PPengguna Tanpa Nama第一次體驗這種純日式旅館，雖然衹是匆忙的住了一晚，但體驗十分豐富多彩。服務人員熱情且貼心，雖然幾乎全靠翻譯機和肢體語言，也並沒有影響我們交流。負責照顧我們的阿姨會耐心幫我們換裝，提醒我們去欣賞櫻花，問問我們去哪玩，感覺特別像自家親戚在照顧來旅行的孩子。這大概就是家庭旅館的含義吧。晚餐和早餐都十分美味，且充足！女生真真是吃不完啊！在得知我們有人生日，更是得到了手寫的祝福卡片，感動極了！我們朋友約好下次要多留點時間再來這裏！

PPengguna TetamuIt is a very peaceful place with beautiful facilities, perfect for disconnecting from the chaos of the outside world or the city and reconnecting with nature. It is also very close to the train station, cable car, and bus stop, which makes it extremely convenient. The facilities are excellent for a comfortable stay, with cozy seating areas both in the garden and indoors.
The only thing I would suggest is being a bit clearer with administrative matters. I originally booked 4 nights and later extended my stay for 2 more nights. I made sure to confirm this information with 3 different receptionists, but none of them explained that I needed to check out and pay separately for the services from my original reservation. One receptionist told me, “You need to pay now and check out now.” Her tone was not very friendly, especially since I was obviously going to pay for the additional services I requested at the end of my stay. I know this is a minor issue, but I believe there should be more clarity regarding processes like this, and special care should be taken with the tone used when speaking to guests.
Other than that, everything was wonderful, and the rest of the staff were incredibly kind.

服務超出預期 入住期間感覺是公主回家了 還以為這就是日式服務標配 結果後面住了其它酒店 才發現強羅花壇的服務是遠超同價位的其它酒店
就是房間比較老舊了 淋浴花灑也很古早 不過打掃的比較乾淨

Kerusi angsa merah yang terkenal dan sofa di dalam bilik tetamu penuh dengan rasa kontemporari. Kolam air panas dilengkapi sepenuhnya. Jangan risau tentang perjalanan yang bergelombang. Mata air panas dan makanan yang lazat serta-merta menghilangkan kepenatan hari itu. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah jurang antara perkhidmatan lama dan baharu membawa perasaan yang sama sekali berbeza. Komunikasi bahasa adalah masalah biasa semasa melancong di Jepun, tetapi latihan hotel untuk pekerja baharu perlu diperkukuhkan dengan segera.

PPengguna TetamuYama No Chaya has its own beauty and serenity. I personally don’t find it hard to locate - 2 bus stops away from Hakone Yumoto station + a 5 minutes walk are worth the stay. (Bus service stopped for one of the days due to bad weather and we walked for 20 minutes to Hakone Yumoto Station - all good)
The team is very hospitable - they also have some English and Chinese speaking staff otherwise simple English is not an issue to communicate. Our butler - Sandip always carry a smile with him, and he ensured we are very well taken care of. Every morning, the team will prepare heat pack and umbrellas for us (it was raining and snowing). In the evening, they made tea and prepared snacks (vary from mochi to sushi) for us upon our returned.
The room we booked is Yamano Ichigo (main wing) - just nice for 2. The viewing platform was where we relaxed every evening and we soaked our tiredness away in our very own private onsen at the basement. Despite of having our own private onsen, I still went to visit 3 other public onsen within the Ryokan - you will not be disappointed.
Our room came with daily breakfast and we added on dinner for 1 night. I must say the chef and culinary team put in their passion and effort to prepare all the dishes. It’s not common for a visitor like me to taste Kaisekai cuisine which I enjoyed very much. You need to take time and an empty stomach to full experience it :) However, my partner and I weren’t used to heavy breakfast and our butler noticed it - we get to change to western style for the rest of the stay which was equally delicious. We are thankful that we minimised food wastage.
Overall, we felt pampered during our stay at Yama no Chaya :) I will return again in the future when I visit Hakone.

AANASTASIIA_BERDNIKOVAThis hotel is a paradise in the mountains of Hakone! Traditional style of the rooms - it feels like you are living in a Japanese family. We were prepared a traditional dinner, which was served in our room. It was very tasty and varied! The hotel has 3 onsen: 2 - private, 1 - public. We visited only the private ones (you need to book a time in advance at the reception upon check-in, the visit time is 30 minutes). It was wonderful! The hotel also provides a transfer from and to the nearest train stations. The rooms are clean, cozy, we slept on tatami under soft blankets. The hotel has a relax room. With massage chairs and a very quiet atmosphere. We stayed in this room after visiting the onsen and got great relaxation. And you are also given national clothes for rest and sleep. It is very beautiful and cute. Breakfasts were also in kaiseki style - varied and unusual. The hotel staff is very kind and friendly. this hotel allows tattoo baths. great experience, thank you very much! want to come back again!

SSky B.My husband and I stayed at Hotel Okada for 2 nights for our honeymoon, and it was a truly wonderful experience.
• Honeymoon Surprise: The staff provided excellent service and even prepared a thoughtful welcome gift for our honeymoon, which made us feel very special.
• The Room & Amenities: Our room was spacious, spotless, and very quiet. The highlight was definitely the private open-air bath in the room—so relaxing and peaceful. We were also pleasantly surprised to find complimentary skincare sets and facial masks provided in the room. It shows great attention to detail.
• Dining: Both the breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide variety of delicious options.
• Location: Getting to the train station is easy with the shuttle bus that runs on a reliable schedule. If you prefer to walk, it's a pleasant 19-minute walk.

TTan Siew LayThe ryokan style room was clean and cozy, but a bit small for a family of 5. Buffet-style dinner and breakfast were decent, with selection of both Japanese and Western options.
Staff were very polite and helpful, front desk staff speaks good English too.
Good location for self drive travellers, near to attractions like Owakudani and Open Air Museum.
The public bath (both indoor and outdoor) were great. Outdoor female onsen had the Mt Fuji view. Clear instructions to use the public bath.
We had a really enjoyable stay here.

PPengguna TetamuWe got to the hotel in the beautiful location just before 3pm and we got given a little tour of the place and then got shown to our room. The staff are very friendly and do their best to speak English. A lovely lady was in charge of our hospitality throughout our stay and she first showed us that there is a public hot spring and a private hot spring and asked us if we would like to book a time to use the private hot spring, we booked a time as we checked in but then we didn’t use it as we were happy with our private hot spring in the room. We also booked a time for dinner and they arrived at that time
Promptly with A LOT of food. We also got a choice for a staple food and we chose some steak which was high quality and delicious, as well as the lobster (on the menu it said grilled prawn but a lobster is what came and it was delicious). We ordered a few beers and a bottle of wine with room service and it always came quickly and was nice and cold.
The private hot spring is absolutely boiling but it’s a good experience and there’s ice water provided which helps.
Breakfast came at 8.30am and it was also huge! It didn’t come with coffee but I ordered some and that was easy enough.
The lady who served our food explained every dish and how to eat it and she was always extremely friendly and attentive.
Would recommend!

However, the ryokan is quite old, and inside all the rooms there is a smell of age, which makes it not very pleasant to stay there.
The Japanese food is very specific — it’s just my personal taste, but I couldn’t have breakfast or lunch there.
Considering that this was the most expensive “hotel” during our 14-day trip around Japan, our expectations were a bit higher.
In any case, we thank the staff for this unique experience.
