We booked three rooms for a family trip, including a classic suite, executive double, and a triple. All were great. The executive double was a particularly good value, offering plenty of space at a great rate. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was fabulous, especially the delicious pastries. There are good restaurants and cafes all around the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A modern type hotel which verges on a type of hostel appearance inside [not in a bad way - just lots of bare concrete walls - but don't let this put you off as the apartment rooms and spacious with large comfy beds, and a separate lounge with large TV and sofa [bed], together with a fully equipped kitchen. The check in was seamless and friendly and the person on the desk always had our room key in hand to present to us when we returned from our days out. Very efficient. The bathroom was clean, but we did have a bit of a problem with our shower which didn't seem to fully switch from the rain shower to the hand held attachment, with water basically spurting everywhere [but it did the job]. Breakfast was included, but don't be surprised that the milk for the cereal is kept behind the bar and not on the serving table. The food was varied and buffet style. The hotel is a little way from the centre, and don't be tempted just to walk, as the Metro is only a few minutes walk away and the bus services are efficient and easy to use via Google Maps. We bought a 3 days Metro/Bus pass which cost less than £10. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it for your stay should you be visiting Turin any time soon. - Thank you.

Hotel really nice and spotless, room very spacious, had 2 balconies one of which was huge, room cleaned daily, Staff helpful and Friendly, nice bar and barman was great, location to everywhere excellent, I agree with some of the reviews concerning the area outside of the hotel, there is some homeless etc that hang around but to be honest they never bothered us, I certainly didn’t see anything that suggested drug users etc as other reviews have put, didn’t put us of going out in the evening and walk-in back, would recommend this hotel

Cute hotel on a safe, quiet street, yet an easy 10-15 minute walk to anything a tourist might need: Porta Nuova train station, Egyptian Museum, Turin's main piazzas, etc. We stayed in a HUGE room (408, I believe). Had a nice little balcony and even a big hot tub in the middle of the room (note: not all rooms at the Victoria are this big). Staff is friendly, the breakfast buffet is varied and tasty (with a few plant-based options such as croissants, which my vegan wife appreciated!), and you MUST experience the crazy Egyptian-themed spa in the basement. It's fun. Note that the Victoria isn't quite as up-to-date as some other hotels: you use an old fashioned metal key to access your room, the elevators are a little rickety (but safe!), etc. But let me tell you: we stayed at a different hotel across from the train station on our final night in Turin, and while it was more modern, it wasn't nearly as charming or cozy as the Victoria. Only complaints: the air conditioner in our room was kind of loud, and I wish the water in the spa's jacuzzis was hotter. Otherwise, this is a lovely, welcoming hotel. I'd gladly stay here again.

Hotel situato a fianco della stazione, separato da via Nizza. Si arriva in centro comodamebte a puedi in bemmeno dieci minuti ed è comodo se si arriva in treno, ma la frequentazione della zona di barboni e personaggi dubbi non è certo gradevole. La camera singola molto ampia, ristrutturata, senza moquette, letto poco rigido ma comunque comodo, bottiglia d' acqua di cortesia ma minibar vuoto,balconcino in ferro battuto,scarsa insonorizzazione. La struttura avrebbe bisogno di un restyling, soprattutto i due ascensori, piccoli, lenti e uno col pavimento scricchiolante che dava l'impressione di sfondarsi da un momento all'altro. Personale reception poco empatico. La colazione a €7 andava prenotata possibilmente la sera prima ma l'orario di inizio alle 8 non era compatibile col mio orario di partenza.

This is a small hotel in a separate building than the main hotel, right around the corner. Check in was at the main front desk as was breakfast. Check in was swift and polite. Room was fabulous. large, bright with frescos on the ceiling and a large, comfortable bed. Bathroom was also very large with a fabulous walk-in shower. Only complaint with the shower was it needs a light as it's a bit dark, otherwise just fine. Hotel is close to restaurants and to the Egyptian Museum along with other main sites and attractions. Breakfast each morning had all the typical offerings, and the service and cappuccinos were both excellent. Overall, friendly, efficient staff and a very pleasant hotel. Would certainly stay here again.

VValeriaPer chi viaggia in treno, la posizione è eccellente, ma in generale lo consiglierei anche per raggiungere in un quarto d'ora scarso a piedi tutte le principali attrazioni. L'hotel è tenuto benissimo, design spettacolare degli ambienti (in particolare, il bar e la sala colazione). A questo proposito, nota di merito per la vastità del buffet e la proposta a colazione, dolce e salata, così come la qualità dei cocktail e del caffè preso al bar.
Camere pulitissime e molto funzionali, con spazi più che adeguati e silenziose. Non so bene come giudicare l'accesso alla SPA a pagamento: 20 euro a persona non sono pochi, ma è pur vero che questo garantisce una assoluta vivibilità degli spazi e l'assenza di bambini urlanti che vengono parcheggiati per ore nelle vasche idromassaggio facendo tuffi a bomba.

