniture and comfortable for relaxing, Internet so fast and great , people are very helpful and friendly to make it easy for everything tours , guides, car , shopping, breakfast was very delicious, area very safe to walk and feel free i recommend this Guest House for all and i will back again 😊

We just spent three nights in the pyramid view family suite, and an additional pyramid view room (with balcony) for our family of 7. The hotel was clean, comfortable, but most importantly, hospitable. The service and level of care shown to our family during our stay was phenomenal. I would specifically like to thank Taha at the reception desk for having boxed breakfasts ready for us this morning for our early check out. That was exceptionally kind of him to do for us without even asking for it! During our stay, we utilized the following services: Laundry, Hotel Restaurant (multiple times 😊), and even room service when we were exhausted from a long day of exploring! I am so grateful for the experience we had at Nozol with the wonderful staff. Highly recommended!

WOW what an amazing hotel. Aldo in reception is incredible. Very helpful. The rooms are very clean and modern. We are so glad we decided to stay longer. Close to the Pyramids. Other staff are excellent. This is by far the best hotel we have stayed while in Egypt.

Today we stayed in hotels for the second time :). We were greeted wonderfully and given the same room. Clean and cozy! The staff is very polite and friendly. Managers are professional and competent! The view from the rooftop overlooking the pyramids is amazing! Highly recommend! Thank you!

We had a short stay for our last few days in Egypt. Our room (206) was very spacious with a sofa. The decor was modern and very nice. Our room had a window that overlooked the indoor pool (the outdoor pool is for residents) . We had a fridge, safe, hairdryer and TV. The bed was firm but comfy, and the shower and AC worked great. The best part was the staff who were always ready to help. Abdo, especially, took very good care of us. Also, the onsite restaurant Zeeyara was really good. Recommended

Very comfortable hotel, nice staff, good food and comfy beds. Ahmad and Mohames, the recepcionists were very nice. The beds were amazing and the breakfast was super complete offering a wide range of varieties... Habiba and Awady were also at the recepcion and they were very polite. We would totally recommend this hotel and wish you have a nice experience!

Bellissimo , vista piramidi, stanza bellissima , colazione ottima e abbondante e Fatima la ragazza della reception e’ gentilissima. Abbiamo prolungato 2 notti in più . Lo consiglio vivamente :)
