Hotel Hamburg dengan Spa

酒店很好，非常乾淨，前台顏值都很高，也很熱情。退房時還給了我飲用水，入住時候前台還陪我上樓告訴我怎麼開鎖，因為要先做兩圈，再右兩圈。我出門逛了回來發現還有夜床服務，又打掃了一下，放了窗簾，床旁和浴室都鋪了白巾。唯一美中不足就是到的時候桌子上送了水果和巧克力，可能是雙人份的吧，來了個男服務員又進來給我一個水果盤和馬卡龍，給了我一個卡片，還問我之前有沒有卡片，我回覆沒有，他就把我之前的水果盤和巧克力拿走了，我有點懵。這個果盤的東西少多了。其他一切都很滿意

Stayed for 1 week for business travels - room is very spacious and comfy. Breakfast was amazing and staff were friendly. Really loved the scent of the Rituals shampoo and body wash line. Very pleasant stay!

The hotel is in a great location, close to two U-Bahn stations, making it easy to commute around the city and to and from the airport. We were there for the Christmas markets, and the one at St. Pauli was just a short walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I ordered slippers via the QR code, and they were brought to us within a few minutes. The suite was spacious and clean. The bedding was comfortable and we slept well. The only downside was the TV. We would have preferred a smart TV with internet access and Netflix.

I love this studio. Simple and sleek. Free coffee and tea. Spacious and clean. Their staff very attentive and detail with our needs. The bed is comfy. The location is really good. Walking distance to shopping street. Would love to come back again.

Nothing major to complain just annoying that the spa is only available from 4pm to 10pm

Very nice service of them. The rooms are good and the view is nice! The infrastructure is well-constructed. The breakfast and restaurant are very, very good. I enjoy the food with a nice view. I appreciate their cooking and waiters' services! I recommended all if you like the Harbor view,you can choose this hotel to stay! There are many taxi so you no need to call Uber ! If you want to walk to the art museum, it is easy! On the way, YOU can discover many restaurants ate here! No worry, you will be hungry!

The location is good and next to the Hagenbeck zoo, also the hotel guests can have 20% off for the zoo park ticket. The hotel is with different animals Theme and different continents for different floors. Breakfast buffet is good with variety of choice.

Perfect location for me, but not ideal for tourism. The staff is friendly the facilities are good. A bit of a shame the stoped the offer to surrender a cleaning for a drink at the bar.

Mein absolutes Lieblingshotel. Super Service, Sauberkeit und ein top Fitnessstudio. Ich fühle mich immer wohl. Schade, dass das Personal nach sieben Aufenthalten alleine in diesem Jahr nicht etwas persönlicher wird und jedes Mal wieder denkt, wir seien das erste Mal hier. Junge und nette Leute, aber keine familiäre Atmosphäre.
