Hotel Mombasa dengan Spa

This was my third stay at Sarova Whitesands, and it will certainly not be my last. The hotel service, facilities, and location were perfect! The room was pristine as always, the food was terrific, and entertaining was wonderful. They make their guests feel like family. I would add that I’m a picky traveler.

I spend over 2 weeks in this beautiful place and really appreciate every minute I spend in there. Rooms were clean and spacious, the whole hotel looks very nice and has a great beachy tropical vibe. The food was AMAZING! Everyday something new, different cuisines from different cultures, a lot of to choose from so you won’t get bored. The most important for me was the whole crew of the hotel, starting from cleaning service, kitchen stuff, servers, pool guys, bartenders and all of the reception people everyone was very welcoming they made the vacation time soooo easy to enjoy, their hospitality and radiant smiles were very contagious! I can’t forget to talk about the ANIMATION TEAM! All the amazing work they were doing with all the activities (special place in my heart for water volleyball ❤️) they joyful faces everyday were brightening up the day, their hospitality, honesty and pure hearts will always made this vacation experience unforgettable. THE SHOWS they were preparing for the evening! AMAZING! Such a hard working people full of passion and gratitude. In general I can’t recommend enough! That was my first time spending holidays in Kenya and because of all the wonderful people I have met there and the experiences they gave me I can definitely say it’s not my last time. Really really great place to spend your vacation in! 200% book this place you won’t regret it 😁🙏🏻

Love the variety of pools which are perfect for children to play in! Parents can make them tired and spend the quiet night. If you are not confident for children to swin in the sea, this is the best choice to spend the holiday with family members.

Ive stayed for 7nights at Sai rock and tonsay the most, it was not what i expected. I come to msa every 6 weeks for work and stay in average hotels on B/B and enjoy the service. What i chooose to give feedback on; Not worth the money we paid for Wifi that doea not work. Like seriously, isnt that the bare minimum a hotel can offer WIFI? couldnt use my laptop for a whole week cz wifi couldnt work in the room. So i came back with soo much workload that i could have done then. So INCONVINIENCE!! Breakfast was always cold. I was attending a conference at a nearby hotel so i was taking breakfast daily at round 7-7:30 latest except my last Day. And it was always cold. i mean how bad can it get surely. Some day even the tea was cold i never complained cz i was too tired already so i went served tamarind juice which i dont. Im a chai person but aarrgghh House keeping- water at the hotel is too salty i mean its just extra salty IDK why. So 2 consecutive days they dont replace the shower gel cz i prefer it to the soap since il lathers easily so 3rd day i write a note saying “please replace shower gel today you havent done so past 2 days” guess what -whoever he/she is comes cleans, picks the note and adds the soaps. No shower gel day 3. On 4th day is when i found 2 again. But again, i was too tired to complain cz thats just nonsense! Ironbox - Its good for a hotel to know that its the little things. I borrow an ironbox by calling the reception at around 7 the lady said it will be brought to the room. I wait and since i was getting late for work i decide to go get it. At the reception ahw says housekeeping hajafika wakifika wataleta. I mean im getting late my friend so i waitnfor housekeeping? I had a white shirt to iron so i waited. Few min its brought to the room and i take out like 5garments that needed ironing and ironed. Here is where its at. 25min ironing someone knocks my door a gentleman “dada waweza kuwa umemalozia pasi”.OMG!!! I honestly asked him does this hotel have one ironbox really? The worst that could haopen is i leave it in the room instead of handling Over at the reception but housekeeping would have come and found it jameni🤦‍♀️ The guy had to stand and wait till i finiah ironing and take the ironbox with him. But that was pathetic really inconvinience. First i wait to get it then someone stands out to waitnfor me to finish? HYGiene- bathroom walls were dirty not scrubbed at all. Also im back with a loss since housekeeping decided to throw away all my ETR receipts of my expenditure that i had well placed in a drawer. That drawer had a paper written the wifi password and also a box for my face soap and that was left untouched. I had these stack of receipts i folded and kept there to be re imbursed by accounts later. Around 6k worth of receips ive lost the money cz someone thought i missed the bin below the table and my shallow brain did not know what it was 🤦‍♀️doing placing them nicely folded im a drawer. The rooms were meticulously clean and the food was wonderful. P/s try their peanut butter banana milkshake while you are there and thank me later.

I have really been impressed by the improvement in the services received compared to five years back when I was around. The rooms are very clean, great meals and above all, very friendly staff! I would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a place to go relax and unwind. I will definitely come back!

After reading the reviews about the Hotel, I wasn't sure if this would be the hotel for me but I bit the bullet and spent three nights there due to a lack of good hotels in town and their close proximity to the port and other businesses in Mombasa. I had a clean room and bathroom, the food was excellent and service was great too from friendly staff to the overall atmosphere in the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone thats in town for vacation or business.
