PPengguna TetamuThe hotel's location is pretty good. It's closed by most tourist spots in Munich.
The staff is quite nice & helpful. The spa and gym is quite nice, and breakfast is good too.
However, my mom found a little dirty stuff in the shower when she first got into her room. That's a minus.
Overall, the hotel is quite good.

HHin KitThis family room is really big - 2 rooms linking together, each room has 1 bathroom as well. Came to hotel a little early after long haul flight - although need to wait for nearly an hour staff were friendly and tried to arrange cleaning the room quickly. Breakfast were good with variety of choices. 5 minutes walk from Messestadt West Metro station and a big shopping mall with many restaurants and supermarkets next to the station. My daughters were happy with the stay.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaI am not familiar with Munich. So I made book in a wrong hotel. I thought this hotel is located next to Alstad. In fact it's located in Munich neighborhood called Scwabing.
My Mom has Osteoarthritis knee pain. So she can't walk too far. The hotel refused to cancel for free since we booked non modified reservation.
This hotel is okay. But not for old people there is no kettle, no refrigerator, no tea, coffee, no shower cap. Hotel also didn't prepare shampoo for us. Design is okay but too simple. Location is not at Alstad and it's too expensive overprice for hotel located on Scwabing

Das einzige, was wirklich stört, waren zur Weihnachtszeit alte hässlich und ungepflegte Skigondeln, in welchen Gäste bewirtet wurden. Dadurch wurde der Zugang zum Hotel massiv erschwert.
Es ist nicht nachvollziehbar, wie das Management eines so renommierten Hauses auf eine solche Idee kommen kann.

TTxuebiPublic transport is literally 2mins walking distance. So convenient. And you dont need to headache about the luggage since this is so close to station.
Room was clean, they changed room for us immediately when we found out our the water hose in bathroom has spoilt. Service was good.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed here for a conference so the location was not in my control. However, it’s 30mins by tram from the center of Munich. Surrounding there is not many restaurants but there is a supermarket within 5 mins walk. The reception has a Starbucks so it’s very handy for the mornings if you don’t get their breakfast.

PPengguna TetamuA nice hotel, but the two bedroom is not really a two bedroom. It's more like a one bedroom plus the living area converted into the second sleeping area.
I find the ”two bedroom” room type too squeezy for 4 pax. We cannot even eat together on the same table, no table space and not enough chairs.
Also, although there is a lift, our floor is not at the lift landing, it's in-between the lift landing, so for those carrying big luggage, it was tedious, not recommended.
Otherwise, the room facilities are good, the location is great.
They also allow us to leave our luggage there while waiting for check-in, so that is nice too.

MMetznerService at Bayerischer Hof starts outside, when arriving by car: They take care of your luggage and take the keys to park your car. Reception is very friendly, helpful and effectively under the Corona-Regulations, to provide a good room for you.
Breakfast is still good, but before Corona-Times it was definitely better. I only managed a Dinner at Trader Vic's, which is quite nice for tourists, but not the original food I know from Asia myself.
The four days at the Bayerischer Hof were the most comfortable time I had this year.
And now I plan to be back there in December - same hotel.
