"This was our 3rd time here ( because of the jacuzzi in the room) . Unfortunately it was also our last visit . We paid for the room with jacuzzi . The AC in the room was broken , we couldn’t turn it off and it was freezing cold in there . We asked them if they could turn it off . They sent someone to fix it . We waited in front of the room for some time . They turned it off but the freezing cold air was still flowing and they told us ITS LIKE THAT WE CANT TURN IT OFF .. uh okay? We asked for another room . We changed the rooms and we discovered that the jacuzzi was not working 😂 the jets power was like when you turn on a faucet . We couldn’t even feel it. The water level was going down quickly so we had to refill the jacuzzi couple of times in one evening. Next day we asked for fixing it or changing the rooms, they sent someone again to fix it . We waited some time in front of our room as we didn’t want to leave our stuff unattended (probably around 1 hour) they were still fixing it and we had enough so we went to the pool. They “fixed” it in couple of hours and guess what . It was the same 😂🤌 I took the manager to the room and showed her the “power” of the jets and she told me that it is working . I told her I see it’s working but it has no power and this is not jacuzzi , it’s a bathtub with faucets on . She said this is the best they could do . I told her I was on the hotel before and I know how the jacuzzi should work and this is not working and I would like another room with all amenities working . She told me there are no more rooms left in our category 😂 only the ona with the broken AC . … I thought there will be some effort from their site to resolve this or offer something .. some gesture as an apology… but nothing they left us in room with broken jacuzzi and I explained to them many times that I booked the room only because of the jacuzzi . Tgey said sorry and left the room . sooo very disappointed and never coming back . I loved the hotel the first 2 times but it’s going downhill. That’s why it has 3 stars on Google and booking and everywhere else . Don’t go there if you don’t want to loose your nerves."

앨앨꼬르블랑은 우리부부에게 오래도록 좋은기억으로 남을거에요. 니죽,하얏트 등등 여러곳을 지인들에게 추천받아 비교해보고 최종적으로 선택한 이유 중 하나는 한국 컨시어지분이 계시다는 것이었습니다. 멕시코가 많이 안전해졌다고는하나.. 혹시 모를 일들이 있기에, 도움이 필요 할 수 있을 방책으로 선택했고 이번 2주간의 긴 휴가에서 르블랑은 신의 한수였습니다. 르블랑 도착 전 툴룸에서 시간을 보냈고 에코프렌들리로 인기있는 아줄릭호텔에서 도난을 당한 사건.. 트립과 구글 리뷰를 살펴보니 왕왕있는 아줄릭 도난사건을 미처 파악하지 못 한 점이 정말 한스럽네요. 400만원이 넘는 피해를 보았고, .. 어떻게든 찾고자 노력했지만.. 멕시코는 영어대화가 어렵습니다. 경찰조차 영어를 쓰시는 분시 한분 계시지만 아주 어려웠습니다. 우리부부는 르블랑의 한국컨시어지분 김재하선생님의 도움으로 사건이 해결되진 못 했지만, 정신줄을 잡을 수 있었습니다. Jeha님이 없으셨으면 남은 바캉스의 일정들을 모두 망쳤을겁니다. 바쁜시간임에도 저희부부에게 집중해서 일처리들을 도와주셨고, 한국에 돌아와서도 안부를 챙겨 물어주시고 마음에 큰 위로를 주신 점.. 투숙객 손님에 대한 진정성에 깊은 감동을 받았습니다. 일의 해결순서도 매우 프로패셔널하셨으며, 호텔에서의 휴식과 모든 즐길거리들을 조리있게 설명해주셨습니다. 호텔 안밖으로의 스팟들과 팁, 심지어 포토존에서의 의상 셀렉 팁까지.^^ 무엇이 맛있고, 무얼 사는 것이 좋은지 등등 하나하나 사진까지 찾아 보여주셨습니다. 이런 분을 어디서 만날 수 있을까요. 매년 2번은 여행을하며 인생에 많은 부분을 여행에 초점을 두고 사는 딩크부부에게 처음이자 마지막일 귀인 재하님. 천국같았던 르블랑에서의 천사 컨시어지님♡ 올인크루시브는 이집트에서 즐겨본 적이 있습니다. 비교되지않을만큼, 르블랑은 우선 술이 참 남달리 훌륭했구요. 요리의 퀄리티 또한 뒤쳐지지않았습니다. 물론 좀 성의가 덜하다 싶은 것도 있긴했지만, 백가지 중 한개는 부족해야 인간미 있는 것이 아닐까요?^^ 몸이 지치시더라도 룸서비스보다는 곳곳의 레스토랑에서 즐기시길 추천드리구요. 클래스나 스파, 레이저쇼, 연주 등등 즐길거리들도 무척이나 다양합니다. 프라이빗 비치 또한 매우 청결하게 관리되어지고있습니다. 다른곳들과는 비교되기 때문에 어필 할 수 있는 강점이라 생각들고요, 칸쿤 뿐만 아닌 다른 곳곳에도 르블랑이 자리하길 바래봅니다. 신랑이 르블랑에서의 한달살이를 생각 할 정도로..ㅎㅎ 까다롭고 고지식한 한국남자가 르블랑 플렉스를 생각하니 두말하면 입이 아픈거지요.. 아직도 생생한 르블랑의 이모저모.. 를 다시 한 번 떠올리며..♡♡

