Second time staying here as a returning customer. I love that the hotel service is friendly, helpful. They have 3 cats guardian that are super cute and smart 🥰. Location is very strategic, just right next to Laomendong. Hotel room is clean and spacious. Highly recommended 👍🏽

Really friendly and accomodating service staff, we loved our stay here. Location is very accessible as it was literally a 30sec walk away from 平江路. Even after checking out, the staff was accomodating and allowed us to eat our food in the accomodation (at the outside tables). Only downside was the toilet in the rooms which was not really private as the doors were translucent and they were not soundproof.

We upgraded our standard room for a balcony room with a beautiful river view. The staff were really friendly and helpful! The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to cute coffee shops and other tourist areas. The hotel is very clean and was really a joy to stay at.

Love this hotel and location. Step outside the door is the city bus (no. 1). It's great to get around when the weather is hot. Everything is so local and plenty to eat. There is a fruit shop and a very good price. Housekeeping daily and friendly. Staff are very helpful and able to speak English. Night boat trip is a must. So beautiful and only cost yuan168

Place was very convenient. Close to public transport. A lot of food in the area. Close to Wuxi railway station. Wechat assistance was responded very promptly. Had everything we needed. Good value for money. Would recommend!

天冷出門住花祺酒店也太幸福了！一進大堂就被樓下免費的温熱花茶暖到，花香清甜暖胃又暖心，還貼心送了爆米花，咔嚓一口甜滋滋的，旅途的寒意瞬間消散。前台小姐姐和客服阿姨服務超温柔，有求必應特別貼心，房間打掃得乾乾淨淨，住得特別舒心。

酒店位置非常優越，前面是皮市街、後面是東關街，到個園、荷園也不遠，酒店乾淨衞生，衞浴乾濕分離，前台人員和客房服務員都非常熱情，前台小姐姐推薦邊上雙東酒店淮揚菜做的不錯，連續兩個晚上都選擇在那裡吃飯，下次來揚州還會住這裏。

Front desk staff are helpful and have good attitudes. Room cleansing is mediocre. Worst part:(1) consistently smelling toilet - probably structural problem with sewage. Had asked hotel staff to fix. (2) fire escape doors are constantly open - had asked front desk staff to close for safety reason. (3) MeiTun delivery staff are allowed to deliver to room by using cards placed in front desk - no security at all.

Hotel is 30-40mins away from Airport. Breakfast variety is acceptable from dim sums to noodles to dumplings etc. Drinks for breakfast can be more.
