SSammyjake95The hotel was fantastic. We got a free upgrade to a family suite room which was really nice! We only spent 2 days there but I thought everything was good. The hotel seems like it’s been there quite a while and it’s not particularly modern, but they maintain it really well. For that area the price and quality it’s definitely worth a stay!

YYoke LingStay at Canopy by Hilton Cancun was pleasant as location was ideal for us since Its just next to Outlet Mall La Isla. Where we can shop and have our meals there. Lots of entertainment for whole family too. Walkable along the hotel line to the beach and supermarket. View from our room was so lovely. Pool area was a good place to just chill out and enjoy the view. Water drinking dispenser at each floor but i think need to clean it up occasionally. As water is hard water that leaves white residues.

PPengguna TetamuWe absolutely loved this hotel. It is now our go to Cancun hotel every time we visit. From the moment we arrived we were given the warmest welcome. The location was perfect for us, just two minutes from the water. The beds are unbelievably comfortable and we loved having fresh water, towels and daily cleaning, plus fresh beach towels every day. It is so worth the money. Alejandro who welcomed us in the lobby was an absolute sweetheart, as were all of the staff. Truly a wonderful stay.

RRazumnaia KseniiaОбожаю эту сеть отелей. Соотношение цена/качество - отличное. Нормальная еда, без изысков, но выбор огромный. Персонал услужливый. Развлечения отличные. В этом отеле есть площадка, называется рью пати, туда съезжаются со всех отелей рью канкуна на вечеринки. Пляж нормальный, не самый красивый конечно, но зато водорослей было не так много в воде. Единственное на берегу немного все же было. Коктейли нормальные, Маргарита странная конечно. Только в мексиканском аля карт нормально сделали. Шоу вечерние не очень. Бывает скучновато, но всегда можно вызвать такси и уехать в город.

PPengguna TetamuI would have liked to be closer to Cancun city.. Hotel was looking tired.. Make sure you have transport arranged prior to arrival in Cancun otherwise you will be charged way too much by the taxis as they are all in cahoots together. They were wanting 80 US to start with. We ended up getting a taxi for 60 US which is $100 Australian and caught an Uber back to the airport for $25 Australian? there are no Ubers available at the airport on arrival.

PPengguna TetamuI highly recommend Oleo Cancun. We had a fantastic time from start to finish. The hotel is not big but rather medium but is the ideal size if you prefer to stay away from those massive resorts that feel more like malls than hotels. However our room was quite spacious with lot of storages and a beautifull view, The staff was extremely friendly and not pushy at all, which was greatly appreciated.
The food from our all-inclusive package was delicious, with a variety of restaurants and buffets to choose from. They offered a range of international, Mexican, and Asian cuisines, with plenty of options for meat, vegetables, fruits, and cakes.
The hotel is quite peaceful at night, which is nice if you're not looking for a party hotel. The staff was attentive and remembered us, making us feel valued. Our room was clean, and they always tried to accommodate our needs. We paid a small fee for a late departure, which gave us continued access to the facilities and food for a very good deal, perfectly matching our evening flight schedule.
I would definitely come back and recommend this place. The location is very convenient for the airport and is situated on the *****.

PPengguna TetamuWe went to Cancun to end our honeymoon. We were greeted with a massive smile from all the hotel staff. Merary kindly checked us in. She saw we were on our honeymoon and very kindly upgraded us to an incredible room with the swim up pool. The room was stunning. We could chill in the pool whilst facing the beach. Not only did we get an upgrade we arrived at our room which had been decorated with balloons on the bed and the word love written with ribbon. We were also given a little cake too. The staff for our whole stay could not do enough for us. The food and drink options available were amazing! So much choice for both. The bar at night could have maybe done with another member of staff serving as we were waiting a long time for drinks but was worth it. The location of the hotel is perfect for the beach but also being so close to many other restaurants and bars in La Isla. Would 100% recommend this hotel.

Ssleep4hTo start with, this wasn’t my first trip to Cancún, and I’d stayed at a few hotels there before—I’m talking about budget options that were still in good locations. This time, I chose Crystal Cancún; it was much more expensive than the other hotels, even though the difference in location wasn’t that significant.
For some reason, when I booked the hotel, (Trip.com) it was listed as all-inclusive, but it turned out not to be. Upon arrival, the hotel asked me to pay an additional $600 USD for the all-inclusive package for 3 nights.
The room I was staying in had a door leading to the neighboring room where other people were staying. It was open. There was absolutely no soundproofing. The window facing the street didn’t close tightly, so you could hear everything.
But I’d like to give a special thanks to the staff and the housekeeping team. The service was excellent.

RRodney MbaWe took our family vacation to cancun and stayed at Krystal Grand Cancun. We booked an all inclusive package which was amazing as we could eat at any of the 5 restaurants for free and drink for free. The 24 hour restaurants provided pastries 24 hours a day which is convenient as we had tours that ended after midnight. Room service was good and the daily cleaning services kept the rooms cleaned. The beat service is the direct access to the beach with free towels and beach tents meant more time relaxing enjoying the beautiful carribean sea
