We only stayed one night in this hotel as we were passing through on our way to Wanning, but we had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and spacious. A small plate of fruit was also delivered to the room for free in the evening. The pool is great and is directly opposite the beach. The breakfast was ok. A good selection of both Chinese and Western food. Last year we stayed at a Wyndham hotel in Clear Water, but this one was much better.

Very clean hotel. Near to a lot of street food if you want a taste of Hainan. Staff is friendly too. Transport is accessible if you use DiDi Photo is from the restaurant opposite the hotel.

JJordenThis is really a very nice hotel, unexpected in a relatively small town. The room looks new and is very comfortable. I especially liked the cosy seating area near the window. Staff was exceptionally friendly as well. The immediate surroundings of the hotel are not very interesting, but the location is very convenient nonetheless: walking distance (20-30 minutes) to Qilou Old Street, only 2 bus stops away from the train station and also close to local buses to tourist areas such as Tonggu Ridge (though I've read not all sites there are open to foreigners, I mainly wanted to see Gusong fishing village and that's no problem) and Gaolong Bay. The only area of improvement is that this hotel has a tendency to keep calling customers before their stay (3 times I got an SMS in Chinese saying something like ”Meilin Hotel is going to call you, please pick up”, followed by a call from an unknown number). I can communicate in simple Chinese but am not great at doing phone calls in Chinese and in any case I hate this kind of insistent phone calls. I didn't pick up but after the second call checked with Trip.com what was wrong, expecting some major problem. It turned out the hotel just wanted to confirm a small change I had made to my booking, which had already been confirmed in the app anyway... While this attitude is perhaps meant as service, I perceived it as annoying and superfluous and I would strongly suggest the hotel stops harassing customers with phone calls unless there's a real emergency. Having said this, the staff on site in the hotel was exceptionally friendly and polite; this is one of the few hotels in China where staff members actually greeted me when I walked past reception, which was much appreciated! I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again if I ever visited Wenchang again.

VValeriefoo_18I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and had an exceptional experience. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a stunning seaview that made our stay truly memorable. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Bella, who provided us with detailed information about the local area and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. An exceptional highlight was when we accidentally left some belongings behind after checkout. Mindy went above and beyond to assist us. She took the initiative to post our items to our next hotel in a different city and even covered the cost herself. Overall, the staff were exceedingly helpful, and their outstanding service made our stay extraordinary. Highly recommended!

PPengguna Tetamu帶爸爸出來看海，沒想到選的房間這麼滿意，地理位置太優越了。坐擁最美淇水灣海灘，陽台正對希爾頓酒店，步行到海邊衹要幾分鐘時間！而且小區門口就是旅遊車站！去景區都不用打車和開車！房間乾淨衞生！傢俱也很新，自帶冰箱廚房洗衣機，和家裡一樣方便。床也很舒服！超級滿意！老闆人也很好！這家店還有個喝茶吃飯的餐廳，也很不錯。

MMui YianIn wenchang,this is considered a newer hotel. The breakfast spread is good. But has to make sure that when you check out,the front desk has done it well as we encountered problem when we check in another hotel in sanya and discovered that the city comfort hotel staff didn't check out for us through their computer so we couldn't check in into another hotel in sanya until we called them to do so. Wasted quite a bit of time for them to do so on the phone.

MMarnaInChinaAijing International Hotel in Wenchang 2024/02/06-08 Front desk not really helpful. Just want you to go as it was the whole time ”OK, OK...” and ”I'll take you to your room”... But no help with luggage, nor an answer if the kitchen would have something for me to eat... I sent my list of allergies (gluten, dairy, egg, honey and soy) to the hotel's wechat the evening so that they could give it to the kitchen... First room: The fridge was not cold. Bathroom floor wet and entrance floor dirty 😰 The manager came and was friendly and helpful. He helped me with my luggage to another room 8505, which was larger. Here the fridge was also not really making cold and switched off when going out. They couldn't give an extra card for electricity. In the morning the manager showed me the different food at the buffet that I could eat, but I never received the pork etc, he promised the previous evening, for breakfast nor answered my message when I asked if I should wait for it... For breakfast I could eat the fruit and in a steam basket a piece of corn-on-the-cob, sweet potato, yam and taro. They also had corn flakes. Interesting they had 3 milk options: cow milk, soy milk and coconut milk... The second evening I spent an hour on Wechat with reception to find out if the kitchen could prepare something for me with my allergies - I did give it the previous evening.... Then I went for a walk on the beach... When I came back, they hadn't prepared the fish! The manager gave me a coconut with a straw to drink the juice... So I only wasted my time to find out if they could prepare something - I did give them my list in Chinese of what I cannot eat...😰 Luckily I always have some food with me... The fish tanks are outside the dining room so you can choose your fish fresh.... As in most places in China 😊 Swimming pool was empty. Good comfortable beds. Down duvets. Nice spacious room with little balcony, but balcony has a concrete wall, not glass to see through... From the premises you go directly onto the beach! Very nice quiet environment away from the crowds! After the fireworks at 21:00 the outside lights were switched off and then you only hear the sea... If you do not have transport, it is a bit far, but if you want to go and rest for a few days, away from crowds, then this is a good place 😎🤠🌻🏝️🏖️ Thete are charging facilities for electric cars... @

PPengguna TetamuConveniently locate and easy access to amenities. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel is very dated. Though the bedroom was decently clean, the bathroom was a mess. It had stain marks all over the walls. The groutings in the shower cubicle had mild dew stains and so was the anti-slip bath mat. It is definitely not fit to be used. The foldable wooden windows above the wash basin had rotted and the paint was coming off. Coordination between front office and dining room staff was poor resulting in me being questioned about my eligibility to have breakfast. A moment of embarrassment. However the manager apologised and sent us a complimentary fruit platter and a pot tea.

SSpinTheWorldThe hotel itself was very nice. The room was comfortable, no 'Chinese transparent bathroom', clean and nice. The only thing we have to mention was the attitude of the owner. We're teaching English in China and during our travels we had classes online. Usually, when asked, hotels do not frown upon on finding any kind of a place to host one of us for free for couple of hours to hold English class (because two people can't teach from one room) even if it might be common area. But this man didn't even allow us to stay in a lobby. In fact, he even did put an ultimatum, either we should pay additional 100 RMB, which is the full price of the room for 24 hours, either we're not allowed to to conduct any kind of teaching activity in public spaces within the hotel(in a common space)! Wow,so rude unfortunately. We hope you'd have a better experience.

PPengguna Tetamu😄住了個套房感覺還不錯房間很乾凈離海邊不遠走路10分鐘在窗户上可以看到青嵐大橋和銅鼓嶺海灘樓下有個超市買東西方便這一片地區吃飯都不太方便需要去三公裡外的鎮上旁邊有公交站去鎮上也算方便打車12塊錢或者去海邊的夜市不過叫外賣還是有很多好吃的😋 我找老闆幫着聯繫租了個小電動騎了一週給了100塊
