Very bad experience at that hotel very dirty toilet and bed have some bacteria please don't recommend this hotel and 0 facilities I am very disappointed this property

這個旅館價位不高，是我貿然決定住在這的唯一原因 它其實就是個民宿，離希斯羅機場不遠. 打車大約35英鎊。不過後來發現附近也有到機場的公交。沒想到在英國還能遇到這種衞生條件的房間，感覺也許有一陣沒人住過的樣子，床單上有些污漬實在讓人感到很不舒服. 入住時半天才找到我的預訂，退房的時候居然找不到人，衹好把鑰匙放在房間離開了。樓下有些異味，到處是破傢俱，好像在/待裝修。房間裏有個熱水壺，裏面滿是水垢和鐵銹，應該是很久沒人用過吧。附近的小村莊有個小公園和破舊的小橋，很有年代感。

訂了5晚。與照片相若！價格非常合理。只是位置到地鐵站有點遠。沒有毛巾提供 沐浴露 洗頭水。床褥比較軟。。

The worst hotel experience. Blood on sheets very smelly carpets and cats eating dead birds on the corridors. Used razor blades on the shared bathroom sinks. The beds were dirty. The guy who was on front desk only spoke English when he wanted paying didn’t manage anything after that. This was literally the worst place we have ever entered. He charged me when I arrived saying that my online payment I made 2 weeks earlier did not go through, this time he was only accepting cash. We got our stuff and left. This review could of been very lengthy. Literally the worst hotel you will stay at. Absolutely disgusting.

DISGUSTING!!! Full of bed bugs. Hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long. The shared bathroom was disgusting. None of the electric sockets in the first room they put us in worked. 2nd room had a private bathroom which was also dirty. Ceiling light hanging off. Floors feel like you're going to fall through. Unfriendly/unhelpful staff. We only stayed 1 night but I now have an allergic reaction with intensely itchy spots over my entire body from the bed bug/scabies/flea bites. Would have given it 0 stars if I could.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST BOOKED I HAD A CONFIRMED BOOKING GUY VERY CHEECKY OWNER TOLD ME WASENT A BOOKING HIS HOTEL WAS FULL JUST CONTACT ******* LOST HALF MY TRIP AND COST KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND THIS ROGUE WILL NOT BE BACK AT THIS AREA EVER AGAIN

The staff weren't friendly, but they weren't particularly unfriendly either. The real problem with this place is that it's dirty. We know they have a vacuum cleaner - it was parked in the corridor outside our room for our entire stay - but we saw no evidence that it's ever been used. The carpet was dirty, the edges and corners of the room had an accumulation of dirt, dust, bits of tissue and stuff. The washroom was equally bad, the sheets had a weird musty smell and we left the place with relief.

This place is a complete dump. I ventured into this hovel almost a year ago and only now have found the courage to recollect the horrors I witnessed. Forgive me, for the ordeal was truly harrowing and emotionally upsetting. One of the bar staff was sat outside drinking wine and watching people selling ***** instead of serving customers inside. And then there was an argument going on inside the pub between some of the locals. I watched attentively and was amused to learn that they were arguing over a television remote. When I asked about what beers they had one of the bar staff was rude to me and slapped the pump handles one by one to show me what their selection was and glared at me with hand on her hips. I found this very unprofessional at the time. Later in the evening I was shown my room and was horrified to see cracks in the ceiling, condensation around the walls and suspicious stains on bed sheets. There was a makeshift ashtray on the table full of cigarette ends as well as a pair of used mens boxer shorts on the floor. I could only assume these were items left by the previous occupant. So why not clean and prepare the room for the next dweller? Judging by other reviews given by people I'd say this has to be one of the worst pubs you could accidently find yourself in. I did take photos of the bed bugs on the bedsheets, but I was threatened by some of the pubs patrons to delete them immediately. I just hope nobody else has to go through what I did and if I can prevent at least one good person from visiting and staying at this vile place I've done my job.

Room Nr 3 and Nr. Kingsifter. We were about to go to sleep when 1 of us got bit by something. On turing the lights we could see 2 bugs on his bed. It was Cimex bedbugs. This was 23:30 in the night. No reception to complain. We immediately took our stuff and moved a near by Ibis hotel near Heathrow . The next morning we came back and told the staff. We demanded a cancellation and return of the full amount. The staff was very rude and told us to contact bookings.com. I have picture and film of the bugs and room. Secondly we could also see ***** being sold and used in the hotel lobby. This is terrible place and should be shutdown immeditately
