Hotel Guiyang dengan Spa

My husband and I almost made the hotel a home there.😄 We stayed 5nights before we went to Hong Kong's trip and when we back to the hotel from Hong Kong for another 4nights , we felt that we are backing home. The room is reasonably spacious, clean and with a big comfortable bed. Staffs are polite and friendly. Breakfast s served in a good range of variety and full of flavours. The location is convenient for us walk to my sister's appointment and there's shopping centres and markets within walking distance.

We didn't use the hotel springs but tickets were available for every day of our stay. Great room, even in the basement with no window. The private spring was cosy. Simple room with plenty of space. Good food options nearby and plenty of places to see. I thoroughly recommend Yelang Valley (twenty-forty minutes by car).

Very bad experience. Would not recommend. Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it.

Honestly expection was so high but room situation so bad. by the way location wasn't good. even this isn't their fault. hotel so old. wash room was broken.
