This hotel is really fancy! The rooms are spacious and bright, and spotlessly clean. The bedding is incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, and respond very quickly. The location is also excellent, making it super easy to get around. Highly recommend!

The location is great, with Decathlon and a food court downstairs, and Vegas Mall is also within walking distance. However, Trip.com didn't inform me in advance that the pool was under renovation, and I wasn't told the breakfast times during check-in. The front desk staff weren't very enthusiastic, and the intern seemed quite dispirited when speaking. On the other hand, the concierge service was excellent, and the breakfast experience overall was also very good! I'd consider coming back, but for a 5-star hotel, I'd expect a bit more warmth in the service.

Convenient location for flight connections in Delhi. It's about a 30-40 minute ride from the airport by metro (operating from 5:30 AM to 11:30 PM) or taxi. They upgraded our room category, but couldn't confirm our request for two beds. The rooms are quite noisy.

We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. One of the room toilet door wouldn't slide properly. The toilet space was just enough for your knee to rest on the wall infront. There was continous hall noise and can hear people from everywhere. The roof was under maintenance which we were not aware and took 8th floor just so my mum who had a surgery could rest. We tried booking for Spa but didnt get a callback till the day we checked out. The front desk service was good and the resturant food was great.

Atrocious. The hotel is extremely old. From the lobby all the way to the room. I called 8 times and waited and hour for an iron. This is not 5 star. I have stayed in 3 Stars better than this. I would shut this hotel down.

I enjoyed the experience. The ambience is top-notch. The accessibility to instore shopping mall made the trip quite comfortable.

I resided with my family, consisting of two daughters, in a centrally located hotel near a large shopping complex known as Vegas Mall. Visitors have the option to rent an electric scooter for Rs.50 and travel to the mall.

Terrible! They gave me a different room than the one I booked. We waited over an hour to check in because a large group of tourists arrived before us. The pool is out of order, and the spa is not working. The hotel is very run-down. The only upside was a free airport transfer to compensate for all the issues. But overall, it was a very negative experience. I do not recommend it.

Need to take care more on cleaning issue and services at lobby desk a bit slow.

Over all hotel room was ok found bit old type , no usb inbuilt in sockets, bathroom water drain very slow , wooden floor and main door looks bit old. Morning food are and option are good .
