Hotel Shaoxing dengan Spa

"My recent stay at Novotel Shaoxing Keqiao was incredibly pleasant and satisfying, offering thoughtful, high-quality services that far exceeded my expectations. What impressed me most were the hotel’s exclusive complimentary perks, which made the whole stay comfortable, convenient, and full of warmth. First of all, I was pleasantly surprised by the free room upgrade offered by the hotel. The upgraded room was spacious, bright, and well-maintained, with large floor-to-ceiling windows that brought in plenty of natural light and a refreshing view. The room featured tidy modern furnishings, soft and clean bedding, and a quiet environment, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. Every detail inside the room was carefully arranged, fully reflecting the hotel’s professional service standard. In addition, the hotel prepared complimentary fresh fruit platters for guests during the stay. The seasonal fruits were fresh, carefully selected, and neatly presented, bringing a sweet and thoughtful touch after a long day of travel or work. This small but heartwarming gesture greatly enhanced the overall accommodation experience and made guests feel valued and cared for. Another highlight is the free laundry service, which is extremely practical for long-term stays and business travelers. The self-service laundry facilities are fully equipped, clean, and easy to operate, allowing guests to wash and dry clothes for free anytime. It effectively solved the trouble of laundry during the trip, bringing great convenience and saving extra time and expenses. Overall, Novotel Shaoxing Keqiao delivers attentive, user-oriented services with sincere details. With generous complimentary benefits, comfortable room conditions, and reliable supporting facilities, it is absolutely a cost-effective and highly recommended hotel in Shaoxing Keqiao area."

"I booked a room for three adults, and the booking confirmation clearly stated that the room was for three adults. However, upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed that the room was for two adults and one child. They changed the room for us, and we had to pay additional costs, even though this issue was entirely the hotel’s mistake. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you."

"I was initially sceptical when I read over 5,000 positive reviews on this hotel, as many of them had been upgraded. However, we truly had a great time. The facility is amazing, and we stayed in building 8, which is closed to the dining area. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets are excellent. The dinner buffet costs RMB 138 on weekdays and 158 on weekends. The food was great, and there was a lot of seafood to choose from. The hotel is quite close to tourist attractions, but be aware that taxis can be quite expensive. They can cost RMB 50 or more compared to the DIDI taxi . So, it’s best to order a taxi via DIDI or online rather than catching one on the street or in front of the hotel. One place you must visit is Xu Shui Ancient City, which is the most well-documented museum in Shaoxing. It’s a walking distance away and free to visit.  All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We extended three nights more , and will definitely stay this hotel in the future."
