First we start with check in, is easy and convenient at nearby IGA (2 min walking) till 12 am (so easy for late night flights in). The unit as per photos, new and clean. Kitchen is fully equip, even provide me with salt, pepper, oil and a rice cooker. It also come with clothes washer and dryer. Space might be a bit tight, need to adjust a bit but with the superb location, is acceptable (maybe because we Aseans are much shorter). Food is easy to find and all around, so no issue on food at all. Metro and trams just footsteps away. No regret choosing this place. I was anxious initially as during my booking, there was no review and as I have 2 kids with me, I really worried stranded on the streets as we arriving at night. But the pm with them slowly put me at ease. Another issue was we accidentally left our tripod upon check out. After coming back from the Great Ocean roadtrip, they purposely arrange Uber to send me back the tripod (deeply appreciate the effort and thoughtfullness). So yeah, go ahead and book this, guarantee happy with your option. Thanks.

The customer service was excellent. The location, the food, service, just to mention few. Everything was perfect 👌. Will recommend this hotel 100x to my friends and family. I'll be coming back for sure.

We booked this stay as I had an event at Crown that night. Our room was fantastic, with a great view of the river and city. The pool area was lovely and thoroughly enjoyed by my whole family. Breakfast was wondering, with many options and stunning views.

Superb location.  Nice couch-table set-up in the room to share some of Melbourne's excellent eats and snacks.  The twin beds were on the small side, though, and may not be so comfortable for taller guests.

T'was my third time here and they don't disappoint. Room is clean and sleek. Breakfast is good quality. Toiletries needs to be requested all the time- it's not always convenient especially that you need it daily and you stay for 2 weeks.

The hotel is in good location, my room happens to face another building so there is no view. I booked on 27 July to 1 st August then continue to 1st to 8th August 2026. I told the receptionist on 31st July shall my current room is empty, we prefer not to move, even though we paid for higher room category on the 1st aug, because we donot to move back and forth with so many luggages which is wasting time and energy, but the hotel staff replied my room will be occupied as hotel is full on 1st aug. This morning 1st aug we packed up so many luggages and belongings as in the photo on the way to new room, the staff kindly asked us, notifying shall we are going back to our original queen bed apartment tomorrow It’s better we do not move. Thus, She looked up in her data and finally we could use the same room today. It was such unpleasant and tiring to pack up then unpack to go back forth to the same room in half day, how could these be happening? And we also lost our white towel that we hanged so hotel doesn’t have to laundry as per notes. It’s unfortunate the staff yesterday did not thoroughly help us.

The location is excellent, I just returned my Hertz Thrity car downstairs after return my buffing billing. The room is so clean and spacious. In CBD sooooo many choices to eat. Also we join local tour in nearby stop. Just one thing which I aware in the comment is still the staff atttude….. one in the morning is really unhelpful to answer guests not only me but all. But the afternoon duty is much much better and help me to find even some hangers and put in the room the next day.

Wasn’t happy with the smoke detectors opened and no battery, The television had lines on People.

Always a fantastic stay here. Great location if you can get the right room. 2 and 3 Bedrooms have corner views so if you can pay a little more its well worth the corner bed. Sky apartments are exceptional. Don't recomend if your not good with heights! So good when you get a great sunset. Could have been a bit cleaner and would recomend they do a good spring clean once in a while. Thanks to the freindly staff! didnt have a issue and satisfied every one of my requests.

Location: The hotel is situated in a very quiet area, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Nights were serene with barely any car noise. It’s about a 10-minute drive to a nearby mall with Coles, Kmart, and other essentials—super convenient. For travelers, it’s around 40 minutes from the airport, which is manageable. Cleanliness: This was a mixed bag. Upon entering, we noticed a burnt iron mark and several purple stains on the carpet. We made sure to report these to reception immediately due to the $300 AUD bond fee, to avoid being held responsible. Being close to a lake or river meant encountering mosquitoes and some large flies. We also found spiders in the bathroom, but we managed to catch and release them outdoors. Towels provided were an issue—one was dirty when we checked in, and even the replacement towel the next day had stains. However, the beds were spotless, which was a relief. Service: The front desk staff were excellent—friendly, thorough, and accommodating. They explained all the amenities, including the location of the gym and pool, and handled our late checkout request graciously. Facilities: Although I didn’t personally use the gym or pool, the in-room facilities stood out. The smart TV was a bonus, with access to YouTube, Disney+, and Prime Video, ensuring entertainment for the family. Room: The two-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious, with two bedrooms flanking a central living room. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, complete with an exhaust fan to keep the heat out. The beds were the highlight—so soft and comfortable, providing an excellent night’s sleep. Overall: While the initial issues with bugs were unpleasant (I dislike insects), once we cleared them out, the stay became very enjoyable. The spacious layout, serene environment, and cozy beds made it a pleasant experience overall.