I must admit I had my concerns. My first impression I had when I saw this place while booking it was that it is some kind of a youth hostel. Yet, I took the chance and booked it. I am glad I found this most welcoming hotel. This is a mixed facility. The first 4 floors are only for university students and the top 2 (5+6) are for hotel guests. The decoration is great, new and maintained greatly. They even installed a new decorative wall paper in our floor even that the walls were in a very good shape. The staff is great, both at the front desk and the Baristas at the open dining area. The lower ground of the hotel is amazing. It has laundry machines and dryers operated by a convenient app provided by the front desk. It has quiet learning area, a gym, cooking stations, table tennis, pool table and a large screen to project your movies. Breakfast is very basic, yet, the coffee is great. The rooms terraces face the interior yard in which students may gather and have some fun. Don't mistake, it is fun, not extra noise or anything like it.

The staff are rude and discourteous to American travelers. Especially the lobby staff make it clear that they have preconceived notions about Americans and nothing you do will change that. If you are a woman traveler you will be met with extremely rude and misogynist men working there Any questions you ask or help you need will be responded to in a flippant and rude attitude. You will not have a good experience or feel good about Italy after staying here.

MMadamearnoI requested a room with a bathtub and mountain view, but neither of my wishes was fulfilled. The receptionist made excuses such as the hotel being fully booked and bathtubs being taken out nowadays for sustainability reasons, and he did not look like he was trying hard to find one for me. Hotels are the place to relax, and bathtubs should not be sacrificed. I moved from Double Tree next door just wishing for a bathtub and a nice view, but I don't think I will return to NH because the room and staff were better at Double Tree if I could not have them anyway. The 500ml bottle of water in the fridge cost €3, whereas it did €2 at Double Tree. The room equipment was much better at Double Tree. Here at NH, there are no electric outlets near the bed. I was surprised. The only upside is that NH is closer to the metro station, but the metro was not running while I was there. Location-wise, I recommend this hotel for those who drive here. Parking is plenty.

The hotel appears to be undergoing renovations because when we got off the elevator, there was a big plastic sheet covering the walkway (and not doing a great job of keeping the heat out). The room was small, but clean, and air conditioning was adequate if not great (possibly because it was fighting the hot air coming from the hallway). Location was an easy walk from the Porta Nuova train station, though a little bit of a walk to some of the main sights and restaurants. My suggestion would be if you stay here, get a data package for your mobile devices and rent one of the many scooters/e-bikes that are available to get around more quickly, especially if you're trying to get to the other side of the train station, you basically have to go all the way to the end and go around it to get to a through street. One other thing to be aware of if you are picky about amenities, the shower in the room is tiny. It's a perfectly acceptable room, but some travelers (especially those who haven't traveled in Europe before) will find it small. Also, the hotel holds your passports at check-in until you check out, which some travelers may find unsettling. I used to run into this a lot traveling in Europe up until maybe 2009-2010, but it seems to me many hotels now just simply scan your passports instead. We did not go to the spa, so I can't speak to that. One final tip, right nearby is a pizza place called Libery Pizza and Artigianal Beer that I would recommend. I wasn't a huge fan of their draft beer (not my style of beer, but your experience may vary -- my traveling partner enjoyed the beer and she's a craft beer person), but the appetizers and pizza were good, and they had good wine as well.

However the facilities Inside our room are terrible. We had to call the facility twice!!! The plugs in the room only working 1 !!! I think they need to get rewiring. Very dated facility inside the room. They eventually brought us an extension cable. The bed mattress was also terrible. Other than that I liked this hotel but I don't give them 4 stats.

İş sebebiyle ziyaretim için konakladım. Kongre merkezine yürüme mesafesinde olması çok büyük avantaj oldu. Otel tertemiz, personel çok ilgili. Kahvaltı g***t başarılı idi, seçenekler bizi mutlu etti, lezzetliydi. Hemen yanımda bir avm var. Şehir merkezine taksiyle 15 dakikada gittik, metro istasyonuda çok yakınmış ama biz yorgunduk otelden direkt taksi tercih ettik. Tavsiye ederim memnun kaldım.

Stayed here for five nights, and very happy with our choice. Convenient for the main station, and with a bus stop right outside, it was easy to get anywhere. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a balcony to sit out on. Great shower in the bathroom. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Would definitely choose it again.

I stayed at this hotel for a week in June, and the customer service really stands out from the rest. The staff is available and equally positive regardless of the time of day. I was a little unlucky with the AC in my room and had to change rooms initially, but the AC still didn't work there. A girl from the front desk came over several times and stayed until she made sure the problem was solved. On our early morning flight home, the receptionist on occasion helped us with a taxi during the night. He made sure we got coffee and breakfast to take away, even though we only had a few minutes before the taxi arrived. They helped us a lot with great advices for restaurants nearby as well. I highly recommend this hotel.