PPengguna TetamuWe are here on vacation. The facilities are great, but the service and management are terrible. 1. We booked an ocean-view room but were given a room with a roof view instead. The ocean view was completely blocked. We were told we couldn’t change the room because there were no available rooms. We had to stay in the roof-view room for one night until a proper ocean-view room became available the next day. No price difference was refunded, and we only received some snacks and a bottle of wine as compensation. 2. While we were sleeping in our room, a hotel staff member entered without our permission. This happened at 7 p.m., even though the room had already been cleaned in the morning and we did not hang a “cleaning required” sign on the door. We were extremely angry as this left us feeling shocked and unsafe. When we reported this to the front desk, they claimed that rooms are cleaned twice a day, which sounded strange since we’ve never encountered this policy at other hotels. We are unsure if this explanation was true. 3. The phone in our room was unable to connect to the front desk for three consecutive days. We reported the issue on the first day and were told it would be fixed, but it remained broken until we left. We never saw any maintenance staff come to repair it. Each time we needed to contact the front desk, we had to go downstairs.

PPengguna TetamuPerfect stay for couples. My girlfriend and I have traveled to Cancun/playa Del Carmen in the past and like to split our time between 2 resorts. We did that again this time and live aqua was far and away better than the Riu that we stayed at during the first half of our trip. From the moment we were greeted and provided an overview of the resort, to the room, pools, beaches and amenities, it was all exactly what we were looking for in our romantic vacation. Brenda (who greeted us), Rebecca (who gave us a free welcome hand massage) , Marco (who was definitely the highlight of our trip and makes the smoothies in the buffet area), and Diesson (who we ran into multiple times in different areas) were just some of the staff we loved. We really enjoyed talking to each employee there, but don’t remember everyone’s name. The beach was super clean with little signs of sargassum. The beach area staff were also very attentive. They’ll dress a daybed for you and get you drinks in just minutes. Oh and Ramon was great too. He doesn’t work for the hotel, but he works for the jet skiing and parasailing spot on the beach in front of the resort. Oh and room service is extremely fast too. We’d call and they’d show up with drinks/food within 15-20 mins each time, even though it was a busy spring break week. Highly recommend this place over all of the other Cancun resorts I’ve stayed at previously.

