YYoke LingStay at Canopy by Hilton Cancun was pleasant as location was ideal for us since Its just next to Outlet Mall La Isla. Where we can shop and have our meals there. Lots of entertainment for whole family too. Walkable along the hotel line to the beach and supermarket. View from our room was so lovely. Pool area was a good place to just chill out and enjoy the view. Water drinking dispenser at each floor but i think need to clean it up occasionally. As water is hard water that leaves white residues.

PPengguna TetamuI would have liked to be closer to Cancun city.. Hotel was looking tired.. Make sure you have transport arranged prior to arrival in Cancun otherwise you will be charged way too much by the taxis as they are all in cahoots together. They were wanting 80 US to start with. We ended up getting a taxi for 60 US which is $100 Australian and caught an Uber back to the airport for $25 Australian? there are no Ubers available at the airport on arrival.

RRodney MbaWe took our family vacation to cancun and stayed at Krystal Grand Cancun. We booked an all inclusive package which was amazing as we could eat at any of the 5 restaurants for free and drink for free. The 24 hour restaurants provided pastries 24 hours a day which is convenient as we had tours that ended after midnight. Room service was good and the daily cleaning services kept the rooms cleaned. The beat service is the direct access to the beach with free towels and beach tents meant more time relaxing enjoying the beautiful carribean sea

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is close to restaurants, entertainment, and shops. Staff are very friendly. Guess room is spacious and clean, although the bathroom fixtures are a little outdated. The ocean is clear and calm. They will offer guests free breakfast and spas after check-in, in turn to attend a time-share presentation. After we politely but firmly declined the offer; they did not push again through our stay.

Ssleep4hTo start with, this wasn’t my first trip to Cancún, and I’d stayed at a few hotels there before—I’m talking about budget options that were still in good locations. This time, I chose Crystal Cancún; it was much more expensive than the other hotels, even though the difference in location wasn’t that significant.
For some reason, when I booked the hotel, (Trip.com) it was listed as all-inclusive, but it turned out not to be. Upon arrival, the hotel asked me to pay an additional $600 USD for the all-inclusive package for 3 nights.
The room I was staying in had a door leading to the neighboring room where other people were staying. It was open. There was absolutely no soundproofing. The window facing the street didn’t close tightly, so you could hear everything.
But I’d like to give a special thanks to the staff and the housekeeping team. The service was excellent.

PPengguna TetamuThe location is good, supermarket and many restaurants are nearby, they also have a 24 hrs coffer shop, which is good for us to have a simple breakfast before we hang out in the early morning.
However, we have to bring our big suitcase to level 3 by staircase and the cleanness needs to improve.

PPengguna TetamuNice All-Inclusive hotel directly at the beach, in walking distance to the Cancun tourism center.
Good value for money, nice hotel room, good pool, very nice spacious beach area, tasty food in the buffet restaurant, the pizza restaurant and also in the 3rd restaurant. The buffet restaurant is too small for the hotel size but you get used to it. The gym is better than nothing but very small.
All in all the hotel is recomendable.