PPengguna TetamuI love to stay in this hotel but if I have another chance to visit this place I might choose it 50This was my first time visiting Cancun, and I chose this hotel. I had a wonderful and fulfilling stay, but if I had another chance to come back to Cancun, I would say there’s only about a 50% chance that I would choose this hotel again. Let me share both the highlights and the inconveniences. What I liked: Because I booked the all-inclusive option, all food and drinks were free. The food and beverages at the deck restaurant and on the beach were more than perfect. The quality of the food was excellent, the menu was great, and the fruits and drinks were absolutely the best. The hotel room was very spacious. Although our balcony was quite small, I was still very satisfied. The hotel had a charming atmosphere that reminded me of Santorini, Greece. The room was very clean, cool, and always stocked with drinks in the fridge. The hotel also offered a variety of activities. I personally wanted to rest, so I didn’t participate, but it seemed like there were plenty of options. What I didn’t like: Even though it was all-inclusive, I heard that some of the more upscale restaurants were not included, and there was an extra charge to dine there. Since I only stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, I was happy with the deck restaurant, but if I had stayed longer, I probably would have wanted to try them. I also felt uncomfortable with the pushy sales tactics for massage services. At first, the hotel offered me a complimentary massage simply because I was from Canada. However, when they later found out that I was a student here, they canceled it immediately, saying it was only available for working professionals. I hadn’t wanted the massage in the first place, but I didn’t like that they offered it just to get my information and then withdrew it so abruptly. Another downside was the noise. At night, it was very loud, with karaoke-like singing from about 9:30 p.m. until almost 11 p.m. During the day, there was also the sound of drilling from construction that went on for hours. If you are looking for a quiet hotel, this is definitely not the right place. When I first booked through Trip.com, I had reserved a room with a king-size bed. But at check-in, the hotel told me there was no king room available and instead tried to sell me an upgrade to an ocean-view room with a larger balcony and king-size bed for USD $160. I declined, and in the end, I was given a room with two queen beds, a smaller balcony, and a half-ocean view. Honestly, I was still satisfied with that. The hotel is located roughly in the middle of the Hotel Zone—not too far north or south. I had booked a private van, and it took about 20–25 minutes from the airport. They said La Isla Mall was nearby, but when I passed by, I noticed many of the stores were closed. If you come expecting a vibrant shopping mall, you might be disappointed, so keep that in mind.

DDrumjayI've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place. Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway. Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more. Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more. Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too. Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down. Tips and Notes -its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room. -tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well! -in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action! -bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool. -bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it! -2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out -there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time. -while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!

PPengguna TetamuWhere do I start from? Daniel , Erik and the whole squad were exceptional. SLS Cancun is situated in the Marina which is probably the most expensive and most luxurious place in the whole of Cancun. There are loads of restaurants and a big shopping mall literally 7-10 mins walk from the hotel. The Marina is amazing with loads of fine dinning and descent priced restaurants. I stayed in one of the suites which happens to have 2 bathrooms and a full ocean view. The best thing about this hotel and the area (the Marina) is how private, secure (tho Cancun is safe) and affluent the area is. I call the area little Miami. If you want a loud noisy area, this is not the place for you. But if you want a bit of class and then drive into the noisy area and back to peace then SLS is for you. People pay to come to the beach so it’s a private beach but obviously free for hotel guest , so you will never see a rowdy group of people. I rented a car during my stay through the hotel without even paying a deposit to the car company and obviously you get Valet parking every time. The guys are attentive and always happy to help.Ask for Daniel and Erik, those guys are everything you need. I’ll see you soon.

AAliyahWe enjoyed our stay here! Our private room was spacious and as pictured. The hostel in general is beautiful, so much green, plants, open, beautiful pool and so on, such a little slice of paradise. BUT… The bathroom STINKS though, like sewage or something. Even keeping the bathroom windows open all day doesn’t help. That was a let down. The kitchen also needs to be cleaned, there’s crusty dishes and silverware and ants scurrying across countertops. The kitchen would be great but it needs to be cleaned! There’s tons of restaurants around, close to Mercado 23 and 28, only a 10 minute walk from the ADO station so a nice area to explore overall. They have trips I wish I would’ve taken advantage of, like $70 to see Tulum, Cobá and Playa de Carmen so definitely take advantage! There’s very few trips at that price to see all that. Also I saw other travelers say there’s not much or a vibe here and feels a little ghostly and I agree. But I knew that going and and me and my sister were like great; we’ll have the place to ourselves and we kinda did 😄 we stayed for 3 days but wasn’t really a place to make friends or meet other travelers… ppl stayed to themselves to with their friends.
